Great guys that really no their stuff very impressive. This guys you can find them on Monday to Wednesday. Not the same guys. And other guys , I went on a Thursday before eight and were already closing. Horrible, when the sign said 9 pm closed.

wouldnt work with me on a refund for a inverter that worked one time. they werent able to find my purchase in the system. autozone is right down the street amd they actually try to help customers when they have an issue. this guy (the assistant manager) just blew me off. DONT GO HERE

I guess they are alright. I do not own a vehicle so I never had any need to go there to buy auto parts. They have been there for quite a few years.

Do helpful and competitive price..went out of their way to help me not only purchase the light for my car but helped install .Definitely recommended for all those women out there who have mechanic trust issues..

Not often you have to give reviews at auto parts stores. I had a battery under warranty that I had to return. I was sorta expecting a hassle, Emily behind the counter was so pleasant and professional! I have a broken foot, immediately brought out the old battery and dropped off the new one! I am impressed! In this age of terrible customer service, I will be returning!

Not great. I was looking for wire harnesses and they couldn't help me. The parts I needed help with don't take harnesses but I didn't know and found out after I went home and did my own research. You'd think they world know? Also, I was standing in an isle looking for switches and a sales associate came by twice and never asked if I needed help. Not my favorite auto parts store.

I am so so so sorry for the review that I gave O'Reilly's Auto Parts a week or so ago!!! I was MISTAKEN about the NAMES of the two different auto parts stores that we visited that day! As they are fairly close together and both on Milpas street. Chiefs Auto Zone was the parts store we went into and had to walk out. O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store is the one that we then went to and bought our new battery!! Great service real fast!!

Me and husband live an hour away picked up a dresser from OfferUp. It was 839 p.m. we needed some ratchet ties or bungee cord or rope hold the couch down that we have gotten we wish to O'Reilly and what do you know that they're closed at 8:39 they were supposed to close at 9. this isn't right . It is Sunday April 4th. Thanks to AutoZone being 2 minutes away we got what we needed and they were open till the time they say they were.

I was told multiple times that my order was coming in at an exact time only to be told after I drive 6 hours to fix my wife s car sine she was stranded that the part never came in because someone had bad information and the part would come in the two days later at a higher price.Correction: A few hours after I left te store the part arrived.

Can't with this place. 2 weeks in a row they order me a break booster only to send it back on me when it was told to be left to the side for me specifically, then the 3rd time and week in a row basically say can't get the part anymore when it's on a lifetime warranty. Manager gets tons of attitude with me to the point where he swears he'll call me by noon tomorrow... well I ended up calling by noon, only to find out he took off for a week. Also the worst parking lot ever and sketchballs all around all the time

Very unimpressed. I just needed to buy wipers, which I didn't need help for, and wiper fluid. Stood in line for 15 minutes while both clerks just moved real slow and needed help from the manager. The manager moved even slower. This was on 9-27-2016. I don't want to even give this place one star but Google won't let you post if you don't.

Forget this place. Stood in line for 10 minutes while one of the guys behind a register found it more important to bs with someone than take customers money. One of the most unprofessional and poorly managed stores I've ever been in.

I am over 70 years old and am thankful for years of helpful service at O'Reilly's in general .The Milpas O"Reilly was very busy answering tough auto questions from several customers, yet they were very efficient, helpful, and their inventory on the shelves looked well stocked & organized.My request was easy and it took the night mgr 1 minute to pop my hood and show me how to replace a front headlight bulb.Earlier in the day, the opposite was true at the La Cumbre Store. For the same light bulb, the were 4 employees behind the front counter, of which some of the time, all 4 employees were not busy, yet their mgr said they could not replace my light bulb due to liability. They didn't even have the right light bulb in stock, although their computer showed it did, and looking up and down aisles, there were many many item labels empty , i.e.not properly stocked. I was told to drive a couple blocks down the street and Meineke would replace the light bulb. At Meineke's, I was told the price would be $15 to $50, depending on difficulty in reaching the bulb, and I would need to wait 45 minutes for service to look at my bulb. So the time spent for the La Cumbre O'Reilly's stop and Meineke took an hour of my time with extremely minimal service. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the La Cumbre O'Reilly's location.

I used to shop at AutoZone they were my go-to, but then one day I couldn't find the product that should have been on their shelves since then O'Reilly is my spot anytime I need something that usually have it there, friendly staff Quick Service. The parking lots a little strange that might be the one downside.

This auto parts store doesn't even have a spark plug for a small block Chevy. the men that work here are more interested in playing around in the back room then they are at taking your money. This has to be the worst O'Reilly's Auto Parts store in California

Off-street parking behind the building - typically lots of room. No street access from Milpas - shoppers entrance is from the parking lot. Good selection.

A girl that works in O'reilly auto parts in Haley st of santa barbara have a lot of knowlege about cars and about technology computer, she use all the time necesary to search and explaind you what is the best for your car, I am really satisfied with O'reilly auto parts services .
