I recently had my Lexus RX350 repaired by the team at the Independent Automotive Group. I was impressed with the service they provided, especially their communication with me during the repair, which kept me informed without having to call them. Asri & his Staff, treated us like family! We have had all our vehicles repaired by him. Each one he communicated all the things that needed to be done & gave us our input as to yes or no would we like them fixed. Honest, quality work at a fair & reasonable price. Friendly! It is a pleasure doing business with such a kindhearted man & knowledgeable with a staff to match! Integrity is number one with Asri! I recommend them to all my family & friends! I will never go anywhere else

Excellent service for my Lexus and another vehicle. Expertly diagnosed and repaired issues with the Lexus which has 100000+ miles. Did a great job explaining pros/cons of repairs and what was necessary immediately or could be deferred. Would definitely recommend. I have been coming here since I moved to Santa Barbara. About two years ago, I brought my BMW in for its first service.; he caught a major problem that would have ruined my car. Independent Automotive Group went above and beyond to take outstanding care of my car. They diagnosed the problem and had it back to me in running condition in over a day. Unfortunately, that car was later totaled and I got a Mini Cooper. I continue to bring my Mini in for absolutely anything.The owner is an extremely compassionate man. He lives for cars and it is reflected in his work as well as staff. All of Asiri's staff are equally knowledgeable about all makes and models. My family members bring their Lexus, Toyota, and Mazda here and have also never been disappointed.If I ever have a small problem, I bring my car in and Asiri or one of his outstanding employees will look at my car. He saved me hundreds of dollars with what I thought was an exhaust problem by simply putting in on the rack and diagnosing the problem for free. All i needed was a new gas cap that he gave to me for the same price I could have purchased it for on Ebay.I work as a valet and at many events I manage, I notice people with the "Independent Lexus" license plate frame. When I mention Asiri, all I get are smiles and good responses.I can truly say that the owner and his crew are honest, reliable, hard working guys. They make going to get your car serviced a true pleasure.
