Mitch was amazing to work with. I was traveling to Southern California when my car broke down. Mitch made sure I know what all my options were as we navigated a warranty and back order. He communicated regularly and I m quite certain that my car will be better thanks it s been in a long time.

It was a very busy Monday & understaff. Mitch manage to service me without making me feel rushed & explained in detail what service my car neeeded. I love that they send full video of car in the beginning. I wish they can show the rest of parts being replaced of before & after.

Eric was a pleasure to work with - friendly & informative yet efficient. The lounge had fresh Starbucks coffee and ample plugs / fast guest internet so I could work while I waited. Service was quick & thorough. Work performed on time. Reasonably priced although the hourly labor rate is high. My car was washed before being returned to me. Dealership clean and orderly.

I had great experience for two annual services for a Tiguan at VW South Coast. Eric is very organized, give good estimates of waiting time, and up front with the services required and recommended. He also helped to get one of my car key fixed. I received a text message with a link to a video took by the technician who was working on my car. The brief video is helpful to get a visual understanding of the services and conditions of the car. Free Starbucks coffee and decaf in a nice lounge. Overall, it has been great experiences and I plan to come back for next year's maintenance.

Great customer service and came out with a washed vehicle. They even provided a walk through inspection video and showed proof of recommended additional work to my 2020 Jetta.

DO NOT COME HERE! I waited 3 hours for an oil change, I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. When they told me my car was finished they didn t address the fact that it took 3 hours at all and I had to bring it up. I am incredibly frustrated and will not be returning.

When I scheduled my latest service appointment to get my oil changed, the coordinator on the phone failed to mention that I would have to leave my car overnight for my 5pm appointment. I needed it done before the next day so this was a major problem.Thankfully, the team worked with me to make sure my car was ready as early as possible the next morning.However, I would have appreciated if they would have compensated me for my ride home or at least a free tire rotation. This whole thing ended up costing me $40 in Uber fees for what was supposed to be a free service covered by my warranty.Service: Oil change

Rarely would I say that I had a good experience at a dealer, but I did!I came in for new wheel locks, and Mitch informed me of a small interior recall then fixed it on the spot. He also had great insight regarding tread wear/brakes/nail in my tire, and offered to have my car washed after some rainy days which is always a plus
