I used their service twice. Once for checking battery(Richard nailed the cause fuel pump when I took it to my mechanic ) the other for towing the car almost 2 hrs. Rudy was extremely throughle prepping the car for Towing. Profeesional and friendly guy (Rudy) to be In the car for 2 hrs. I highly recommend this company for towing. I used them through AAA.

Richard was amazing! My car was parked between two other cars and my battery wouldn t work and the car wouldn t start. Richard gave me all the option. And then, quickly install the new battery. It was a great overall experience! Thanks

Our daughters 4-Runner broke down 2 hours away from home. We drove to the parking lot the next day to try and fix it before the rain storm and realized the job was to big. We called around and no trailers were available for a week! As we were there for 2 hours a gentlemen approached and asked about our situation. It was Jeff Holzer, and he happens to own a tow truck company. He made a call and within 1/2 hour his driver JJ had us loaded up and would deliver it to our home the next day. The most amazing part .Jeff did the job for a great deal! Oh my gosh let me tell you the relief and joy of that moment. I have always been a true believer that people are good and kind and want to help each other. Feeling EXTRA Thankful this Thanks-GIVING

This morning I locked myself out of my care (so stupid!). I called Bob Holzer towing directly bc AAA was having an issue with their dispatch. I was told I'd have to pay $75 and the wait could be up to an hour, this was at 10:30am. At 11:15 no one had arrived and no texts came with an update. I called them for a 2nd time and was told that my first request was nowhere to be found so it would take another 20-30 minutes for help to arrive. At 12:15 still No one and no update. I called a 3rd time and was told someone would definitely arrive in 10 minutes. Nope. I called a 4th time and was told to either try another company...what??!! Or wait again. The man on the phone said he would come help himself. Finally at 1:40 a driver arrived. Not the man on the phone. He did give me a discount I had asked for...a whopping $10 off after waiting over 3 hours!!Sadly, this wasn't my first issue with this company. Last winter they had me wait over 6 hours in freezing weather with every excuse in the book everytime I called to check on progress. Unfortunately in an emergency you're stuck and can't shop around. If you can, go elsewhere!!Service: Car lockouts

Robert was professional, courteous, and probably the best driver I ve ever seen. He got my car out a a cramped parking garage after i needed a tow. Realized he towed me 6 years prior after I hit a bathtub on the 101! (Dont ask)- 2 tows in 6 years via AAA- have to post 5/5!!!Then to now- he has just polished his skill set more. This is THE tow company you want, if in SB county!Services: Battery service, Car towing

I called AAA about 8;30 to get my Ford Coachman RV towed. I was kept posted with calls and texts until Aaron, from Bob Holzer Towing, arrived about 9:15 with a heavy-duty flat bed. Aaron had a great attitude and on-the-job hustle. He had to finagle to get it out of the long driveway, but he got it done without undue delay in this one-way-out Mobile Home court. At one point, with me behind the wheel, Aaron hand pushed the heavy vehicle. Pro Football, do you need a Linebacker? Major kudos to Bob Holzer Towing, Aaron and of course AAA!

Doug was great. He came quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. New battery was about $50 cheaper than it would ve been if I had purchased it at a store, and Doug installed it himself! I highly recommend.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

Paul went above and beyond to get me a battery from another location and installed it when my car battery died for the last time. This really helped me out so much! I had the pleasure of working with Octavio from Bob Holtzer when I needed my car towed, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Octavio was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.When I called Bob Holtzer, they answered the phone promptly and listened patiently to my situation. They immediately put me at ease and assured me that they could take care of everything. When Octavio arrived to tow my car, he was punctual and prepared. He carefully loaded my car onto the tow truck, making sure that it was secure and wouldn't sustain any damage during the transport.Throughout the entire process, Octavio communicated with me clearly and kept me updated on his progress. John is an amazing helpful person. One of my trucks ran out of diesel in their area which is 100 miles away from our station. Driver did not have means of payment or accept payment from the office. I called John and he happily helped sending one of his drivers to the gas station where they pump up and helped my driver with fuel. Thank you John. Very Grateful! My son just got released from surgery at Cottage Health when I found out my battery died. I've used this company before (4 times) locked keys in the car, etc. EVERY TIME just Fast, extremely courteous helpful service! Love you guys for making my stressful life... Less stressful!

I went on vacation and came back to figure out that my Prius V would not start and figured the auxiliary battery was dead when I check some switch positions and saw that the courtesy lamp was in the on position. I called Triple A and a young man by the name of Price showed up about five minutes later, very courteous with a clean truck and who had my auxillerry battery charged in a few minutes enough to start the car He also gave me some valuable advice on how to sort out if the small battery was not fried regards it's ability to hold charge which saved me some time and money without going to my dealership which would have charged me, I suspect, for a new battery. Fast, courteous, understood my car, and gave great advice. I highly recommend Bob Holder towing and was impressed with the young man Mr.Price.

Last week was my sister graduation at UCLA that on the way there I got a flat tire. I called my brother and he called these guys for me. Normally I would not write a review but I ve got to say how great these guys were. I had to pull into a street to not hold up the traffic, these guys got to me and found where I was real quickly and changed my tire to the spare that I had for me. They let me know that there was a body shop near by that would change my tire for me for a great price. I was on my way to my sisters graduation and I was not late. Thank you (name of company) you guys are amazing and your services are great.

My car was illegal towed ( I received no notification, no warning) and the central lock system was damaged when they forced the door.$2400 total cost to replace it on my 2000 Lexus 300 RX.The did not informed the local Police Department within 2 hours, as the vehicle code demanded that they have my car . The Sheriff can t locate my car three days later , and I was charged $700 extra . The driver who towed my car is a relative with the vice-president of HOA, where I live ,and they have contract to service this area.Nightmare Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Local hauling

After having a bad experience with another towing place, I called these guys and they showed up with in 15 minutes, the dispatch lady was great and very friendly. The driver was very nice and quick. I will definitely be using their services if needed in the future. Keep up the great customer service!!

Unfortunately, Bob Holzer Towing never showed. I made scheduled pick up through AAA at 7:45 p.m. after several calls I was updated that Bob Holzer went off duty at 9:00 p.m. I waited 3 hours. This was a first for me!

I could not be more grateful to the guys at Bob Holzer Towing. I lost the keys to my car last weekend and had to have my car towed to the local Honda Dealership. These guys were incredible. I was feeling extremely stressed and somewhat stranded - but they assured me it would be okay and in the end it was. I wish I could give them 10 stars... 5 is not enough. It's such a blessing to find a great group of guys in this crazy world... Thank You to the crew!

Ben was amazing. Between directing morning traffic on a crazy, busy street while managing my car, Ben kept it cool through a distracted leaf blower hitting him right in the face and even a knife wielding stranger. AAA sent them out when I was stuck on the freeway with a tire blow out Friday night far from home. Miguel showed up well before the estimated time and quickly got my car loaded and to the tire shop before they closed and I was able to get back on the road. What could have been a major change in plans became just a minor delay so I'm very appreciative. Thanks!

Robert Loear went out of his way to help me and my elderly, disabled mother. Our car broke down in Goleta (we live in SB). He arrived quickly, and gave us a ride as well as towing our car. I will always appreciate his kindness. (This review is way overdue! He helped us a couple years ago)

Bob Holzer Towing (through AAA) came to my dead-battery rescue this afternoon. James, the driver and technician, was prompt, polite, informative and efficient. He tested my 3+year old battery, gave me options (without pressure), and installed a new battery within a short period of time. Thank you, James, and Bob Holzer.
