Just bought my new Porsche Panamera . Tracy (sales) and Summer (finance) were both outstanding. Easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience I ve had since I started driving in 1962!!!!!!Ty, the assigned IT assistant came to my home and walked me thru the literally, 100s of options available with this outstanding car. I am looking forward to personalizing my new Porsche over the next several days/weeks and know that I can always count on Ty to help when I get stuck. I made an appointment to get my seatbelt checked out because it broke on a Mercedes I bought just a few months before and they looked at it for maybe 30 seconds and said all the parts are broken and it was gonna be $1400 to fix. I looked at it myself and found a Little Rock/crumb in it and was able to get it out and fix it myself. If they just would ve looked at it for more than 30 seconds like I asked they would ve seen that.

Whether it's a phone call or getting my car in for maintenance, there's always been a long wait. One morning, I sat outside for a good 30minutes before someone came to help.Update:I have actually called a couples times prior to today's appt and was on hold and got hung up, eventually and when I called back no one picked up the phone so I put it off until today.I would like to add that the staff were extremely helpful once they are finally available to assist.I am thankful that you are able to accommodate my request today but I hope that in the future, the phone service is a little better.I have changed this to 4stars.

Visited on Friday afternoon, Took 20minutes for someone to assist me with a battery issue, while I was there, I wanted to schedule an appointment and was told to do so online, not sure why, we couldn t just get it scheduled right there and then (hence, I m already here). I scheduled an appointment online and because I didn t create an account and did so as a guest, my appointment time and day was not confirmed. Called Monday morning first thing and was told no appointments are available until 2 weeks out. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, and unorganized process. Now I gotta miss a day of work to go out of town to accomplish what I need to do to my car.

I want to give a big shout out to my girl Tracy at the Mercedes Benz Dealership here in Santa Barbara. From start to finish she could not have done a better job working on my behalf in order to ensure I got my car and satisfaction. She went above and beyond in every way and worked out every detail along the way. It was thanks to Tracy that I had the most amazing car buying experience ever. I was treated with nothing but kindness from her, as well as David, Rene and the rest of the SB auto group staff. I am satisfied with my experience and will 100% return when I am looking for a new car. If you are looking for a kind and caring sales associate with an NY attitude towards negotiations ask for tracy at SB Auto Group!

I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Santa Barbara Had an Amazing experience at this dealership today. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. Ask for the best sales lady Tracy she goes above and beyond. The Finance team is amazing too specially Summer wow she was so helpful, and sweet. Thank you MBZ of S.B. the 2 hour drive was worth it. I appreciate all your help and wonderful customer service! We had a great experience buying our new GL from Shane at SBAG! We showed up close to closing time the night before Easter, but Shane gave us the same attention and time as if it were early in the day. Once we decided to buy,we were able to complete the whole process quickly and everyone stayed late to help us finish the deal. I would definitely purchase a car from this dealership again - great people and exceptional service!

This was by far the least stressful car shopping experience I have ever had. I was dreading coming in to a dealership and taking a car out for a test drive. Shane greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. We took a certified preowned 2013 c250 for a test drive. Shane did not try to pressure me into a purchase. I came in to the dealership the next day to get appraisal for my car. The dealership offered me more money than I thought I would get for my trade-in and Shane made the purchase of my new Mercedes the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I got a great deal on my vehicle without the hassle it usually takes.

This review is for the entire Santa Barbara auto group. I've owned an Audi for several years and have been getting it serviced there. Now I am leasing my wife a new Mercedes. My experiences with the service team and sales team have consistently been a pleasure. Especially as compared with the usual car salesman stereotype. You are not hard-sold here or pressured in any way. They are there to accommodate you. I highly recommend.

Service is alive and well at SBAG! Our salesmen Shane Koblis was terrific helping us with the purchase of our new C250. Shane was scheduled to go home at 5:00 but stayed until almost 7:00 to make sure everything went smoothly and made sure we understood all the features of the new car. Thanks Shane we will definitely be using you again with our next purchase.

The service here is awesome. Our motor home with a Mercedes engine experienced problems when on a camping trip to El Capitan. The day before Thanksgiving we called the dealer in Santa Barbara and they said they could diagnose the problem for us. We took it in with the check engine light on and they had a service man with the diagnosic machine on it within 10 minutes and located a part for us and had it fixed the same day by 3:15 pm. This is the day before the holiday when all the other places we called couldn't even look at it until the following Monday. How awesome is that. Thank you Mercedes in Santa Barbara. We were very thankful for them this holiday. The service rep was great too.

Although I did not buy my car here I found my sales person respectful and sensible. I loved that he did not call me relentlessly following my visit. As a consequence I will be servicing my new mbz here.

i called mercredes benz of santa barbara for last 2 days, every time they transffered me to service advisor name Alfredo, i asked him to make appointment and tell him whats wrong with my car, on my 2015 mercedes c300 has message Auxiliary Battery Malfunction light, he said he doesn't know, he didn't want to make appointment for me, i read online this is very common problem for this car, i am so disappointed for this mercedes dealership, as a service advisor you should have knowledge for most mercedes benz, Alfredo does not have any knowledge with cars, and also have bad attitude, when you make appiontment please stay away from him. he doesn't deserve to work at mercedes dealership. now my warrantty will expire on 8-14-2019, hopefully the service manager will see this review and contact me.

Just drove home a beautiful steel gray ML350 and love it! Walked in to Santa Barbara Mercedes-Benz at 5 mins. to closing time and met sales associate Shane Koblis who diligently and quickly put everything in place for us to pick up our preferred model/color in less than 24 hrs. I purchased my first luxury vehicle and my first Mercedes from SB Auto Group and let me tell you the experience was fantastic! I had been to all the local mercedes dealers and had no experienced anything exceptional at any of them, but when I called Santa Barbara Auto Group and spoke with Adrian Gralin he immediately welcomed us in like we were family and gave us the utmost in customer service and addressed all of our concerns to get the best deal possible! They even beat all the other local mercedes dealers in pricing. I Highly recommend that you go checkout Mercedes of SB and be sure to ask for Adrian Gralin he will truly get you the best deal possible and make for a great experience! Can't say enough about how happy we were with both our car and our experience at SB auto group with Adrian!

Always good service. But they should not use ABS Glass. That has proven impossible for me and I switched to TriCounty.

Terrible experience in the service department here, they broke my glove box and told me 'it broke by itself'.I filed a police report and complained to corporate, I can't recommend this place.
