Fantastic service! Realized I had a nail in my tire as I left for work. I immediately drove to the shop and they put me in the lineup. I received a call when they were done and all is good.

Tire price good! Overselling terrible! Told Me after we bought our tires that the rear brakes needed to be serviced, cause they were grinding! A. Never heard any grinding B. Just to be sure we took the car to our own mechanic and he laughed! The brakes were just fine! NICE TRY AMERICAN TIRE NICE TRY!...

I ran in at the last minute because of a rather flat tire I d been ignoring for two days. These guys were great! I left 30 minutes later with four new tires and a few good stories.

We had a nail in our tire and stopped by there business - they gave us an appointment for an hour later then spent 45 minutes on the tire plugging it. Everything was done with extreme care and professionalism. Then, no charge on top of that. We will be back for all our tire needs!

I trust this place I ve had control arm assemblies, tires, alternator, starter replaced by these guys. VERY attentive and they only recommend what your vehicle needs. Wheel alignments go for $120-$250 but they give you unlimited (due to curb checks, potholes) for 3 years: $99.One of the best service centers I ve trusted my vehicles with. More so than the dealership(s).

Wow - Mitch and his team were amazing! They got my tire quickly patched and we were back on the road to Los Angeles in no time! Really appreciate their incredible kindness, professionalism, and speed of service - especially when I thought my day had gone sideways with a huge nail in my tire! Thanks, Mitch!

I had a tire that was losing pressure. I did not have an appointment. You said it would take an hour. You were finished in about 40 minutes and there was no charge for removing a nail. I am extremely pleased.

Set up online to get new tires and compared price with other vendors and ended up with American as their price is competitive with other vendors and they are close by. We were taken at the time we setup and the tires were there so everything went smoothly.

I was out of town and needed my tires rotated and they did the rotation for free. I was not expecting that and it was really cool of them. Nice people working here, highly recommend.

Be careful. Took my car to have brakes inspected after hearing a strange noise. Was suspicious when they tried to get me to agree my car needed an alignment claiming it pulled, which it absolutely does not. Quoted me well over 1K for the brake work, later there would be the alingment and new struts. They "forgot" to replace one of the hup caps after I said I'd return later. I was pushed to do the brake service right away because they would be so busy later. I chose this shop as I needed another unrelated service which on the phone they told me they would be happy to take care of but once I arrived, they told me, no, they would not.Stopped by another mechanic in Goleta and had the work done that Tire Depot would not do. They did a brake inspection and all was found to be fine for now. Struts had already been replaced and no alignment needed.Turned out the strange barking noise I heard was not my brakes chirping as Tire Depo told me but it was from the dirfferent surface of the highway near LA due to current construction.Very unprofessional. I am a 70 year old woman. I was not comfortable at Am Tire Depot with how they took several cars, potential customers, arriving after me while I was left restlessly waiting for them to give me the results of the brake inspection. I had to ask them several times for a report. All in all, be careful of this place. Perhaps they do good work and sell appropriate tires as other reviewers have noted, even giving them the benefit of the doubt that later on, the car would be needing the brake work they recommend, they still tried to upsell me on services that would not be needed. I will not return to this shop and do not recommend them.

In and out for a new tire purchase in an hour without an appointment. Kevin was nice and helped explained things to me. Competitive pricing to other tire places I researched in the area. Def recommend.

My husband went in to take our vehicle for a tire rotation and alignment, and Mitch took really good care of us. He didn t try to upsell, he was professional and straightforward. Told us exactly what we needed and didn t need. Great customer service. We ll definitely be going back for all our tire needs. Thank you Mitch.

I have purchased tires here before had great service then and today I had a flat tire told me I would be an hour but it was done in 30 minutes. Did I mention it was free? Was excellent service. Thank you very much.

I ve been in this location multiple times and every time It s a pleasure to work with these guys. the Service is always amazing. Everyone is friendly and they always get the job done right the first time. There s nowhere else in Santa Barbara that I would go to to have my tires done. Another thing of note is their pricing is always competitive and they are willing to work with you to make sure you get what you need at the best cost.

While driving from San Jose, my tire got an unexpected puncture on the road. Guys at the shop helped me out and I appreciate them a lot. They do a free puncture repair.

I'm from out of town, and had a slow leak in one of my tires. They told me it would be an hour. It was done in half the time and no charge. Great guys and great service. I would highly recommend them.

I called first because I knew exactly the set of tires that I wanted. They had exactly what I needed. I was in and out with an alignment and four tires in 1 and 1/2 hours. The pricing was really great and the service was exceptional. It's been recently remodeled and looks good.

I had a great experience having my car serviced at American Tire today. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair a faulty sensor which was a safety concern. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Big guy behind the counter and his robust boy friend are nothing more than a couple half rate cons.Stopped in for a tire patch, due to a nail in the tread, without even taking a look they insisted on selling me two brand new tires at over 600 claiming it couldn't be patched. I knew from H.S. auto shop that they were full of it. Said no thanks, I'll head to another shop, suddenly the price dropped by half. Still not good enough, I don't support crooks trying to make an easy pay day off someone in a bad place. Took it to Sam's for a patch. Since this experience I have put almost a thousand miles on the patched tire with no issues or loss in tire pressure, from sea level to 7k in elevation. You've been warned, do not waste your time or money with un-American Tire Depot.ETA: It has been over a year and a couple thousand more miles. The patch that couldn't be done by these crooks (but was at Sam's club) is still holding strong. No loss in tire pressure and no concerns from my mechanic or local tire place. Avoid these crooks!

I've been taking my car to American tire Depot for a long time very pleasant staff to talk to and I'm always a good attitude I have not have any problem since I've been taking my car here and the manager that runs this place is very excellent and very nice and always in a good attitude same with the staff I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Made a appointment thru car advise for 11 am usually I get my oil change in 30 to 45 minutes when I scheduled an appointment thru car advise at Firestone. I saw that this place had just joined car advise and was ten dollars cheaper so I figured Id give it a go. Got a quote for an hour. Showed up ten minutes early and asked how long said twenty minutes. 15 minutes later my car goes up on the hoist. I'm sure they will barely let it drain and fill it up and send me on my way. Ten dollars saved for an extra hour if my time. Definitely not worth it. Save your self the time and go to Firestone.

Promt friendly service. Tire sensor came on. Mom's car, tires were 8 years old!!! 45 minutes later, all new tires. Excellent!
