*******HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*********After searching through several websites to find someone do a 2 front and 4 rear drop on my Escalade. I found Street Image Automotive. I read all the reviews for this company that Dom has built.First over the phone I asked if their company could do what I was asking. We talked about a couple of kit options. They asked if they could research a kit and call me back. They called back and said the kits we spoke about over the phone weren t available for my truck but they would do more investigating.Within 30-45 minutes a received a call back with a kit that I was familiar with. I agreed,Paid a deposit and set a date.They did the drop in the time frame they gave me. After looking at it the rear it looked like it was riding lower than the front but drove off.After driving that day I called back an let them know. They asked to make a few calls and called me back with the solution. I returned within days they corrected the issue even though they were not at fault. Good Business Practice for the long term Not only are all the guys that work for Dom very professional but they are willing to go over and above to give you what you ask and pay for. Their prices are fair and their work is exemplary. This amateur shop had my truck for an extra 2 days, didn't complete the job, and quoted me an extra $400 on what was a $1400 job when I arrived to pick it up. It's incredible that they have somehow stayed in business. I'd advise any potential patrons to look elsewhere if you value your time, money, and sanity. I still have to find another shop to finish the work that this shop couldn't complete. I'm writing this while sitting out front of the shop on the curb on a Saturday afternoon 4 hours after they told me it would be ready and I'm missing my friend's engagement party now. I sincerely hope this discourages any future business.Update: After 600miles, the bolt attaching my brake lines has fallen off. They zip tied it back on and claimed it had "rusted apart."Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

Excellent shop. I have taken every car I ve owned here for either repairs or modifications. Highly recommend them! This is a long overdue review. Love this shop. Dom does great work and is honest (which is hard to find). He helped me with my car (chevy Tahoe) sensor when the dealership and other shops couldn t fix it because they couldn t figure out the issues. He also helped my gf and her (rav4) and was a god sent for her. Can t express how much I would recommend going to dom and his team.

This shop has great mechanics. Dom and his staff are honest, and have great customer service. We always take our family cars there because they do quality work at reasonable prices. They sell tires at great prices. If your looking for honest people this is the place!

Been coming here for years to get custom performance for my BMW 335xi. At the same time I have Dom work on my wife's X5 and my MDX for general work such as tires, brakes, new shocks as well as other natural wear and tear items.
