The team works hard on several variables to help me keep my MINI running smooth. I have a 2015 so maintenance is important for the long term. Whether I'm in for standard maintenance service or a question, I get upfront and transparent information to make a plan of action. Diagnostics come with video and explanation, and contracts are clear with time taken to walk through. Every single person I encounter is professional, personable, and respectful. The place is clean and maintained well, and it's comforting to see cars coming and going through the service area looking road ready. I really won't take my MINI anywhere else.

Jean Choi was amazing to work with. Prompt and very professional when I had my vehicle towed in for a flat. Parts ordered the same day and it was ready to roll the next morning. Thanks Jean!

The service writer (Jean) was fine. My basic issue is the length of time it took to replace a tire. Car was in on a Monday at 8:00 am and I was driving off at noon the next day. I believe if I had gone to a tire store it would have been faster. This is not the type of service I have come to expect at Crevier Mini.

I had a great experience working with Noel and the Crevier service team! It was easy to schedule my service appointment online, and the check-in process was efficient. I appreciate that the service technician working on my car, Eric, sent a video of his assessment and recommendations, which Noel further explained. He offered me service options that I felt were fair and reasonable, and he kept me updated throughout the morning as my car was being serviced. Overall, everyone was professional and created a welcoming environment. Most importantly, they provide high quality service on my vehicle - I ve been coming to Crevier for maintenance ever since I bought my MINI, and my car has been running smoothly all these years. Thank you!

Above and beyond. Idk how to explain it but I was treated like I was royalty. Special. Best Mini dealership so far! Great love it. Love how they worked hard to get me great prices and work with us and it was done faster then expected .

Noel Gonzalez was my service advisor, he was great , clear and transparent through the whole process. I waited for a couple hours at the lounge area which was very comfortable and the video send from technician was clear on what was needed. Great service experience overall.

Kind, welcoming, informative and caring customer service, attentive to my needs and concerns. The service technician mechanics professionalism made me feel my vehicle was in the best of hands. Every time I have come in to crevier for service the staff has been super friendly and helpful. Noel is an excellent service advisor and has been very helpful at explaining any issues I have with my car. He even showed me how to check my oil.

New set of tires and warranty service was completed while I was waiting. Jean made a great effort to organize work flow so everything including car wash was completed in less than 90 minutes

The break warning light in our 2015 Mini Cooper came on, and there was a system message to replace break pads. We went to Crevier Mini with the expectation, and in fact asked, to replace all break pads. Upon inspection, it turned out that the pads were fine, only the faulty sensor needs to be replaced. Jean Choi is an awesome Service Advisor. We really appreciate the honesty and great service.

The staff was great and my car was fixed quickly and the final cost was less than the estimate, so I was very happy. My only complaint is that I was told my car was washed but I can tell that it wasn t. No biggie because my car was fairly clean but the trust factor took a slight hit.

A+ customer service from an outstanding staff at Crevier, especially service leads like EJ, all of whom do their very best to take great care of MINI owners like me who only have ourselves to blame for buying fun, good looking cars that have dubious reliability and are expensive to repair. Always appreciate the shiny new loaner vehicles, which naturally reinforces the buying temptation that hooked me in the first place. #weakresolve

Best service experience I can ever recall. Easy to make an appointment, several staff members to greet you when you arrive, handled professionally and courteously. My service agent could not have been more kind. Made sure I understood all to be done. Car was finished and had it back same day. Thank you Crevier MINI

What a FANTASTIC Service Department Team! Had misfortune of car not starting around 5:00 PM the other night. Called Kyle and he said to bring it in - if AAA could get it started - and he would have a loaner for me. AAA arrived in the nick of time and I got to Crevier at 5:59 PM! Kyle, Jean, and Mischelle were all ready and waiting for me. With smiles on their faces, they took care of my problems -even though now well past closing time. The next day, they plus Janna were again wonderful. Can't speak more highly of all of them

I recently had an amazing experience with the extremely helpful Sandy T.! She was thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable during my unique process of buying out our leased MINI. E.J. was also very professional and got the required servicing (and car wash) done expeditiously! Highly recommend buying/leasing a MINI - great car with great people to support and protect it!!!

I took my car in for a few performance upgrades and was very happy with the customer service. Everyone from my service advisor to the technician was very professional and treated me like I was the most important customer. I am pleased with Crevier Mini and will not go elsewhere for my Mini needs!

EJ and his team are always fantastic! Great communication, excellent service and helpful information I can trust to help make the best decisions for me and my MINI. My rep was Jean Choi and she was very attentive and replied quickly. I didn t get the work done there but she still provided me with all the information I requested and didn t make me feel pressured to get the work done with them. I did the full vehicle inspection and it was a reasonable price. She found that a part I needed was under warranty and she had the technician take care of that. She also provided me with a loaner which was the first time that a dealership ever did that for me so that was a really nice treat. I recommend them.

I met with Jim Forbes today for what they call Mini's 2nd date. First thoughts were, I dont think I need to go over the settings of my car... I can get around it quite well... but I am so happy I did! He went over all of my cars settings and OMG!!! I had no idea on all of the features I would have missed on. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! I would recommend every new mini owner and even the mini collector to attend these 2nd date meetings, you wont regret it! Thank You Jim!!

The battery on my 2013 Mini Clubman died in the garage. AAA jumped me and I called Crevier Mini to let them know I was on my way without an appointment. I got there around noon. They took the car in and got me a Lyft ride home. The battery and required service -- including a belt replacement -- was completed by the end of the day. The next morning they got me a Lyft ride back to them (both rides were built into the price of the service). I was pleasantly surprised at the hassle-free experience, since when my wife bought the car from Crevier it was the worst car buying experience either of us had ever gone through. That was 11 years ago, but I would still never consider buying a car from Crevier, but will gladly continue using their service department as long as they maintain the performance I experienced the last couple of days (January 9-10, 2024).

Kyle was great! Went in for oil change. I stayed and waited. Quoted me the right time and answered all of my questions with patience and friendliness!I had some coupons via my mail and email. Was excited to use. I was unable to use as the pricing of the oil change was already a sale price. I didn t notice anywhere online when booking where it said that the oil change was on sale at $99.All in all, great experience!I also enjoyed the video they did!

Crevier Mini service a very reliable and good dealer compared to the previous places. Noel does not recommend unnecessary repairs and always offers a pleasant service with a smile.
