Excellent Service! Re-chromed and restored a 17 year old 19 Jaguar Rim! Looks brand new! Original was peeling and pitted with corrosion. 7-10 day turn-around at a fair price. They also removed/installed a spare on, while fixing the tire. As well as rotated and balanced the tire. Highly recommended!

One of my tires was losing up to 4 pounds of air a day, even with a new tire & valve stem. Came to WRS and spoke with Axle, who identified the problem as corrosion which had formed inside the chrome wheel. They removed the tire, ground off the corrosion & resurfaced the interior portion of the wheel. Problem solved! These guys really know their business. Courteous, professional, and they do excellent work. I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half. And the cost was very reasonable. This shop offers complete wheel repair and wheel chroming/painting services. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

My highly recommend will repair specialist. My experience today was stellar. It was told the day before that my front wheel was bent from running over something on the freeway.They very carefully examined it and showed me that it was negligible and that it's not worth spending the money.The car in the wheel is completely safe if left alone, the way it is. I could not even tell that there was any damage when they shouldn't make.This is a very good business to work on high-end vehicles and even vehicles like mine.They have excellent customer service in. Everybody in the business is so down-to-earth and honest.

Customer service was great , well priced , no BS , straight up , got the call back on cost tl repair both my 22s due to nasty pot holes..within the same day.....10 days later....i picked the hottest day to pick up my wheels but well worth it. They even mounted my new rubber band tires too.Thank you WRS definitely will be back if I need services done.

The turnaround time ended up being a little longer than planned, but I am absolutely stunned with their work. The finish matches perfect to the original OEM look. Pricing is well affordable and well worth it. These were originally beaten genuine Ford junkyard rims taken from a wrecked 2003 Crown Victoria LX Sport. Now fit on my 2005 Crown Victoria P71.

Had some scratches on two wheels looking really bad. I was recommended to them and they had it done quick ! My wheels came back looking brand new and I was very happy. Thank you guys for taking care of my wheels on such late notice! I would recommend them if wheels are scratched!

They promised work ready overnight and they delivered. My rims look new and they noticed a defective tire. It was replaced at a reasonable cost. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Can not recommend this shop enough. I had two wheels damaged from potholes causing the car to vibrate on the road. These guys had the wheels looking incredible and CNC machine got them truer than a nun in court.

Came here with a unique problem that not even the manager had ever seen before.. fixed in 2 days for a very reasonable price.. staff is helpful and very knowledgeable and I can t recommend it more :)

These guys were referred to me after my tire place informed me that my wheel was cracked. They were honest, professional, courteous and got the job done at a good price and I'm a timely manner. As a business owner myself, I was really impressed by their service. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to WRS by Pep Boys where I had taken my car to have what I thought was a slow leak fixed. They informed me that my wheel was cracked and I could either buy a new Rim or have WRS check it out. I called and Lorenz was able to get me a same day appointment. Long story short, not only did I have them fix the crack, I left there with my rims painted the perfect shade of black to match my car! The Job they did was magnificent and it was done in a timely manner!!! They are honest, professional, courteous and got the job done at a good price and In a timely manner. It s very rare to get this winning combo anywhere these days! While I was there I also met Mr. Selwyn Illman, President of the body shop across the street ( close Assoc of WRS) and he was able to complete the restoration job with some paint to the trim on my car that was starting to fade. The car quite honestly now looks new and I get a lot of compliments on it! I am SUPER impressed by their services. I plan on being a lifelong customer! I actually introduced my son to the place and he has been fully satisfied with their services as well - he had repair to corroded rims and they also fixed the tire sensors that were coming on intermittently! I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE WRS AND THE BODY SHOP ACROSS THE STREET I would give THEM A 10 if I could!! I ll try to post before and after pics later

Do not deal with them !!!!I have my E92 BMW, I was moving to San Fran and I wanted to fix ONE small crack on the left rear wheel, I went to this shop for a wheel repair, he convinced me that the wheel has 3 cracks and they will coast me more that a new wheel !!!!!!!!! And because I was moving and I wanted to drive the car all the way to San Fran, I just got the new wheel from his shop !!!! And less then 3 month I got like 3 inches crack and I found out that it s not a new wheel and he didn t want to fixed AND he refused to return the wheel or to refund my money !!!!!

They do not know what are they doing and owner does not have Good customer service and very rude. They said that they Tesla wheel all the time. My wheel does not look Right and came back 2 times. Then its still look the same, thy told me they Paint 3 times. Owner, Jeff asked me that why don't you buy New wheel instead. Is this sound right to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND this to any one. They will Ruin your wheel and your day.

Great place! Been here many times due to all the potholes on our roads. These guys are great. I drive from south orange county. They are that good.

As always, they fixed my rims perfectly and no longer have any wheel vibration. High quality work and service. Highly recommend this place if you have debts in your rims, need your tires balanced, or want the curb rash fixed.

I dropped my car off here today at around 10:30am, but was told that my rim could not be repaired and they would have to track down a replacement part, so my car wouldn't be ready until tomorrow afternoon. As you all well know, it's a pain to be separated from your car in Orange County, especially if you need to figure out how to get to and from work in the meantime.But, the rim specialists to the rescue! I received a call approximately 3 hours later, with the staff telling me that my car would be ready for pickup in half an hour: they were able to find a rim faster than expected. I'm off to pick it up now :). Big thanks to these guys for being so diligent and reuniting me with my car a full day sooner than expected!

Tim at WRS is the go to guy who will make it happen! My experience with Tim and his staff went better than I had expected. All appear to be very knowledgeable efficient and do great work at reasonable prices. They repaired two of my BMW 19" M rims making them look brand new again.I have already recommended WRS to several of my clients who also have high end vehicles and we're very happy with the results.These guys are the best in the business!

I just got a call from from the Wheel specialist and they didn't even take my tire off to check the rim and told me that they couldn't fix it I will never send another person or even recommend this business to anybody these people are unprofessional and they sure the hell are not specialists

We went to Wheel Repair Specialists with a broken wheel. They found us an exact match in a few minutes. They were cheerful, courteous, and returned our car when they said they would, to the minute. I don't want to have another broken wheel, but I would happily return to Wheel Repair Specialists.

Great pleasure to do business with. Nick who manages the front desk and phones is exceptional, and although they were not able to repair my wheel, they assisted me in finding another rim and sent me to some guys who were able to help me out. Would recommend this business to all friends in OC with curb damage.

These guys are amazing. I took my aluminum Advan rg2 wheels to several shops to try and get some curb damage repaired. Everyone told me they were a lost cause and that I should just get new wheels. Took it to OC wheel repair and jeff told me he can't promise anything but we can get close. That was good enough for me LOL but when I got the wheels back I was amazed to see them. it was as if nothing had ever happened great job guys thank you for everything

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!Had a repair made to one of my wheels and WRS made the mistake of spraying the entire wheel the wrong color. They told me that they couldn't get the color any closer which basically ruined the wheel. To make matters worse, I had a buyer for the wheels that backed out due to the mistake made by WRS. Who is going to buy 4 wheels when one doesn't match? I asked Tim for a solution however he said there wasn't anything further that they could do. I would think that a reputable business would fix their problem at all costs since it was their mistake. I asked for the cost of spraying all the wheels the same color so that I could get them sold however Tim said it would cost over $500 (That is more than a replacement wheel for the one they painted the wrong color). I would think they would offer a solution to either replace the wheel since they could not fix their problem or make it right with the other wheels. I am now out a $1000 sale of the wheels and would be lucky to get $600 for the set since the buyer would have to refinish them. WRS should have stepped up to the plate and offered a solution for this problem. They didn't so be careful.

Extremely happy to find Wheel Repair Specialists! My Mercedes AMG aluminum wheel started to have a wobble at speed. Hard to believe it could bend but it did. Every shop tried to sell me a new set of wheels. The WRS staff was able to identify the problem and true the wheel while I waited. Frankly the wheel runs better than new. Great service.I highly recommend them and am taking my wife's Audi Q5 in to have the wheels 'cleaned up' from curb scrapes.

I have had these guys do multiple repairs on my wheels and they have always impressed me with great customer service and a awesome finished product! I Would recommend to anyone who needs wheel repairs.
