I had a great experience in getting my truck. Steven and Tony were great. They met my needs and accommodations. Helped me understand everything with the contract. Made me comfortable with my buy. They work with you to try to get the price that you need. Thank you for making my purchase as easy as possible. Last but not least they brought my vehicle to me which was about 2 hours out.

Excellent service. I am really happy with my purchase. Everyone at Coastal Chevrolet SB was very kind and professional. My car salesperson was Jose Vazquez. He was very knowledgeable about the brand, the cars on the lot, and worked efficiently to help me buy my car. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Anthony was so helpful and knowledgeable as he helped me and my son upgrade my vehicle. He was calm and answered all of our questions with helpful ideas, and remained attentive and patient when we weren t sure about what we wanted to do. We left with a great car and a very positive experience!

I came in for a service and happened to check out a used vehicle. The salesman was extremely friendly and personable, but the used car manager Fred was the complete opposite.Fred came on extremely aggressive and was very rude. He wouldn t let me leave, and then wanted to bet me $2000 that he would sell a car I was interested in within the next two weeks. Very weird experience and I won t be returning unfortunately.

Jorge is the service representative I have worked with since he first came onto the dealership. I have been very impressed with his service, professionalism and friendliness. This last time for my visit was a bit confused as apparently the technicians who worked on my car for a general check up did not get the paper work back to Jorge in a timely manner.I will say with all of the technology working nowadays, if I have called in and have been put on hold by the front desk/receptionist it might be helpful for her to have a way to see that my call was not answered after 10 minutes of waiting to check to see if my car was ready for pickup. I see she dials the service rep and than leaves it to them. If I had that job I would be watching to see if the call was picked up or perhaps the service rep cannot get to it. I would then get back to the caller to let them know they will be called back as soon as possible. I disconnected and made a new call, got the receptionist again and was taken care of.Overall I would send anyone who has a Chevrolet to this dealership.

My husband and I drove from the Sacramento area to pick up my dream vehicle after searching quite literally the entire state to find exactly what I was looking for and at the right price. Working with Gianni was impressive right out the gate. He answered every question we had, took multiple videos of the interior and exterior to give us an in-person feel since we were 7+ hours away. The videos he sent helped us make sure the vehicle met our every want and need. He was quick to respond via email and phone. He even offered to deliver the vehicle all the way to us! We decided to drive down to check it out in person instead and he sure rolled out the red carpet for us from the moment we arrived.After much back and forth with the finance department about being pre-approved and finalizing the loan through the bank of our choice, Andres took care of us and was very personable.All in all I am over the moon excited about my vehicle and we are happy with the customer service we received.

I ve been coming to this Chevy location for years because they provide the best, most expedient, fair and honest service of any service department I ve experienced. I literally come all the way from Los Angeles (while visiting family) because the service department is so good. Recently, I had to wait for a part when everything came to a halt due to the auto strike, and it happened to coincide with the transition from Bunnin to Coastal. I was worried the service quality or pricing might change, but not only did I find the same great staff, they honored the price I d been quoted months prior and called me when the part came in, even after all that time had passed. Five big stars!!

Drove from San Fernando Valley to Coastal Chevrolet and from the minute we arrived the staff were very friendly. Total different experience from other dealerships. Your service is great, your cost for labor is outrageous. $400 to change the bulbs in my headlights. I told a friend about the charge he googled how to change the bulb in a 2016 Chevy Traverse. it shows turning the tire out, taking out 3 screws pulling the flap down removing bulb then replacing. 1,2,3 he says doesn't take more than 10 minutes. SO IN THAT SENSE MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL. MORE THAN LIKELY I WON'T BE HAVING ANYTHING DONE AT YOUR DEALERSHIP.

Had the most disappointing experience at Coastal Chevrolet of Santa Barbara today. I have been in touch with their sales staff for an advertised used car for a couple of days and finally made an appointment with sales person to see and text drive the car. Once there I met with sales person who after taking 10 minutes to gather personal info and then informed me that they do not have the car on the lot and is at their LA location and cannot be seen or test driven. It was a false representation and wasted my and my wife time and have us visit the lot so they can sell something else. Overall feel cheated. I would not do business with them again.

I approched your Saleserson with an initial request to see a Chevrolet Trax. They did not have a 2023, only 2024's. I could not afford to make the purchase. I then came back with a Chevy Family and Friends Discount Offer for a 2023 TrailBlazer requiring $3000.00 down. IO was informed that they had a unit that fit the offer. THis was supposed to be $239.00 a month. I was told that they would take care of then taxes, dealer costs, title and license, I would need to have the $3000.00 down. They would work out everything else. I was taken to the Finance Managers office where I signed electronic paperwork. I had an doctors appointment that I had managed to move forward. I had just had surgery a week prior so this was important for me to go to. I felt that everything had taken quite a bit of time and now felt rushed to complete the process. I was informed that the paperwork would be ready in about an hour. Or I could return the following day to pick them ujp. I could take the new TrailBlazer to the doctors appoinmentt and then home. At this time i was informed my payment woulf be about $289.00 a month.I returned the following day. I spoke to the salsperson and he stated that the tax (?) plus extra equipment had added to the monthly payment. This had not been explained the prior day. There was no meeting of the minds. An additional $600.00 per year would put a huge strain on my monthly budget.I felt that the salesperson had been working to set up the sale and did not plan on hiding the payment from me. I do not know if I would have signed the paperwork had I known th exact payment. But since I had I knew I was compelled to move forward. I am certainly nlt satisified with the total process.The reason I was trading in the first place was that the evening before my Stepson had been ran off of the raoad by a drunk. He lives in Northern CA. He had been airlifed to Reno, NV. He had 6 surgeries to rebuild his hip, pelcic mass and a leg. He would end up in a Rehab unit in Susanville, CA. I needed the extra room to transport my wife and two dogs plus luggage to the area to see him. My mind was a bit overwhelmend at that time.

I have been to your dealership 3 times since I purchased new tires from you 15 months ago. Not once, in those 3 visits did you rotate my tires and now you are telling me the front are worn and I have to buy two new tires.
