When a different autozone couldn t help me with the new battery they cracked (w/o my knowledge) when installing. This one stoppers up and helped me out, exceptional service and clearly empathetic towards the situation I was in. Best customer service I ve received by far from any autozone, will definitely be coming back for any future purchases.

My daughters tire was flat on her way home from work. She stopped by and got fit-a-flat. This is her first flat by her self. She does know how to change a tire. It s dark and cold and she was a bit shaken up. Went in, employees are rude and short with her, not friendly at all. She bought the fit-a-flat and asked them for help as she has never done this before. Nope no help from them at all when asked. She started to cry and was told to call someone to help her. This is insane to me. Young girl at night and you now know she has a flat in your parking lot and no help from the employees. Tried to call the store to get a hold of the manager or get their name so I can contact them in the morning. They didn t even answer the phone at all. I called five times and just let it ring, nothing. Shame shame on these men not helping out a young scared girl. Very disappointing for sure. I will never set foot in an auto zone again & I will make sure my friends and family know how they treat women when asking for help.

If you really need help finding a part, the best times to go is when they open till 1 or 2 before 3verybody starts voting. Kng in looking for parts that they don't really need. It gets more frustrating when you're in a hurry!

Auto zone has much better service than It s competitors,,which is down the street ,,let s face it,,,most of all auto parts are remanufactured and we paying a lot of money as it is already ,,but when the service is great and people are friendly it helps out ,,to put out for parts needed

Freddie manager told me over ph that he would replace battery it had 3 years warranty and had the date on it my dad purchased, knowing that Freddie said just come i will replace... then when I got there instead of replacing it he tried to demand i buy a new one. I said I have lupus and took me 40 min to get here you said you would help. He said give me a minute then went back inside...then ignored me and started helping another customer....so I called the manager at other store who helped me and asked Freddie to speak with him, he yanked my cell phone out if my hands and disappeared inside with it for 10 minutes..then walked back out and told me to come back tomorrow 730am and speak w his manager if I was unhappy or just buy a new battery. I was so tired I teared up and he shoved his hand up in my face....like go away and walked back inside. Never ever will my dad or I give Auto Zone another ounce of our business.. nice and convenient for their computer change to get rid or warranties..we had receipt and they didn't care. But yanking my cell phone out of my hands and walking away with it. Don't go here. This occurred over 2 weeks ago and this is still fresh in my mind.

I went trying to get car injectors and the guy told me I had to order them because it was out of stock then I asked him if he could call another store to see if they had them and he straight up said "NO" and that it would be the same thing and that other store would have to order them, what a lazy person and WORST customer service from any autozone I have ever been to

Autozone, great store if u need any auto parts.every time I shop at autozone, the experience is always smooth and problem free. Autozone workers deserve more credit than they get. Thank you autozone for always helping me out.

Great experience overall. Jonathan was very helpful with testing our battery. We didn t know you can charge batteries there. Ernesto went above and beyond with helping us get a new battery testing it out calling other stores for us for a stock check. Please please let them know their job didn t go unnoticed today. Thank you guys. Make sure to put this in your year review for providing excellent customer service and up selling !!:)

Been coming here for years. Had to leave a review for Robbie. He's always helpful and friendly but this time he went above and beyond. He took his time to find my warranty on a failed u joint that I couldn't remember if I purchased here on not. After some time he found it. I appreciate his patience.

Came here in a panic because the car I was driving part of the bumper fell off and I didn t know what to do. Walked in and was greeted with a nice welcome and was asked if I needed help right when I walked in the door. Spoke to Gladys the store manager she was very friendly and left the register to come to my car to help. Not only did she offer the use to borrow a tool for free to remove what was broken. She sent a worker to come out to help me take it off. Now that is service! The least I could do was leave a review. Thank you auto zone and especially GladysYou saved me today! You re awesome can t thank you enough! I will definitely recommend to family and friends to come to this location.

Didn't have exactly what u wanted but had a alternative that would work.I was 150 miles away needed a wire harness for boat. They had the simplest parts to make it run.

I had came in to buy brake lights and wasnt too sure which ones i needed for my vehicle nobody seemed interested in helping me until this young man named roy very eagerly came and asked me if I needed assistance and even went above and beyond in helping me install my bulbs. Highly recommend asking for roys assistance very helpful and very educated

Vatozone always get my parts here sometimes it way cheaper than other auto parts stores. Been going to AutoZone since I was a kid with my dad. Recently went in for my classic car and they even had some parts for it

Horrible experience Lost my iphone 13 plus I went there today to apply at the location I used the restroom then the employee caught me off guard he told me to answer a customer on the phone I did so while he went to the back to go look for something minutes later I realized I didn't have my iphone I'm still bummed

Don't do much work on my vehicles these days but AutoZone has always been the go-to-place for just about anything you need...for the do-it-yourselfer this is the place to go.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Gonzalo for the great service today. The store was insanely busy since it was Sunday but the customer service was great. Would recommend this location if you need anything for your vehicle.

I went here to purchase a light bulb. I got my light bulb and asked if they had a place just for paying only and the person there said yes it's right over there but let me help this person first. That person was trying to order parts so regardless he's going to take longer than my one quick paying transaction it took me more than 10min just to pay for my light bulb. I will definitely be submitting my survey online with my transaction code. This is nonsense. And employees should be trained properly to identify priorities. Taking 30 seconds to make a quick transaction or take 10 min to help someone else and then help the person who's only going to take 30 seconds making a transaction. It's common sense corporate get it together. This is not the first tine this happens it's not just this location.

Edgar the store manager was so helpful. He help me install my battery that i bought from from a different AutoZone that was short staffed at the time. He was very informative and recommend that i replace a battery terminal. Thank you for the help AutoZone!

I do know know when I keep coming maybe its the convenience of having the store a block away from you, more or less this last time I will set foot in this store. This store seems to basic things like oil filters bulbs etc and the lines tend to move at a sails pace with 1 cashier. The one night I came to buy shop towels the manager was arguing with an customer on a warranty. While the second employee took his time playing with a customers order and acting like he didn't know how to use a computer. I soon became upset after the next customer started asked questions regarding battery's which the employee didn't know. I left and went to O'rielys and got out in 5 mins. Do not come here the store is run by idiots who stand around and play with their fingers.

The worker Jeovanni deserves a raise!! He went above and beyond to help me find a part for my 2013 Mitsubishi Evo. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Autozone needs more workers like Jeo. I will definitely come back to this store and ask for Jeo becasue he was so friendly to me. Please give Jeo employee of the month becasue he deserves it. Thanks Jeo!

This is the second AutoZone i went today and i recieved the same bad service, they claimed to not have the bracket to test my alternator.......its a base chevy truck, when i asked about a matching universal alternator they offered no help and just tried steering me towards the expensive original, bad store

I have 1 week waiting for an order that first they said was suposed to be there Dec 22, 2020, when I went to pick it up for my surprise the dumb lady that works there didnt place the order, so the guy who helped me DAVID, told me the order was supposed to be here today Dec 23, 2020 right after 1pm, now I call at 3pm to follow up on the order now they say that the order wont be in until tomorrow Dec 24, 2020, Will see about that

I was looking for a car Battery. Store stock show 3 but it was wrong, they send me to 17 & fairview stock show 5, but they actually had 0. Send me to store in main, stock show 3, again 0. They send me to Nelson & GG Blvd. Stock show 3, but they had 5!!!!! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR INVENTORY SYSTEM!!!! good thing they give me 10% discount and another discount end up saving like 25dls. For their mistakes.

I went to an AutoZone location that sold me some tail light bulbs but were unable to change it for me (Not that they have to lol) After going to this location (2413 W 17th St) David was really helpful in changing it for me and was thorough enough to double check his work. Thanks again for the help David!
