Stopped by for an oil change. Marcos was very friendly and professional. Took care of my issue right away and everything went very smooth and easy. Would definitely go back to them. Awsome Super friendly customer service

I went to the Jiffy Lube on upper State by the Firestone Tires and across the street from the 5 points shopping center with no appointment and before I could even come to a complete stop the nicest Hispanic gal greeted me and asked what services I needed today. I told her I needed an oil change. She politely asked me to back up and directed me to another area where she could assist me and get my information. I did just that. She explained that it would take about 20 to 30 minutes and if I had any coupons? I explained no and she told me where to find some and if I couldn t she could help me when I returned with payment. I left, to go grab some things ( which estimated 20 minutes) came back & sat down for about 30 seconds and she told me, ma am your car was is finished I was so excited. Finding one coupon, she helped to find me a better one! My day was getting better & better! GO to this Jiffy Lube! They vacuum the inside & washed my windows. They are quick, accurate, professional, helpful and respectful. We don t get much of that anymore!!!!! I recommend THIS Jiffy Lube!!!!!!!

Original review: They efficiently changed my oil at a reasonable price. But they also told me 3 of my tires were worn out, so I replaced them at Costco, who then said my old tires still had 10K miles left. Lesson: Get a second opinion if they tell you anything else needs replacement.Update: The business is under new ownership and working to improve. They contacted me and were very fair in resolving this issue. I've upgraded my review as a result.

They were very efficient and friendly. They completed your task before the estimated time quoted me. I do appreciate the extra care they took with my vehicle besides changing the oil. They also suggested and help me with a discount that I could use. I would definitely recommend this particular location to anyone for an oil change. Out of a five star rating I would give this shop five (plus) stars!

I booked an appointment for my son s car for just an oil change. I haven t used this particular location although I have used Jiffy Lube on and off for years. I appreciated the effort and service of the staff to get the right weight/brand I wanted(on the phone). Unfortunately, they didn t have it and I was ok with Pennzoil platinum so I went with what was available. The mechanic( if he was a tech, he knew what he was doing) alerted me of my rear brake rotors need to be looked at. I knew this already, but I appreciated that he gave me his recommendation when I m there for just an oil change. I ll be bringing more vehicles to this location. A step above the other locations I ve used.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The service was great. I had a smog check done and they did it in great time I wasn t there more than 20 minutes.Thank you to everyone at Jiffy Lube for your great service!!

Jiffy Lube offers great service with a wealth of professional technical experience. My style was one a stringer, held together by baling wire and tin foil before I discovered Jiffy Lube. Well worth putting in the extra investment. Cars are not owned by their owners. It s more of a service a service to society!

Had a really great experience here. When I came to get my oil change they told me the stick where they check the oil level was loose and they couldn t take it out until they put it back in the right place. They asked me to wait for a bit until the engine cooled and then they fixed the issue on the spot and changed my oil for the same price as normal. It was definitely extra work but they were very nonchalant about it which I really appreciate because I m a very broke student. Very kind people.

I went to the new location of Jiffylube on upper state for a 125$ oil change and it went horribly.When I arrived there was an open bay. As I checked in I popped the hood and explained that I had new air filters and a cap for my wiper fluid reservoir was missing but had been ordered. No problem at all. They told me it would take around 30 minutes. Also no problem.Over an hour later the said it was ready and I paid. They apologized and I said it was fine paid and left.Here's the problem. The next day I checked my engine compartment and the cap to my radiator reservoir was missing. I figured the employee took it off and forgot to put it back on most likely because I pointed out the missing wiper reservoir cap so I went back in the next day to retrieve it.Here's where the gaslighting begins. At first they tell me there was no cap. Then they tell me the cap was broken so they threw it away. Then they tell me the employee might have put it somewhere safe to return it later. Then they tell me they will look at the surveillance footage and get back to me. Nobody ever got back to me.I'm not that upset about the cap I'm upset about wasting my time. 30 minutes extra to do the oil change, 30 minutes to drive to Santa Barbara Honda and wait in line to order the stupid missing cap, 20 minutes to drive home, then another 30 minutes to drive back the next day to pick up the new cap plus the 20$ for the cap.In all I wasted around 2 hours and 20$ bucks plus gas and milage for a 125$ oil change. Not to mention being gaslit because the technician forgot to put the stupid cap back on in the first place and then lied about checking the surveillance footage and getting back to me.Point of the story is don't trust Jiffylube and check your engine compartment for anything missing because they definitely do not do that for you.

Nice guys but drove away without an oil change. Been using Jiffy Lube for years and it's always $89.95 after coupon. This one wanted over $200 and had no interest in any discussing any other price.

I arrived right when they opened. I was seen right away. I was told that my car would be ready in 30 minutes and it was. The staff was very friendly. I took my company vehicle for a regular maintenance. There were 4 guys and it took a very long time to get the work done. They said that they checked tire pressure and many other items. But I was sitting in the chairs behind looking to see that they had completed they never checked the pressures. The sticker on the window was not changed and they left a mess in the truck. The steering wheel was greasy after I left. Not happy this time around.

Had an oil change and the discovered my wiper blades were old and damaged. Gave me a very reasonable discount and the manager kept costs within my budget and all within a short time frame. Very personable and great service. I have been going to the Jiffy Lube in Goleta. A new Jiffy Lube has opened closer to me. I m always dubious about quick oil change business. I ve had bad and good experiences. But this J.L. was by far the most pleasant and efficient one yet. From their pleasant staff to not up selling was a chill no stress 30 minutes.

I went to 2 other shops but the wait time was so long. On a whim I tried this place and they didn t disappoint. The service was fast and attentive. They explain everything upfront and there were no surprises. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
