Took about 8 weeks to fix my car and they were a week late. Took forever to get parts. Mainly based on customer service, I would not recommend this place. I ve had my car back for 3 days and the repairs all seem good as of now so I hope it stays that way. Regina is the worst person to have to deal with at Hughes. She has no idea how to talk or interact with people. She seems to be in lala land and have no idea where she is or what she s doing. I work in customer service and it s very important to me how you treat the people you re servicing. She left me with wrong information, said she would keep me informed and call me back, never did. I always had to call and follow up. All the employees seem to be on a different page. If you have to deal with someone, make sure you talk to the manager Gracia. She was the only helpful one. I would not recommend taking your car here if the majority of the time you re dealing with the incompetence of their employees. Happy to have my car back and hope I don t have to go there again.

I ve had my car fixed twice at Hugh s and each time I ve had a wonderful experience. They are kind and helpful and go above and beyond and even do a little extra for your car. Thank you for what you do!!

Quality of work was fine but getting parts took months and service person was not proactive in keeping us informed. Car was not completed on schedule and they left us on standby for pickup for 2 days. Then called late on a Friday to say it was finally ready but because they did not prepare us for that, we had to wait until Monday. I can not recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hughes Auto Body & Paint made a very unpleasant experience of having to repair my car a very pleasant one. Every staff person I interacted with was incredibly kind and professional. They kept me well informed throughout the process and completed the repairs faster than I expected. Their customer service is above and beyond any other auto body shop I have been to, I was even provided a loner car free of charge while my vehicle was being repaired. They did a fantastic job on my car and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work.

The friendly staff went out of their way to work with my needs of my body repair. They took extra time and care working with my insurance as well. This is a very busy shop, but they were always professional and detailed with their responses. Just needed a new bulb on one front headlight. Couldn't believe how fast they did it. They had 3 cute puppies there, was definitely a pick me upper, especially during these times. I will definitely be back. Everyone was so awesome! Your secretary Vanessa is great! This place is a gem

I'm forever taking my car here in the future. My car got hit while parked and I took it to Hughes for an estimate. It took the people a while 2 weeks to get back to me. When we got to Hughes the people who hit my car were so rude and mean and Vanessa and the manager stepped in for me and helped me out big time. It was the best experience working with them. They're so helpful, especially Vanessa. I love them all so much

Customer Services is alive and well at Hughes Auto Body & Paint (HABP). HABP is part of the Guaranteed Repair Network for SafeCo of Liberty Mutual and V.Martinez was incredible friendly, easy to speak with, and communicated the estimation and repair process like a customer service superstar.The front desk staff, although busy, stopped and immediately asked if they could assist - the people here are a solid team.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I had the misfortune of someone backing into my front bumper however the two good things were they told me and the second is I took it to Hughes. The auto insurance the person had was rated 1 star. It looked to be a disaster. After one bid I went to Hughes and Gracia told me no problem they have worked with that insurance before and took care of everything. I went through the hoops like I needed to with a statement and photos but Gracia did it as well and was on her game. I kept worrying I'd be stuck with the bill but I wasn't. The job was done well. My bumper looks great. They did it quickly and came under the bid price. This is a fair and very professional auto body shop. They were $200 under the prior place I went to and I will bring my car here again in the future should I need to.

My experience was great with Hughes auto body. After getting in a slight accident they went above and beyond to repair my car for just the deductible. Not only did my front bumper look better than before the accident, but the whole process was quick and painless. They took care of everything and made sure to keep me updated on the process. I am so glad they were recommended by the insurance company and will definitely be going back from now on. Julie (I believe her name was) provided me with the best service any auto shop has provided. Very hospitable and friendly. Thanks to you all :)

My insurance company recommended them, and now I know why. They are reasonable and quick and have some of the best customer service I've encountered - ever. The car looked brand new when it was finished, which is no small feat for a 9 year old vehicle. 6/5 stars!

My beloved old VW van was hit while parked and had suspension and body damage. Hughes was recommended by my insurer and I couldn't be happier! Old VW's are really hard to find parts for so I knew this repair could take longer than usual. The team at Hughes did great job keeping us informed along the way, and went above and beyond :) The body work was beautiful, the suspension work excellent - this old van drives like a new car! We're so happy to have it back and I'd definitely use Hughes again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

A friend backed into my driver door, taking out the driver side mirror and causing the door to need replacement. Took the car (1995 MBZ wagon) to Hughes for door and mirror replacement. The replacement door did not seal properly. The mirror was replaced with the mirror from the original car door without repairing the mirror damage hundreds more to repair. The lock was not replaced in the new door properly, ultimately costing more hundreds to be replaced. The original lock never did work again. Hughes staff offered to patch paint, since they purchased the color anyway to match the salvaged door to the original. Instead when I came to pick it up the staff shrugged and showed me that they had power washed the car and taken off a 4 circle of paint instead, showing bare body. The couple areas they did touch up were not primed or painted well, so the touch-up came off within Two weeks. The replacement door itself was not aligned with the frame correctly so it whistles with air every time I drive over 20mph. My mechanic is furious with me and has told me that he will no longer work on my car if I ever take it to Hughes again. I told him he doesn t have to worry, I ll take my business elsewhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had Hughes do work on 3 different cars, and I would not go anywhere else. Their work is excellent and gets done quickly, in most cases only a couple of days. Walt is friendly and fair, and hasd always gone the extra mile for us.Not sure what the whole story was with J's sister, but I can't see it being worthy of a 1 star rating. Regardless of what happened on the phone, I am sure her sister's car was expertly repaired an returned to her in great condition.Thanks Walt for all you have done for us.

Professional, accurate, friendly, high quality service! Sometimes you need someone to fight for you when dealing with insurance companies and rental car companies. I had been a victim of someone hitting my car. Brought it to Hughes and they took excellent care of me. Fought with the other parties insurance company for me so I wouldn t be stuck without a vehicle to get to work and to pick up my kids from school. I have been soo happy with them that it brought me to tears after all the stress and headaches I ve had to endure from the other parties insurance and also the terrible rental car service. Gracia, Gabby and Alex have been absolutely excellent and would recommend them to everyone!!!! Don t waste your time with anyone else !

It's always scary and worrisome after an accident. The first thing I did was to check body shops around with high reviews...I came across this one. Glad I did! They are VERY VERY nice and you feel like they are your friends:) comforting! I was somewhat patient lol, it almost took a month for my car to get fixed but it was because of my insurance:/ but I really recommend these guys!!! They are AWESOME!! YOu will be in good hands:) all the girls are nice :) my Nissan was good:)

My 2nd time at Hughes Auto Body in 2 years. Both jobs came out beautifully, communication was excellent through the process, staff were wonderful. I highly recommend them. Very professional.

PROFast service, low price (any lower, it will be crap) and excellent work.CONI would like to go back there again but they had to use imitation parts to fix my car.OVERALLI recommend them.
