This review is overdue but my experience with Platinum auto body was really great. Communication was prompt and the service was great. I went in for a respray on a good portion of my 2012 Toyota Tacoma MGM color. The clear coat had failed on the roof, hood, and some of the doors and fenders. This type of paint failure is pretty common on 2nd gen tacomas. The shop was able to keep me updated and have a quick turn around completing the work. I am very glad I went with this shop rather than others. I would not hesitate to bring my business back here again. I would recommend you check this shop out. Only issue i had at first was finding this place. It is tucked away a little bit.

Definitely a 5 star job. My bumper, after having been sideswiped by a hit and run driver, now looks brand new. Turn-around time was quick. Having checked around, their price was more than fair. Freddy was great to work with. I highly recommend Platinum.

Hands down best service I've gotten from a mechanic. Honest and affordable, I had to get my front bumper replace and quoted $1k and got the job done efficiently; while caliber collision quoted me $6 to $7k to replace my bumper. I really appreciate Freddy and his team's help.

These guys are wonderful. Not only are they honest, easy to get a hold of, accommodating, they are highly skilled in their trade. Very pleased with the work done, and in a timely matter at that! To top it all off they were the best price in town. I got quote from 8 other places and saved myself $200 (some places even quoted double!). I can't say enough how awesome Don Jose and Freddie are. I recently worked with Freddie and the experience was stress free and amazing. He kept me updated about my car and was willing to wait an extra day when I couldn't pick it up the day it was ready. He was also extremely patient when the insurance that fixed my car (State Farm) wasn't keeping their end with the payment. Not once did Freddie get upset with me about it. Overall, my car looks amazing. The work is beautiful. These gentleman are patient and pay attention to detail. My car was nice and clean on the inside too, something that I wasn't expecting. I will always recommend them and will make the drive from Victorville to Santa Ana because I trust them that much. Plus, it supports a family-owned Latino business!

Definitely RECOMMEND!!!! absolutely the best in OCto every one out there looking for the highest top quality auto/painting for their car.Freddy and Jose know what they are doing , they worked with me on the price and so many other things.I had and accident with my Toyota Corolla 2017 which caused a lot of damage to my car. I took it to Freddy to fix it. After I got my car back today it looked like I just got it out of the factory brand new.Honestly I m so fascinated with their work. Freddy and Jose are amazing, reliable people. Their work is 100% professional and clean . They put love and energy into their job which turns out to be an outstanding work in no time. Thank you Freddy and Jose you guys are honestly awesome.

My family and I always use this shop since we found them 5 years ago! They are quick, do quality work, and are very willing to work with you on pricing and payment options! They have been absolutely fantastic on helping my family when we were in a pinch with a hit and run accident and didn't have all the money up front (and insurance wasn't super helpful) so they worked with us so that we could afford it. I would recommend them to anyone, they are genuinely good people and they do fantastic work. Jina was very good with always following up with us to make sure we were happy with everything!

Absolutely the best paint and auto body shop in the OC. Jose, son Freddy, and Gina are great people and their service is first class. I had them work on my Lexus as well as my fathers Lexus for some touch up work. In both cases the work was done quickly, the price was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Jose has a very unique and specialized paint system and is able to match colors perfectly. There s no question as to where I ll go in the future if I need paint or auto body repair.

Not only do Jos� and Freddy do outstanding work, they work with the insurance companies to get the best for your situation. Honest pricing, work done with transparency and integrity. One small thing, they are so popular that they do not have time to call unless they are done or have an issue. But call, and leave a message and you will hear back quickly. They always called me back the same or next business day.

Totally awesome when I walked in Freddy was bizy, acknowledged me & greeted me respectfully. He smiled, looks you in the eye, talks to you directly, you can't be greeted better that right off the bat. My SUV paint was chipping, othe thing is he estimated it & ran it by Jose, they were more than fair. Freddy got on the computer, looked it up told me call the dealer first see if they'll paint it & cover the cost, I'll do my homework. Ck it out, everyone online is giving out fantastic reviews, it gave me more confidence! He said if not this is what he could do. I expected to pay over $1,000. Wow to my surprise they beat my guess-ti-mation way under I couldn't believe it!Also, I mentioned to Freddy my son side-swiped his car but lives in Riverside. I showed him 5 pictures too, he told me get an estimate there where he lives, fax him info, he'll look it over & work around that to see what he can do, run it down to me & give me quote, go from there. Then if we decide its do-able, we'll drive it down. Fair enough Freddy, you make it EZ for us clients on both ends!I was intro'd to them by a guy in another town I met@ Express Car Wash, oh man the name 'Platinum Auto Body & Paint' gets around, its all good, stop by say Hello it's a Family business & treat u like you belong there too! Hijo-le Jose, you got values from old days & it shows, you raised Freddy right, he's a decent young man! Jose your heart must be pumped, a very proud father. Great experience with this shop!! Took my car in to have a color sand and buff done and was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend if you want great paint work done.
