The staff here always provide such competent service. Their work is timely and I can always expect good results after getting my Jaguar serviced. The customer service from Bob and Barrett is top notch. I m grateful to have this local business in SB. Definitely recommend.

Bob IS AWESOME! He helped me with something I REALLY cared about, and he did it on his time. I cannot speak highly enough of him. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this Englishman, he is professional, intelligent, committed, and caring. I enjoyed spending part of an afternoon learning and sharing with him. THANK YOU BOB!

Bob is a remarkable mechanic. He knows Jaguars inside out and top to bottom. He also knows Land Rovers well, and I believe he works on them as well (can't swear to that, but I bet he would accept yours if you just asked). Most importantly, he is a man of great integrity and honesty. He will discuss in detail what your car needs, or DOESN'T need, and he will explain it so you understand. The mechanics he employs follow his lead. They are friendly and helpful, and terrifically skilled. This is the only car repair place at which I have ever been charged far LESS than the estimate. That alone makes this shop number one in my book, but on all points, I simply can't recommend it highly enough.

We've been taking our vehicles to Bob for several years. He is always fair, gets the job done right and doesn't charge the crazy prices you pay at the dealership.
