Buying a new car is an exciting time but also can be frustrating negotiating, games in finance and more. Not at SB LR: I had a great experience with Cynthia and got the car we wanted as part of a deal that made sense for us. When my bank made a mistake, the dealership manager went above and beyond to help us get our car quickly. Look forward to our next one. We ve bought several Land Rovers over the years and talked to more than one dealership for this purchase: Cynthia @ SB was the easiest to work with.

I purchased a used Ford fusion from them, was a top notch experience from the start. Not once did I feel as if the dealership tried to get over on me. Cynthia Morales a delight to deal with throughout my experience aswell, there was no wasting time and she handled everything on their end with haste. When it came to signing with the financing department, the young lady was also delightful. They didn't try to get me with any extras and we upfront with everything. Took a few days for the check to get sent and everything all handled so I could take the car. Upon returning to pick the car up I did have a weird little pinhole on the bumper that wasn't there when I had signed however they did assure me that upon my convenience they'd happily get it repaired aswell as get me a loaner for the meantime while the repair is underway. It was a pleasure to work with this dealership.

I forgot to write a review since last yr but here we are. I loved my experience, very kind and accommodating specially with my puppy. They never pushed for a sale nor did they add all the ad on's every dealership ive dealt with do in a sneaky way. I was on my way out with no car since i didnt like the deal, so a sales manager spoke to me and we made something work , still not feeling pressure at all he made sure to let me know if its not what I want then he thanked me for walking in. Im very happy and look fwd to coming back for another car since i will not go back to any other brand of cars. Lady Rover for life

We had such a great experience buying our new Defender from here. Our sales representative Cynthia Morales was amazing! She made everything so easy and i never felt like i was being pushed like you often do at car dealerships. Tony was also very helpful and welcoming as well as Nick, who walked us through all the capabilities of our new car!Thank you Land Rover SB.

Huge thanks to Cynthia Morales, Nick and Darouny for an extremely efficient and professional transaction with Land Rover SB. While I was buying a pre-owned Range Rover Sport, they made me feel as if it were a brand new car purchase and delivery. Their customer service is world-class and the experience from show room to back office was easy and painless. I highly recommend Land Rover SB for new or used Land Rover purchase!

I was pretty confident I wanted the Evoque, but Farid was super accommodating while I test drove 3 different models just to be sure. Traded in my car and got exactly what I thought was a fair offer. Dealerships are super low on inventory so there really aren't a lot of great deals to be had but since used cars have such high trade in value right now it still works out pretty well. Buying or leasing a car takes forever but Farid worked as quickly as possible and everything went very smoothly. Their product specialist went over all the functionality with me in great detail. These vehicles are packed with technology so this was extremely useful info. Love my new Range Rover!!

My wife and I worked with Syd at Land Rover SB to get a new Discovery Sport and had an incredible experience! We initially went in and test drove a few different models, all of which we loved. We left with a few price quotes to decide between and then communicated with Syd over email to dial in deal points on our car over the next few days. He was incredibly helpful and very responsive, which made a typically painful process actually very easy and pleasant!We went back in to do a final test drive of the vehicle and fill out our financial info (which was all digital and about the easiest I've ever experienced at any car dealership).Then we went in to sign everything with Shannon (who was awesome and very helpful) and when we came back the car was on the delivery pad beautifully detailed with a big bow on it! Then Nic, the product specialist, toured us around the vehicle and all of its features. He was incredibly knowledgable and great to spend the time with. He made that small part of the deal feel like it's own great experience and he had us cracking up as we learned the ins and outs of all the tech.We left with massive smiles on our faces and absolutely pumped on our new car! Buying a car can be an annoying and difficult but it wasn't with Syd and the team at Land Rover SB. We'll likely be lifelong customers and would 100% recommend them to all of our fam and friends!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Land Rover Santa Barbara. Cynthia was fantastic to work with. She was upfront, honest, communicative, and made the process so easy! Thanks to her work in advance, I was able to get my (beautiful) new car and get on the road quickly. I drove nearly 6 hours roundtrip to purchase a car from this location and I would do it all over again. Thanks Cynthia (and team) for all of your hard work and great customer service!

I'd like thank the SB group for making my out of state purchase a breeze, but especially recognize Tony Clumeck's exceptional customer service. From first contact to the delivery of our LR Sport, Tony stayed on top of things to the extent of staying late one afternoon to make sure my vehicle was loaded up on the trailer and on the road.This is my first vehicle purchased from SB, and being I live in Texas, I was apprehensive at first, worrying about the headache I was fixing to go through, but let me tell you, I have not had a more flawless and enjoyable buying experience, this includes in town vehicle purchases. I don't want to make this review too long, so I'll cut it short, I just want the SB group to know I'm beyond grateful for making this so easy, and Tony, the wife absolutely LOVES the Sport!!! Thanks a bunch!!

I had the pleasure of working with Sydney. He is knowledgeable and extremely patient. He made me feel like I could trust him. Like when your brother gives you advice. I've had experience with other dealerships. The venture and long beach. Just dealership. nothing special. But Land lover Santa Barbara makes you feel at home. Very friendly and helpful crew. Sydney is extremely helpful and pleasant. Loved my experience there and I'm telling everyone I know that this is a place to go for your car business. Ask for Sydney.

Mark helped me buy a new car yesterday. He was very helpful and gave me an excellent deal. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. We were able to complete the lease of a new car in just a few hours! Definitely recommend!

Extremely efficient and transparent experience with Justin at Land Rover SB. Spoke to Justin for the first time on Thursday, the car is delivered to me 140miles away to OC the next day, Friday, ready for the weekend! Straight forward and transparent, saving me tremendous amount of time and headache. Thank you.Justin, a sales advisor, is truly amazing. Genuine, honest, and hard working. Look for Justin when you're looking for a LR or Jag. A+++

One is always apprehensive when going to purchase a car in anticipation of the awkward pressure and stress we've all experienced at dealerships. However, my experience with Land Rover Santa Barbara was just the opposite. Tony Clumeck, who helped us get the perfect SUV for us at a killer deal, was fantastic to work with and just an all around easy person to be around while wrapping up the process of our purchase. We're definitely going to head Land Rover Santa Barbara next time we're ready for a new vehicle.

Extremely understaffed. Good luck ever getting ahold of anyone if you're looking for service. Don't waste your time leaving a message, they won't call you back. Although they may sell luxury vehicles, there's nothing luxurious about this dealership. Poorly managed is an understatement.

I purchased a Range Rover sight unseen and had it shipped to my home in Arzona. They made me very comfortable for such a large $ purchase, In particular Michael was exceptional. He answered every question and sent numerous pictures to win my trust and business. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, I just have to convince my wife to let me buy a F-Type from them :-)

Kevin in service has taken care of our land rovers for years - he's a big reason why we keep getting land rovers. Mike in sales is super chill and great to work with. He's the other big reason why we keep getting land rovers. No pushy tactics - just answers your questions and shows you what you want to see.

Took my lr2 that I lost my keys here and they said there was no way to replace keys and would cost 3k to replace the whole system. Took to a local mechanic and fixed it in an hour. Don t believe everything they say and recommend to get a second Opinion
