Arrived this morning at location 3600 W. McFadden Walmart tire center obviously they are under new management. Tire Center opens at 7:00am they decided to open at 7:15am was there for an oil reset button to be changed had an oil on 12/11/2023 and they do not have anymore oil change stickers. I informed the technician Jose R. at 7:10 he told me to wait. And I got out the car to inform the gentleman that works the register at 7:13am he apologized and informed me to get back in my car and wait.. Brenda P. reset the oil change button in my car immediately and then I left. I will not give up on Walmart Tire Center, this is for the new manager do better get it together instead of always listening to your Walmart Store training module on your phone on speaker if you need help ask someone to help you because this store is not looking good right now.

Walmart online shopping is far away compared to Amazon. I ordered 4tires and paid with schedule for installation. But Walmart notified one day before the installation to cancel appointment because the tires not ready. They didn t know when will ready. Add I can not cancel the order online. I have to call several times to cancel it. Terrible experience.

Service is horrible. The wait time is unbelievable, and no one is providing directions on what to do. They say to leave your car, and they will roll up all your windows. That's a lie, and I found my vehicle with the windows down and unattended while they went on break. Smh I will never return or refer anyone to this location.

Changed our oil here. You can choose oil type as well as the oil brand (Castrol, Mobil, Chevron). You won t wait for too long, about 20-30minThere was a line when we arrived there, but luckily we made an appointment online (you can find it on their website) and we were served at the appointment time.

Good prices if you don't mind the long wait time. Schedule a 9am appointment to install new tires, and I arrived 10 min. early. 10pm, and they haven't even started taking out the tires yet ...Because of the great prices on tires I had to return, this time I gotta say they were quicker in getting my wife's car completed

No wonder they have 3.5 * they suck. They never..ever answer the phone. I'm sure it's easier to get a hold of the President, instead of people at the desk here. And if for some bizarre reason, you do get through...they are rude, like they're doing you a favor. The customer is the Boss, because the customer pays the Walmart bills and employees. I'm not doing business with you people anymore

You can not believe how disorganized this location was. For a simple TIRE PATCH, I checked in at 3 pm and at 7:50 pm , I was told that they could not fix it. It was an obvious excuse. After 3-4 hours of waiting, I just asked a guy who introduced himself as "Tire Shop Manager" , why should I wait so long for a simple PATCH. He rudely said it is what it is. After 2 more hours of waiting, I was told at 8pm by the same so called manager that he can not fix it. I payed the price for asking a simple question.

Horrible service was given to me at the automotive department with my oil change. The staff was negligent to put enough oil in my car. They drained the oil but didn t put enough oil in the car and because of that neglect it ended up blowing up my engine. I have close to $10k worth of damage to the vehicle. I have contacted the insurance claims department at Walmart and I have left several messages and emails and they have dodged me for days now. This is a multi billion dollar company that cares absolutely zero about their customers. They are a horrible company to deal with.Service: Oil change

Bad customer service. Did not answer the phone. They said on the phone that they could replace the tire sensor so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them. After I came, they said they guarantee 50% and it may not work. Waste my time. I saw $17 per tire for tire installation but they charged more if the tire was not purchased at Walmart. Why didn't they tell me upfront on the phone? I clearly indicated that I had my own tire. Yet, I saw the Customer Entrance sign so I went to "get in line" to check in for tire service. Guess what? After I waited in line, I was asked by a "manager" to check in with the tire technician instead. Clearly there's no sign for me to check in. So unorganized!

Rude older lady! I went to do an oil change, wait time was around 2-3 hours. I also needed to pick up some baby items for my newborn and decided to pay all together with my car service fee. RUDE OLDER GRAY HAIRED LADY makes a comment to the guy that s helping me at check out This is automotive not baby care first of all if ima pay for my car and baby items why can t I do it at the same time?? Second other people in front of me paid for items from different departments as well.

Waiting for an oil change and they give you a time it's never true I've come back twice and still had to wait 3 hours. I give it 3 stars because they did a decision job.

Price is reasonable but they didn t do the best job. A while after the oil change, my car started leaking oil. Took it to a different place thinking it was them that did the last oil change. Turns out Walmart had left the tool used to remove my oil filter on the car. So it s been slowly falling off ever since I took my car in. Luckily I got someone else to fix it before it fully fell off and leaked all my oil out of my car. I wish I remembered it was Walmart so I could have them fix it for free since it was their fault

On the one hand I appreciate that they asked me for the pads needed to lift up my Tesla to prevent undercarriage damage. On the other hand, I wish I would have known before I blew over an hour driving there an back during my work day. Would have been even better if they thought to invest $30 to avoid aggravating customers in my situation. When I finally got the parts and went back, they took longer than it should have (I had an appointment) and they didn't put enough air in my tires. I had to fill them later on my own.

I bought tired at Walmart Fontana. I walk in to ask the rep how long it's been since I've rotated my tires. He said I have to pull in line outside. 30min later and about 15 min per car in front of me he finally made it to me. First the outside rep told me I needed to go back inside to talk to the rep. Then I convinced him Another 10min and I found out they lost my wheel lock at the Fontana Walmart.That's the last time I'll be going to any Walmart Auto

One star at the moment , When they pre check your vehicle inspection apparently it is not checked correctly. A week into my oil change car was close to overheating today . Coolant isn't checked yet on receipt it's shown as if it was. Kind of sketchy I wonder what else isn't checked . Last time I'll ever come here AVOID AS OTHER REVIEWS STATE...

I purchased four tires on Walmart.com and had them shipped to this location for installation.My first time visiting this location my experience was disappointing to say the least.I called on Monday to reserve an appointment, then called again today before my appointment to be sure that they'd received my tires before I took the trip.I'm not sure what I was expecting... I guess a little professionalism and perhaps a bit of competency. Didn't find that here.When I was checked in, my appointment was somehow not in the system and they weren't able to find my tires. It took about 3 hours to have my tires replaced, I believe I paid $65 for all four. I brought some other items to purchase while I checked out and the interaction with the cashier was painful to say the least. One item wasn't barcoded and this guy acted like it was rocket science to locate the price. As a line was building behind me I quickly googled the item and sure enough it was the Walmart list with the price.I guess my car was the last one to be finished as it was parked outside and I recieved no walk through of the work completed or an understanding of my bill and warranty.At Walmart you get what you pay for I guess. Not the bargain I was hoping for.

The BEST Walmart Auto Center! Jose helped me out today, he was the best. Honestly the whole crew of guys did. Jose and Tung changed my battery. Jose helped me out BIG TIME with an unknown problem. With Jose and the whole crew, they gave my car the attention I ve never experienced before. Best prices, unbeatable service. The department manager knows what he s doing. Happy customer over here!

Service sucks here! It's like a circus. Workers call out.. I went to get an oil change. The manager took my order and said it would be a 3 hour wait because they are short staffed. I told him I wanted fully synthetic 5w20 oil and specifically I wanted Mobil 1. When my oil change was done. I received 0w20 and I got Pennzoil instead. You can't take one simple order? At least call the client and let them know. Not only that! They forgot to reset my oil light. This place is a mess..

Good service. I actually bought the tires on Walmart app you could see all brands and sizes. Just had to pick them up at the store. Easy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn't trust these cretins to run a bath never mind work on vital safety components on a car. Pulled our car up and waited at the desk for 15 minutes for someone to serve us, at least 3 "employees" saw us and did nothing. If that's the level of service you get from them I would really question what they're are doing to your car. I would award zero stars if it was possible. Use at your own risk and allocate an entire day for it.

Worse place to buy a battery from do not purchase a battery from Walmart they will not give u a refund or a new battery unless it reaches fully 0 which it won t had the battery sitting for 2 months now and it s going higher everytime I check it but won t start in my truck and sat on the phone for 10 minutes just to ask a questionService: BatteryService: Battery

Horrible experience here at the auto care center! They wanted to charge me way more than what they should have even with my warranty on the tires! I had to drive all the way to Anaheim to get a good customer service and drive on a flat tire because it was impossible to get good service from this auto CARE center. Take my advice, stay away from these guys and go to the Walmart in Anaheim! They will treat you way better, do the job in half the time and they hardly have any cars there! I will never go to this place again in my life! I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW BAD IT WAS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS!!!!!

I cannot believe my experience there yesterday- I rarely write bad reviews, but I called ahead to make sure they had the tires I needed, and was told that they take customers until 4:30. I came at 3PM and pulled up- a gentleman came out and angrily said what? (Literally), I told him I wanted tires for my car, and he says I doubt we can do it. None of my guys want to stay late, and somebody didn t show up. So yeah. I ll go see. He walks over two feet away, looks at the empty garage, doesn t ask a soul, and comes back and says yeah you got no chance today. I am laughing now because it s so ridiculous, but I drove 45 minutes to get there and had a ride lined up. It was really something. Obviously I drove away and won t be back. Thanks wal mart.

I go often for an oil change on my vehicles and have for years. Everything from f150 to srt10. Oil is oil and they are cheap. Only downside is the wait. Seems it's 1-3 hours and doesn't matter if there is 1 or 10 cars in front you are there for a while. If you can stand the wait or have shopping to do its worth the cost savings but if your in a hurry go somewhere else. In the end it's walm2, you shouldn't expect more or be disappointed. It is what it is

Great service. They can get busy but they get the job done. Great team and the manager of the tire section definetly know how to take care of his customers and employees. This shop deserves more recognition. Too bad people tend to review negative experiences instead of positive ones.

I've been standing next to the register in the automotive department for over an hour. The guy working the register had been calling for a CSM every few minutes the whole time, but nobody is responding. I've been here three hours now for a service they said would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Absolutely dreadful work by the management.

Absolute disaster place.. went for a battery replacement and they connected battery reverse and blew up alternator fuse.. they don't know what they are doing. Don't take your car there for any repairs. They will screw up. I have to go to dealer to get the issue fixed and went back to them. They reimbursed for the repair..
