Lincoln South Coast are very professional and they treat you like your family. I was very impressed on how quickly the Service Pro helped me when I arrived for my appointment. An hour after my appointment I was sent a video from the Service Technician showing me the entire car during his inspection. He explained and showed me what needed to be done to our car. I have never seen this before. Service Rep Anthony kept me informed often on the progress of our car. Amazing experience .We highly recommend South Coast Lincoln for all of your needs. All I can say is that South Coast Lincoln is the BEST! From the moment you make your service appointment, to getting valet to pick up your vehicle and taking yours to service is unbelievable how much pride these drivers take in their job. Now as for the service department I can not tell you how comfortable and safe I feel in my vehicle with the service professionals here. My service advisor Daniel is the best ever, kept me updated with all repairs and suggestions for my vehicle. Even wished me a happy birthday, seriously who does that except a person who cares about their client.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

They were able to make an appointment on a day and time that was best for me. When i arrived i was checked in within minutes of arriving. I explained that i lived over 40 miles away and would like to be on my way home before the traffic was horrible. They completed the service and had my car washed within 2 hours.

Daniel was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and friendly the entire process. He provided multiple options for suggestive work but never pressured us. The issue that we brought the car in for was resolved.

Lincoln South Coast has always been professional and kind with me. They take care of my vehicle as if it s theirs. The service department take the time to explain every detail with me and I appreciate that. The team at Lincoln South Coast Service is Fantastic. They were accommodating, responsive, had a sense of urgency and communicated with me. They squeezed in my vehicle at the last minute and helped me get my car back on the road. Shout out to Anthony Gellert who is a professional.

We took our MKZ in to have a recall repair and check our back up camera. They took care of the recall and checked out the car thoroughly, even texting a video of them checking all areas of the car. They also sent a quote for the backup camera replacement following up with timing of the replacement. With our authorization the work was completed in a timely manner and it was sparkling clean when we arrived to pick it up. We have been impressed with Lincoln South Coast Service from day one, and will continue to return when we needed. Thank you for your excellent standard and customer service. Thanks also to Jason Gritten for his help in making it happen!

2020 Aviator has electrical issues and south Coast handled service exceptionally well. Was informed through process and they went out of their way to get me car back on weekend when service was closed. They also fixed my minor issues and advised I was at end of warranty and that deductible repairs was kicking in. They handled everything very Happy. Great job Jason

You wanted to charge me $800 for a new car battery that died while you had the car in service. AAA sold me the same battery for $200 installed. Then you charged me a extra $200 for programing that Lincoln, yes I called them, said was not necessary. Than I had to pay $2000 for a repair that the warranty company would not cover because your dealership repaired the same part previously and would not honor the warranty. I had been a loyal customer for 5 years. Now I will never come back and tell other Lincoln owners my horror story.

My partner and I recently had the rear view camera on our 2021 Lincoln Corsair replaced as part of a recall. We were able to wait in the comfortable lounge while the work was done in a little over an hour. We have always had good service at South Coast and this time was no exception.

I took my car to Lincoln South Coast and was assisted by Daniel Byun. He always kept me posted on the status of my car. He made sure I had a loaner car while they fixed my car. Daniel is very friendly and professional. I strongly recommend Lincoln South Coast. Just make sure you ask for Daniel Byun.

My family and I was on vacation in Costa Mesa and Lincoln started to over heat. Called Lincoln Southcoast on a holiday week and they got us right in diagnosed the problem and had our vehicle fixed within 2 days. Excellent service and took care of us on emergency basis! Very grateful for Daniel!

Had my Navigator worked on. It has a non-dealer warranty. The warranty company lagged on the review and inspection. Daniel was very patient and worked through it with them. Proper text updates were provided throughout the process. I also received a video inspection of the car by the technician. That was really cool to see them walk under the car and inspect while providing commentary. I'd definitely use them again.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection

Excellent service, very communicating. On time, very nice facility, the dealership is absolutely gorgeous. The amenities are delicious, hot chocolate pretzels et cetera. And my service advisor was excellent..!Kept me informed throughout my service. And the loner car was super cleand properly new.Which was fun to drive and gave me a chance to experience A SUV. All in all it was a great experience!!!
