I was very impressed withthe person I worked with (Wade) at Caliber Collision and the excellent job of repairing my car. They did a beautiful job!I also appreciated their ability to transfer me back and forth to my home. The young man driving the transport was pleasant, careful and knew his way around the route!

This place is by far the BEST place I ve ever gone to have my car worked on! From the very start of getting an estimate and scheduling my drop off for repairs to the calls with updates and then to the final pickup procedure, the team at Caliber Collision was amazing!! Jesse was my main contact for the whole of my repair experience and he never let me down! He called every couple days with updates or even just to check in with me so I knew where they were in the process of repairs. He was very professional but all friendly and personable! Chris at the front desk was also extremely pleasant to work with, he was also professional and friendly, making the experience that much better!I can t thank the Caliber team enough for such a great experience and a job well done! My car looks absolutely perfect and they did it in such a quick amount of time.Thanks y all!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dennis at Caliber Collision Auto Body Car Shop and I must say, his service was truly exceptional and unparalleled. From the moment I walked in, Dennis greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. I was told the vehicle would be ready Thursday the latest Friday then they call me Friday and say that it won t be ready until Monday, Monday comes and they find out they ordered the wrong parts so now they tell me I gotta wait until Tuesday, Tuesday comes, and they have the parts But they have to take it to tint works so they can add them on but they didn t have anything available for that day until the next day which would be Wednesday, an additional 5 days I have to wait let alone my mirror being hit and outta place while the vehicle was in their possession and unfixed, when the vehicle was returned to me unfinished. This was by far the worst experience that I ve had with a body shop.

Having a damaged car is no fun but the stress of the entire process was lessened with Caliber Collision. All the staff I encountered were kind and professional. The service was timely and Jessie remained communicative throughout the entire process which I appreciated. Additionally, Jessie made sure I understood the entire repair process to the T while also ensuring that he would remain available throughout the process if I had any questions or if anything came up. Hate that my car was wrecked but thankful I had a great place to take it to and get it repaired.

Repair on my car from a no-fault on my part parking lot collision was terrific. The staff and quality of the work done were top notch and I recommend Caliber to anyone requiring body-work/repair on their vehicles.

This was an insurance claim. I noticed that the side bumper was loosely installed and they were going to reschedule an appointment to have it more fitted but that never happened. I tried 2 to schedule myself. Good initial customer service but lacking in quality control

I rarely leave negative reviews for businesses but I feel the need to warn my community about this Caliber Collision location. My Audi Q5 was damaged in an accident and I chose this location to repair my car, as it seemed like a reliable choice. They did repair my car, however, the door handle completely fell off of my car after having been repaired. I contacted Wade (who initially assisted with the repair) and he let me know they would take care of this warranty issue. It has since been weeks since I have brought my car back in with this warranty issue. I have called two weeks in a row now, multiple times, asking about the status of the repair, both times being told that the repair would be done that same week. Upon calling this business, I have been given conflicting information regarding when I will receive a call back. I was told earlier this morning that Wade would give us a call back after his lunch break today. When I did not receive a call back from Wade, I called back again later in the afternoon and was told by Luz (Luce?) that he was busy and would "call when he can". I have not heard from Wade in weeks and this error on their part is now causing financial strain on my family.It's very unfortunate that their error in repairing my car has caused this horrific delay. I understand that there may be a labor/parts shortage, but I was told that they do indeed have the part and that my repair is "in queue". As a business owner myself, it's extraordinary hard to believe that they wouldn't prioritize correcting a mistake they clearly made and admitted to.If you are looking for a quality repair, especially if you have a luxury vehicle/Audi, do not bring your vehicle here. I highly regret my decision in choosing Caliber Collision and would not recommend them to anyone. We still have no idea when this will be fixed and have received no communication on this.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

An awful experience. Took my car here to be repaired after an accident. For 4 weeks now, they have pushed back the date of completion, on the day of estimated completion with NO other communication. When called, I hear they ordered the wrong part and get more vague estimates. I wish they would be more transparent and communicate deadlines accurately.

Had a great experience here! I brought my car in after I d accidentally broken the back spoiler off it, Jesse was the one who helped me out and he did a stellar job! He replaced and repainted the new spoiler and it looks even better than it did before I d broken it off. And an added plus was the nice cleaning job he gave the car too. I am beyond grateful and thrilled with the high quality customer service and excellent repairs at Caliber Collision on Hailey street in Santa Barbara. We have lived in SB for over 20 years and have had cars worked on at different places. Caliber on Hailey has provided us with the all time best service out of any of them. From the get go, the people at the front desk and especially Wade have been there for us making the overall process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. And of course, the repair work is top notch! I was originally recommended to the shop from a friend at Oren's Automotive (another all time favorite) and I'm grateful for the recommendation. I won't go anywhere else and I'm grateful for Wade's personal and professional approach. Not only great customer service but after what has been 3 car repairs, I consider him a friend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional and polite when talking with them which is great, don't need more stress after what's happened to your car. As far as the body work, it is excellent work! As if the accident had never happened. If you need further than that, sometimes little issues come up, nothing is perfect in this world. They accidentally nic the tint on the car, no questions they guarantee to replace it. Wonderful people!

Caliber did a great job on a recent repair of my bmw. They replaced the passenger side mirror, fixed a dent in the passenger side panel, and blended the paint job. So far, everything looks great. Jesse R., our service advisor was helpful and updated me with progress along the way. They completed the job before the expected date and I was able to drop off my Enterprise rental car right there at the shop when I picked up my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALIBER COLLISION - my car looks fantastic, it s like it never happened and Dennis provided TOP NOTCH care and communication! I had accidentally backed into a wooden cabinet - so irritating but that s what insurance is for - why work hard and then drive around with a janky looking car for even a minute?

Service was fabulous! Extremely professional. We were left calls and emails communicating to us exactly what was going on with our vehicle. We were not left with any surprises. Like so many, I rely heavily on my car. I put off getting my car repaired for over a year since I did not have a rental car. Nathan was beyond awesome in getting everything facilitated. Couldn t recommend him enough!
