This company takes advantage of certain people. Especially olders. The company is overrated and overpriced.In the first maintenance, My grandpa paid about 700-800 dollars for the firstmaintenance, and in the second, about 3k for the SAME process.No more nor lessHow can it increase so drastically?

Gage & the entire staff at Porsche SB gave me the best experience with purchasing a new car. From somebody who s purchased at previous Porsche dealers, this team makes sure you are taken care of. HIGHLY recommend for anything needed.

I scheduled a service for my Porsche because there was something not quite right in the drive train, it was intermittent but it was there. Porsche of Santa Barbara was able to accommodate me with an appointment within a couple days. I had Sarah as my service advisor and she was on top of everything, they could not initially find it but kept looking and went for another test drive and found it at last. I was very impressed because Sarah took the time to make sure my concerns were met and kept me informed all the time I was waiting. Very impressive service and they washed the car and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this dealer. They actually care and know the meaning of customer service!

Let me start this review by saying I am NOT an easy consumer. I have been actively looking for a Porsche for about 6 months and not all dealerships are honest or nice! Leo has been absolutely amazing! From his first introduction to our test drive and my endless texts. He got me an amazing vehicle and Santa Barbara is the only dealership I have found from LA to Monterey to not be adding a dealer mark up! I have bought many cars in my life but Leo was by far the friendliest and easy to deal with! Check out Santa Barbara Porsche and ask for Leo, I promise he s amazing!!

We have purchased 4 cars from Santa Barbara Auto Group. Two Porsches one Mercedes and one BMW. We have mostly worked with Tom Siegel and have always had a very good experience. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and the vibe is mellow... no pressure which makes it easy to drop by and check out cars. I give them very high marks.

We have purchased two vehicles from SB Auto Group and we worked with the same sales person, Shane Koblis. He was fantastic to work with and we have found the auto group quite responsive to all of our sales and service requirements. The process and procedures we have gone through for sales and service have been easy, quick, and effective for us. We would highly recommend SB Auto Group for new or used car sales and for their Mercedes and Porsche service.

We purchased a car last week. The process was very easy and the staff, Tom Siegel was very helpful and professional. We were able to quickly schedule a test drive. Then we setup financing very quickly . A great first time experience.

I had a great experience working with Rene and Kegan and Jonathan. I live in northern California and found the 992 of my dreams online. I contacted them by phone and was quickly assisted by Rene who got the ball rolling and had my negotiations and application approved with in hours. He passed the ball to Kegan who met me two days later after I few down to pick up the car. They had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived and then passed me the keys for a test drive and Jonathan was amazing and helped me learn all the tech and setup the car. Man what a beautiful machine, aventurine green with brown truffle interior. I love it!

Walked the lot to show my wife the difference between a 2019 and 2018 Cayenne. Nobody came out to help us. Walked inside to the showroom to see if they had a Cayenne to sit in. Still no greeting as we sat in the Macan. Driving down to LA this week for a Cayenne as this dealership LOST my business. Wasn't too impressed with my GT3 service either while I have your attention.Edit: Appreciate the response. We weren't there to visit anyone specific. FYI - We received the same treatment as we walked the lot looking at new X5s next door.GT3 alignment was performed on another date, with an appointment over a year ago. Must be a different client you're referring to.Hoping for a better experience next time when we take my wife's Cayenne in for service.

We just purchased our third Porsche, a Cayenne S from SBAG and had a very enjoyable experience. Shane Koblis was a joy to work with and we love driving our new Cayenne S. Traded a BMW SUV and the Cayenne is by far a better vehicle.Can't wait to get delivery on our 911 that is ordered!Thank you Shane.

We took our Macan in for the first service and ended up needing to purchase tires too. We were given a loaner car and the tires were days late from the time given by the other vendor. Don our service advisor was wonderful and very understanding. I am very pleased with the customer service and the service on our Macan. Thank you!

SBAG or santa barbara auto group is the worst highline new car dealer in California. They vandalized my very expensive car, lied about it and did nothing but tell stories... No help from upper management or anyone there. If you are thinking about doing business with them I would think again. There are plenty of great dealerships but they are not one of them... Do yourself a favor, don't take your car to them...

Purchased a '14 Boxter from Marcus Westman, and I highly recommend him! He's really professional, and doesn't push you to make a purchase at all. I also had a bit of a rattle in the car after the purchase and they were really nice to take care of it. Thanks so much!
