I have purchased the lifetime alignment service. The last time I made an appointment to have this done, when I arrived I was told it would be several hours wait. On Saturday (3/16/2024) I made the appointment for 8:00am to have the alignment done and was the first one in the store at 8:00. I was so upset when Joseph told me that it would be several hours wait. This baffled me as I had an 8:00 appointment. He went on to explain that there was a car coming in from the day before that they needed to work on. But I said they were not there so where is the issue. He said it was being towed in, again I said why is this my problem as they were not there. What person is having their car worked on, it does not get done, so they pay to have it towed home, to have it re-towed the next morning back to the shop. I do not buy the story Joseph was giving me especially because I did wait and they ended up having the car done by 8:25 (and no tow truck arrived). Sucky customer relations.

I wish I could rate minus 5 stars. I have been to this store twice, and on my first two visits, I met a helpful and friendly guy who knew how to treat customers well. However, during my third visit, I had the misfortune of dealing with the STORE MANAGER, Joseph. As a store manager, I expected him to have better customer service skills, but he was super rude and impolite. This was my first time encountering a store manager who refused to talk to a customer after a few times I tried to make conversations (how awful that could be). Despite having an appointment, he told me to either wait for three or four hours or he could not do the wheel alignment. Joseph, if you are reading this, I want you to know that YOU ARE THE MOST TERRIBLE STORE MANAGER.

The wait time for parts to arrive was too long. The price quote was flexible throughout the repair duration. No paper with price estimate was issued to us to review and approve

The staff (Joseph) and the techs always seem to be cognizant of my time. Work completed is aways completed in timely manner. I bring all my vehicles to include my feet vehicle for service. I always trust what they recommend.

The manager, Joseph was extremely diligent in getting my car taken care of. This is a fleet car and the fleet company was being unresponsive for the approval and Joseph went above and beyond to get this taken care of. I will be using this facility for all my maintenance needs moving forward.

I went there for a simple inspection for a Hertz rental and they insisted that I needed to provide the form even though they had done the same inspection 2 months earlier. When I told them that they had the form last time, the counter person got argumentative.

I had a really good experience with maintenance here. My car seemed to be having occasional trouble idling and I knew I was due for a transmission fluid change, so I brought it in. They were straightforward with giving me info about my vehicle, and they made reasonable recommendations on maintenance options without trying to upsell me on things that didn't make sense. They definitely won my business for future maintenance and repairs!

Brought my modified wrangler in and got the lifetime alignment. The guys did a great job. Rudy was a friendly guy and his tech was nice too. No waiting either. Coming back here every time I mess up my jeep and need alignment again haha

I needed a patch done on my tire. Guys got me in and out in 30 minutes. The cost is $30 which is a bit high in my opinion. But the point of this review is based on service and the service is good here for tires.

Called ahead to make sure they could squeeze my car in for a quick brake light replacement. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Waiting area was clean very friendly service reps. Will definitely come back!

Mafe an appointment for a free 4 wheel policy alignment. They took my car in right on time. They sold a $10 25 point car check which found nothing wrong with the carAlignment was slightly toe out, adjusted. Staff

It takes about 4 hours to get an alignment done and that's if ur lucky. Also got an oil change and my gas millage went down drastically so their quality of oil is very low. My alignment was off because my car needed a repair I didn't know about until after they did the alignment. It had a 90 warranty so I took it back to get it realigned and it's another 4 hours of waiting. They will probably call me soon to tell me they couldn't get to it like they tried to do last time after they had my car for 4 hours and I had an appointment where they had more than plenty of time.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Very helpful and courteous. Not sure about the previous negative comments, maybe that was with previous employees. They even insisted helping another customer with limited mobility get to and from her car even though she refused. Seeing this made me more assured that getting the lifetime rotation and balancing was worth it. Overall it was an unexpected great experience (as far as tire shopping goes).

Great experience and great price. The manager on duty juggled the phones and a bunch of customers like a pro. Enjoy fishing this week.This team went above and beyond to get my car done and me back to work.It is rare to see a team this dedicated to their clients. The manager was amazing to deal with and helpful. It's a tough industry for a female to thrive in but she was.I'll be back and have come back since for help, thank you team.

1) I was misquoted for tires. Sales advisor quoted me for $400. When I got to store, it became $500 because the original tires had sold out. It happens.2) My Interstate battery warranty was not honored. I had a 5 year warranty. Sales advisor said they could prorate it. When I got to store, sales advisor said they no longer honor Interstate warranties because they switched to Diehard. I would need to go to another dealer. This was not an option because my battery was dead. Sales advisor did their best to give me a discount to make up for it. Fine - not a big deal.In these two instances, they did their best to make up for the communication error that they created. Honestly, I felt they did a pretty good job. And I was satisfied up to this point. I'll give them props. I appreciated the service. But wait for the next part...3) I purchased the lifetime alignment service in 2019. Sales advisor said almost all my records except for 2 were expunged from the system. Years of data lost. He needed to verify my purchase.I brought in the original invoice. Sales advisor noticed a typo in the 17 digit VIN number. My invoice had a VIN number that was "18 digits" because the original person typed in an EXTRA 1 at the end. All the other numbers were the same.Because of this typo, sales advisor said that this voided my lifetime alignment and would no longer be honored.- Not my fault that my records were expunged from your system.- Not my fault that there was a typo.- VIN can only be 17 digits, not 18 digits.This sales advisor literally said the most STUPID and RIDICULOUS thing. He was basically accusing me that my invoice was for a different vehicle. The odds of 17 digital alpha-numerical code being the same, except for ONE is 678 billion to one.678 BILLION.I have never met such a bullheaded and inflexible sales advisor. Dumbest thing I have ever encountered.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I made a reservation time for 8:30 am for an alignment, dropped off the car at 8:15, I call him back at 11:30 thinking the car was done and he just forgot to call me but then he tells me that he hasn't even got to it yet because there are 2 other cars ahead of you, and I'm looking at about 2:30. OMG then what was the reason for an appointment? I told him when I dropped it off that a had to be somewhere later that's why I made the appointment so early.why didn't he just tell me then that there we're so many cars ahead of me.

I thought I had a few flats today, so I went in here to fix them fixed while I was working nearby. It turns out I didn t have a leak, but they thoroughly tested all of the tires, filled them up, and didn t charge despite the labor! Super friendly staff as well :)Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a great experience with Jon and Rudy. With Rudy got a needed new tire within an hour. Also a great price on the tire. Had a radiator leak involving 3 hoses, one which had to be ordered on line, and expected to a week to get my car back, Jon got it back to me in 3 days. Very reliable service, very professional. I highly recommend this Firestone Tire shop for your automobile needs.

Very good place. They really take care of loyal customers!We have to remember that when choosing a service place, that you can have 2 of the following high quality, cheap, or fast but not all three. This place chooses quality and price to do well. It may sometimes take a while to do it right and I think that's not a bad thing. So what if it takes a little extra time at least it's done right.I recommend this place highly.And if you are kind to the staff they'll be kind to you! I've seen people be very rude to the staff and it's hard to keep your cool when that happens.

Have gone here a couple of times. Great service the first with excellent service time. The second time had great service but not so much on the service time. Had an appointment and was told 1.5-2 hours. Took 5 hours.

May 2022. I WAS a loyal Firestone customer for over 30 years. Today I fell for a classic bait a switch tactic that had me end up with cheaper rotors than what was quoted me for the price. I caught them when I read the final invoice and looked up the actual model number. Later after i caught them, The Manager Joseph told me that if I wanted the better one that would cost me about $80 additional for the two. He also told me to call Corp. If did not like that then he hung up on me.I did call Corp. And I am waiting on redolution.

They told me to bring my vehicle in at 2:45 for a brake inspection, I got there at 2:30. Two hours later they hadn t taken it back yet, when I asked how much longer they said another hour or more. This is unacceptable and a waste of my time. They should have been honest up front about the timeframe so I could have made arrangements or came a different day.

Rudy was so helpful! Needed hoses for my car and they fixed it in one day. They helped with a ride and Josue did a fantastic repair. I m very pleased with the service. I highly recommend going here if you need car repaired or tires! You will be glad you did.

Arrived here at 8am when they open, he had 2 people here waiting to get helped. He has spent 15 minutes on the phone. Once he got off he was quick and got the mechanic to work on the car right away. Great service! Friendly. This review is also for the callers. You re not a mechanic so don t play with the attendant guess what might be wrong with my car. Respect that there are people at the location as well. If you already think you know what s wrong with your car then either fix it your self, make an appointment, or bring it in. He can t help you if you ve never brought the car in. I commend the attendant for being patient and friendly with the caller.

This place saved me! Eddie the service manager was incredible and diligent in finding me the best possible deal. My brakes went metal to metal on my truck driving from la. Came straight in because they were open on Sunday.Eddie immediately was personable and professional in his customer service even with the place packed. He knew my financial limitations and worked with me to find a deal and get me out of here in a safe vehicle with new pads and rotors within my budget. I haven t been to this firestone before but I will certainly be returning.

I just had new wheels/tires placed on my truck, two weeks ago, at a Firestone location in Las Vegas. On my drive down to Santa Ana I felt a shimmy in the wheels that I hadn't noticed before. Rudy and his crew got me in, fixed the problem, and got me back on the road in no time. The service agent in Las Vegas had failed to explain or sell me a warranty, which I would have purchased, and Rudy wrote off the cost of my service at his store because I just assumed it would be covered. He was great. Everyone was professional and personable. Thanks for great service!
