The best auto shop service in Orange County, CA, without a doubt. They ve worked on my 2005 Saab 9-3 and on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. A great all-around shop that we re lucky to have in Santa Ana, CA.

My dad usually changes my oil or goes to the auto repair shop to get my oil changed for me. This was the first time I had to go to an auto repair shop by myself, so I was super nervous, but when I arrived, Charlie greeted me with such positivity and kindness! I got my oil changed within 15-20 minutes and they checked my tire pressure too (without me asking/knowing I needed it). Also, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you Charlie and Long!

I own a classic car restoration company and I still bring and send all newer cars to Charlie. He is very honest, fair price and quick. Don t get any better then BC auto repair. Instead on trying to sell me new brake pads he told me to go use my warranty at NO rielys to save me money. I wish all companies operated this way!

I will be using these guys for all of my auto repair & smog needs moving forward. The whole experience was seemless & what I was looking for. You can walk over & grab lunch at various restaurants while they service your vehicle. It is my belief that these guys have the "know how" & are veterans in the auto repair world. Great service. Charlie came out and greeted me when I pulled in. He checked the car and did what's necessary and not trying to upsale or unnecessary fix.

Really nice car repair shop in Santa Ana. I �repaired here my Honda Civic (changing low control arms) the price was $450 for two (labor + parts). I was waiting until my car was repair in nice waiting room with WiFi, coffee, water and TV. The staff is really friendly, mechanics are not talkative but still friendly.Staff here speak English, Spanish and Vietnamese.When I came the place was not busy (it was at 3pm).Here you can also make a smog check for $52. I want to thank them for the work and I definitely recommend this car repair shop in Santa Ana to my friends and other people who need to repair their cars.

BC is fair with its pricing. I get quality work without the dealership service center charge. It also has a cozy waiting room with WIFI.

I had a vehicle brought here that I was considering to purchase and the technician performed a private party inspection. They were very thorough, did an excellent job, and communicated with me through the entire process. I highly recommend this auto repair shop!

A+++ one of the toughest things to find...Honesty! As important? Knowledge.....professional and expeditious! I've had Lexus and Toyota cars for the last 30 years....my mechanic in NH was a former Toyota mechanic at a dealership.....he is excellent! I even had an Avalon that made it to 500,000 miles B4 I gave it to a friend in great condition....other of my other cars gone over 200,000 miles... And still going.. We started using BC for my girlfriend's Lexus in CA and found BC.... The have impressed me with their knowledge.... And they are so fast while not sacrificing quality work. Communication also A+++++ You won't go wrong here!

Did my brakes and rotors on my vehicle. Came home and when i took off my wheel, there was a missing rotor bolt on both sides. Not to mention the rotors were held on by stripped bolts they managed to put back. Overpriced, sketchy work, mickey mouse mechanic's. would always tell me to sell my car cause they couldn't fix it. Swapped the same radiator 3 times. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Shame on ME for not writing a review sooner! I have been a customer for 8-9 years and I am so GRATEFUL to be one of their many regular happy customers. I started out seeing Anthony and now I mostly see Charlie and every time I come in for repairs he goes WAY above and beyond with the service he provides on every level. The many reviews speak for themselves so for anybody looking for a great mechanic look nowhere else, and when you come in for your first experience with them you will never need to look for another mechanic again, you will know that you are being well taken care of. Thank you BC Advance Auto Repair for all you do, you are a perfect example of how a business should be ran, the integrity of the company is off the charts!!!

A few years back my family was lucky enough to find this shop and we haven t used another mechanic since. Charlie (And crew) are kind, well informed and very efficient. In June of this year I hired him to do an engine swap on my GTI.. not only did he return the car in five days but after a low compression test beyond the three month warranty he reached out to his source and had the engine replaced at no cost and once again I was on the road in five days. These guys don t mess around but more importantly they do not cut corners or over charge. Owner Anthony is very honest and a straight shooter. I've been taking my car here for years before he took over the shop. His level of service is second to none. His manager Charles is a great guy as well. They are very detailed on what is wrong with my car and informative on what is needed to fix it and how long it will take. They have a nice waiting room and the bath room is very clean. He would give you a quote for the service needed and doesn't try to bump it-up afterwards. My family and I have been coming to B&C for years. Charlie and his guys have become like family to us. He is one of the most honest and professional people I have ever met. They do great work for a fair price and are just good people. When you find a good Doctor and a good mechanic, you keep them for life! Charlie is a lifer! The epitome of honesty. Have been taking my cars here for a few years now and have never been disappointed with operations, quality of work, customer service, etc. Highly recommended to anyone who needs regular service or repairs. I ve been bringing my cars here for a long time. Whether I get just an oil change or any other service they give a fair price. They are honest and do really good work. I recently brought in my car after awhile (because of the good work they do). I was helped right away and didn t wait much for an oil change. Even wearing a mask (because of covid 19)Charlie remembered my name, that s some excellent customer service!

Anthony and his were team were awesome. Anthony is very professional and very honest. His prices are very fair. He fixed my air-conditioning on my 1999 Lexus GS300 and its works perfectly now. Anthony and his team were very quick and repaired everything for me. My engine idle was fixed and Anthony's knowledge of Japanese car repair is impressive. Thank you to Anthony and his staff. Charlie is great. He will breakdown, recommend priorities versus trying to make a quick buck off of ya. Very reasonable and good value for the service they provide. You can bring your car in for smogs here as well.

I have been here three times to change oil, get new brakes, and new lights. Charlie has helped me each time and provides top notch customer service. He is transparent and upfront with what service you need, pricing, and letting you know when the service will be completed. I was given the option of OEM or after market parts and was talked through the cost-benefit of each. They definitely try to understand your needs and work with your pricing point.There is a nice waiting room that has AC, water, and a restroom.

I started using this shop 10 years ago. I had an older vehicle at the time with high mileage and it was always in need of something. I had a noise in the front end and was told by multiple other shops that I needed a new axle, new tire rod...I took it here and it was a loose caliper. The service is first rate, and Charlie is a genuine pleasure to do business with, and I've done a LOT of business with him with my old 2000 Ford contour that kicked the bucket, as well as my Grandma's gently used 2001 Ford Focus. He's been great every time.

Charlie runs a clean shop. Very honest and fair on his cost of repairs... Quality work every single time! He's never misguided us on anything he's told us on our 2000 CRV with 220k miles on it.
