My experience with caliber could not have been better. Ricardo was the point man. Frankly, it was as painless as anyone could hope for. The work on the car was fantastic, so kudos to the gentleman in the back, putting their skills to work!! everything else in terms of communication was smooth, I don t remember the last time I had to have bodywork done, but I know where to go if I need it in the future. Thank you so so much team at caliber collision.

I needed my car repair in short notice since I was moving in two weeks and everyone at Caliber was so helpful and flexible. They were extremely kind and communicative and Ricardo even started ordering parts once I dropped it off so they could begin repairs first thing the next morning. I initially went to a neighboring repair shop which took over a week to give me and my insurance an estimate, while Caliber was able to finalize the estimate in several minutes. They ensured I would have the repairs done before the move, and sure enough I was back in my own car in a week and it looks great!! I can't thank them enough, and shoutout to Ricardo for taking good care of my vehicle :)

After having our car delivered from out of state, we noticed a bit of minor damage that happened in transport. We decided to have our Jeep fixed by the team over at Caliber. The process was fantastic. Dustin was very friendly and pleasant to talk to every time I called with a question or just to get an update. My service advisor, James, was super professional and knowledgeable about my car every step of the way. Our car is really special to us and Daniel made sure to make us feel at ease with leaving our baby in their hands. We can't say how much we appreciate these guys and we're so, so happy with the end result!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I really appreciate Caliber Collision. They are very thorough in all of their work. This is probably the fourth time I have used them. Even though they just replaced my bumper due to a rear end collision, my car had been detained in and out and all my little dings in the paint were touched up. Those little dings didn t seem that bad, but fixing them made a huge difference. I feel like I m driving a new car! Thanks Ricardo and company!

The process was very easy.My insurance arranged an appointment for me to bring my car in, along with having a rental car ready.When I showed up for the appointment, they were ready and waiting for me, which was nice as someone who has car work done very rarely. They let the rental people know that I was there and ran me through the required paperwork to get the repairs done.Had to have a bumper replaced due to being rearended and had my car back in less than half the quoted time. Additionally, I was able to just leave the rental there and turn the keys into them right there.I will definitely be using them again (though hopefully not as a result of being hit by someone else).Service: Body & Trim

Service on car was exceptional and they took an extra month to fix my car. they stole some of my items that they claim they didnt steal (over $400.00 worth) . Manager said he was going to check cameras and call me back and its been almost a week now. Try calling and manager is always "Busy". dont think i will ever come back.

Did a phenomenal job working with insurance to fix our vehicle after someone struck it in a parking lot. They communicated every step of the way and even beat their estimate of time to repair.Would definitely use them again if I ever need repair work done.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bob at Caliber Collision, and I have to say that he truly went above and beyond to make sure that my Mercedes was taken care of. From start to finish, he was attentive, professional, and thorough in all his work.One thing that really stood out was how well Bob communicated with me throughout the process. He provided me with a detailed quote up front, and he kept me in the loop every step of the way as he worked on my car. I appreciated the fact that he followed up with me regularly and that he was always available to answer any questions that I had.One of the most impressive things about Bob's work, though, was his ability to get everything done well ahead of schedule. He initially quoted that the car would take 30 days to complete, but he finished everything well before that. That kind of efficiency is truly remarkable, and it speaks to the level of expertise and dedication that Bob brings to his work.Overall, I can't recommend Bob and Caliber Collision highly enough. If you're looking for someone who will go the extra mile to ensure your car is taken care of, Bob is the guy to work with. My Mercedes was T-boned and was not drivable. The moment i called Caliber Collision the woman who answered was professional and eager to help me when i was concerned and unsure what to do since it was my first accident. She was sympathetic to my situation and helped coordinate with my insurance company and promptly had my car towed to their shop. They specialize in Mercedes so she assured me that my car would get the care it needed. Luis was the person who handled my case and he was positive, caring and professional. He kept me informed of the process every step of the way. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their efficiency and excellent work. I have had 2 cars repaired here after they were hit and I can't say enough great things about Caliber! My second repair took place end of 9/2022 and completed early 10/2022. Bob Ohanian and the team are always amazing. They are always very professional, informative, helpful and welcoming. They provide updates through every step of the process so that you are well informed. Bob and the team embody the true qualities of customer service and professionalism.Not only do they provide top notch service, they are really quick on turn around and completing their jobs. I was quoted a specific repair time and they literally completed my repairs and got me my car back 3 weeks earlier than expected. This was even when they had to do some extra work to get a few parts in for my car that were back ordered from Mercedes and was supposed to cause delays. The team got my Wife and I back to our normal lives in no time. Super impressed and thankful!If you are thinking of giving them a try, stop thinking and pay them a visit. I am confident you will be very happy! We were referred to Caliber by another shop because Caliber is certified for Mercedes repairs. The insurance company has been a disaster but Caliber was great. We love this car and were concerned about it being repaired to its former state. They did an exceptional job. The car looks brand new and drives perfectly. They predicted 3 months (given parts) to repair but managed to do it in one. They provided weekly updates and were available for any questions. Overall an amazingly smooth process. Let s be honest, no one loves coming into a collision center. I mean your car has just been unexpectedly injured, you won t have your car for some time and it all seems like a hassle. Well walking into this Caliber Collision was a very different experience. I got a quick estimate on my car, returned within a week to drop off for repair, and my car was on the way. The front office staff was patient and answered all my questions and the transportation staff was kind and friendly! The best part of my experience was my service advisor Cory! He explained the entire process, kept me informed thru every step of the way and was knowledgeable with any question I had. Thank you Cory and your amazing team for working hard on my Mercedes Benz to complete repair in the half the quoted time!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best place to get your Mercedes repaired! Big thanks to Cory! I get a pretty bad collision and thought the car is over, but Cory fixed my car perfectly and 2 weeks before the supposed date! Best service ever.

A large piece of medal destroyed my Hood, Front Windshield, Sunroof & Side Mirror. Bob was kind and kept me up to date throughout the process. I had to wait a little longer than the original estimate, but the quality of work was worth the wait. I ve been using Caliber for years but this location does an amazing job! Thanks Again!

Took my car here because of an accident and it took them over 2 weeks and it was kept being sent somewhere elses. Now the pickup time kept getting pushed back and delayed multiple times now and it's getting really annoying. Completely unprofessional.

Caliber Collision did a stunning job on repairing my Mercedes Benz S580. The car had over $35,000 in damages to the front driver side and they made the car look brand new again. Luis was super helpful and helped me negotiate with the insurance company to ensure my car was fixed properly. He would give me weekly updates and was on top of everything from start to finish! I have a great experience with Caliber. My car was damaged in a parking lot and I was dreading the struggle of dealing with the paperwork of such an incident. We took our vehicle to this place recommended by our insurance company and we were expecting to spend $1000-$2000 here to repaint and replace the bumper. The service advisor Luis looked at our vehicle, and said that a full bumper replacement overdoes what is necessary for the vehicle to function properly as there are only minor paint marks and scratches on the surface. Therefore, along with another guy, they used acetone and thinner to clean the paint marks and repainted the minor scratches for free of charge!! Although the appearance of the vehicle is not perfect, it looked significantly better after their quality work :) We sincerely appreciate Luis service and advice, which helped us saved a ton of money, and highly recommend him for anyone who takes their vehicle here!Service: Painting
