Excellent, friendly, professional and responsive.We had an accident with our trailer that resulted in a misaligned wheel. We were unsure if it was safe for pulling. It was late afternoon on a Friday. We called several repair shops and left messages. Santa Barbara Trailer Repair was the only one to return our call on Saturday. Not only that, they came out to our campsite in a park about 15 miles from town on Sunday morning. They brought a small crew and tools to evaluate our trailer. Everything was handled properly and professionally. They were super friendly. After the job was done, we paid by Venmo. I would definitely recommend Santa Barbara Trailer Repair.
