From Buffalo, NY ... We needed to replace the steering column in our 57 Chevy. I spoke with Mike and he was more than helpful, very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions and made the transaction an easy one. Can't wait until Spring as Buffalo winters are pretty rough. Thanks for all the help Mike!

I love this place. I used to come here every chance I got to get the parts I need and to just look around and day dream... haha... but right now all I can do is will call the parts I need. They have everything for my 55 wagon, I'm just lucky to live so close by. Well, Danchuk is closing it's doors to the public. This really hurts, im gonna miss this place...

I would like to see a Wish List or "Save for Later" feature added to the online ordering website. A customer with an account should be able to move items from a cart to a list for future purchase. The list should also have print capabilities. Many parts vendors have this feature, and I feel it would add to customer satisfaction and increased business for Danchuk.

The staff in Santa Ana are nice people, in three weeks I ordered almost $15,000 in parts for my 55 convertible. What parts I over ordered they refunded me and even helped me time and again stuff my car with parts. These cars aren't cheap but I felt better knowing that even though something was my fault, I was not belittled and helped in every way. I wish I could say the same about other Chevy shops in the area but I can't.

My husband gets his car parts for his 56 Belair.We drive 6 hours to come here, never had a problem till today. I called before coming n verified that they had parts. I get here, I have to place order by phone, lady said ot will take two hours to pull parts from back cause everyone is at lunch, not only did she hung up on me, and when finally I call back, they have no history of me just talking to someone.... ok then lets stat over. They dnt have no parts I wanted except one, (keep in mind I had already called from home n verified that they did have parts), the ladies there are rude on phone and confusing, they dnt know the prices to parts, they re giving me one price catalog has another

Here is a company that does not own up to its mistakes and take responsibilty for their actions. Im 12 hours away in Australia so I emailed a list of part numbers and my shipping address as I wanted an all up shipped price. I was quoted an all up price for the parts ( no breakdown ) including shipping.. I asked if all the parts I asked for were in stock. YES was response form Sonia. I placed the order. The order arrived but the 57 front bumper was missing. ( the main part I need ). I asked Sonia were it was, only to be told it was not in stock. I was very angry, Sonia passed me over to Misty who gave me the run around as well. I asked to refer the matter to the Danchuk owner instead I was passed over to Jason with same rubbish response about backorder. The fact is I was quoted an all up price for the parts I listed including shipping and was told all the parts I asked for were in stock and would be shipped. I was never told the bumper was on backorder until after the order arrived.Own up to incompetent sales staff and take responsibilty.

I would like to thank Brandon Castillo and Danchuk for their exceptional customer service. I had a big problem with a bumper provided by Danchuk but sold by another firm who refused to stand by the sale. Brandon and Danchuk fixed the problem even though they did not sell the part. Kudos for outstanding customer service.

Thats place is Very Good, Rosco took my order yesterday, He is Very knowledgeable and very patient and very helpfull. drove down there first thing this morning, and Mike helped me with the order and also inventory everything I ordered, helped me load it, and I got 3 tee shirts just because I ask. Very nice of thise guys, but it was a Very big order also. I also met Rosco in person, so that was good. Great Job guys at Danchuk Manufacturing. I will recommend you guys to any body that asks. They have been great at taking my money over the past 10 years, but when I asked for a replacement cigarette lighter socket to replace the one I recently purchased (and shorted out), there was no way they could do it until they saw the old one. Two trips to the shop for a receptacle?!

Well I haven't had great customer service like I got from Daniel from Danchuk in a long time. He made it a breeze even with my questions about what comes with this part and such. Give that man a Gold Star and 2 Thumbs up!!!

I am a repeat customer they have the best quality products and Excellent customer service they had the order ready for me when I got there the only reason they don't get five stars they did not go over my order with me as we loaded it up but I am sure everything is there I have never missed anything in the past

I have tried other places but the customer service was horrible i.e. rodpartsdealer on ebay. I used their parts book as a order form, reference manual and take it to work as reading material. Love Danchuk! They have informative videos on their website and YouTube. Jason is great to work with. If you are having doubts on whether to buy from Danchuk or some other parts dealer, go with the experience and leadership of Danchuk.

Bought parts online and stopped in the location when in the area on business. A great company, great customer service, they do a lot to promote the hobby! Excellent !

danchuk does not care about you, your project, your customers or your schedule. after spending thousands of dollars, they cancelled my 800$ order because they wanted 15$ more in shipping. I delayed my customers project until I couldnt wait any longer, called them about it and they had cancelled the order. i will never buy from them again.

I don't understand how anyone could say "disrespectful staff". These guys go out of their way to help out. Let's be honest, it must be you. Always love going down there, always helpful and lots of knowledge. A must to stop for your TriFive parts.

ordered a oil filter conversion kit dor 57 chevy.frank said kit included a filter for 25 bucks...the conversion adapter alone thru ebat is 14 bucks...jason says all conversations are recorded. i saaid greatlo and behold jason said frank and i didnt have that conversation. i say bsi am returning my order and will never order from them again. frank lied and jason backed him. frank us supose to be there goto guywell it didnt work out for me. danchuk lost a customer. i own 2 55s and a 57. my bucks will be spent elsewhere

Quick service on on-line ordering and responses to email queries. Absolutely fantastic how-to videos on Youtube. Although I have a 58 I am sourcing some parts from them now. Bruza, New Zealand

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. DANCHUK'S GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, BUT IF THERE'S A MISTAKE ON THEIR PART IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY IF NOT SOONER.
