Refreshingly competent, professional, respectful and knowledgeable employees. Tony made the purchase simple, overdelivering on every commitment. Dealer upgrades were offered through a simple email link prior to purchase, making it easy to consider without sales pressure.The paperwork was completed quickly (within 15 minutes?) and Nic did a great job in educating us on the vehicle features.Santa Barbara Jaguar exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our purchase and their manufacturers are fortunate to have these individuals representing their brand.I can't recommend these folks enough.

I reviewed Jaguar Santa Barbara about 2 years ago and I'm pleased to say that nothing had changed. My salesman, Tony Clumeck was then, and still is now, responsive, polite and professional. There was no pressure from him at all. He answered every question and was honest with me about every request I made. I told him what I was looking for and he moved heaven and earth to find my car (which wasn't in their showroom) and bring it to the dealership for me within just a few days. The majority of the paperwork was handled by text or email leaving me with just the final documents to sign onsite. An amazing finance director, Summer Petrik, explained everything, making sure that I understood the options and financing. I had some questions about my returned leased vehicle and she made phone calls and sent me an immediate email with a resolution, allaying my concerns about the potential issues I had expressed to her. She then emailed all the documents to me so I'd have them digitally. Unbelievably efficient - I was in her office 15 minutes! After, she handed me off to Nic Azzolina, the delivery specialist, who was waiting with my new car. He took the time to bring me through all the features and show me some things he thought I should know. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I spent more time getting introduced to the new car and its features than actually buying it! Tony, Summer, and Nic were great and I highly recommend them. TWICE this has been the best car purchasing experience.

Bought a 2020 Jaguar XF from this dealer, with assistance from Cynthia Morales. Phenomenal customer service. Great interaction. Superb quality of car delivery and experience. Highly recommend this dealer.

Dylan was never there when we called for some reason, always "unkown" as to his whereabouts... We dropped our vehicle off at 8 am, attempted to call at 1pm and were told that Dylan had a lunch break until 2pm. So we waited until 2:30ish needing our vehicle for obvious reasons and it went to voice-mail. We try again later and get an answer as Dylan explains our vehicle will be ready in about 25 min. We drive there and walk in and, Dylan is no where to be found. As one of the front desk employees escorts me to Dylan's desk he states, " he is always up and down, we can't ever find him". I am seated and waiting. Dylan walks in and has no paperwork printed out for me (there are at least 8 copies/customers reports laying on his desk in front of me) so I have to wait while he prints papers out all while he says my car is still being washed. Mind you, this is 6 HOURS later. Also, sorry Dylan but if you can't be honest with yourself then how can anyone else trust you?? Tell me my car isn't ready because you are behind or have a family crisis. Anything but lie. Btw, We have taken our vehicle in numerous times and have had good service with honest employees for four years before this. I really hope this doesn't continue or we will find another dealership.

Can't speak highly enough of the attention to detail the parts department offered me on a small part I needed. Howard, specifically took the time to make sure what I was buying was exactly.what I needed. Then took the time to ship me the item the next day. Howards next level customer service is second to none. Want to be treated like a human. Shop here. End of story and cheers to them

The salesman didn't want to make a sale. Was more interested in telling us what we couldn't do vs what we could. I would expect on a Jaguar lot there would be experienced client service experts no matter what time of day I show up but no, we had a kid in what looked like a target uniform trying to push us out the door. Shame too, we were pre-qualified and ready to go.

Dropped off our F-Pace this morning and wow..... This place is on point! What made it exceptional is the service and attention I got from the service advisor named Jee Thao. He had everything ready and a loaner car as I needed. He pays great attention to detail. Thanks much!!! I appreciate all the work and care done to the car.JRB

Shout out to Matt in the parts department. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a tiny little part that had come up missing after some body work was done on my Jag and a local body shop. Really appreciate the help and service!
