Steve was very helpful. Best customer service at Autozone. We were able to get the wipers I needed & he even installed them himself with no hesitant! I recommend stopping at this location!

This store specifically is the worst I ve ever dealt with in the nation, and I travel full time. I went into the store 6 different times for a ford econoline hose, as easy a part as they come, and the store couldn t figure out how to order it to their location a single time I was there. Just kept telling me come back it will be here and it never was. Even tried telling me they don t order parts to their store 3 times! Spoke with management and they messed up the order as well. Wouldn t step foot in this store if you need anything past some fluids

I wanted to check engine light on, I went to Westminster location, the guy didn t great me and refused to check it because of Covid restrictions but I told him that Covid is gone but he refused and asked me to check by myself but i didn t know. Went to Santa Ana location and Freddy was to kind to do and printed a paper for me. Thank you Fredy. 11-21 noon

I tend to avoid AutoZone because I generally have weird and frustrating interactions with the employees. When I shop, I want to quickly find the thing that I want, pay, then leave.When I came here, unfortunately, the order I placed online didn't come through and the item turned out to be out-of-stock, but the employees were extremely patient and kind. They were determined to get to the bottom of the issue and genuinely wanted to make sure I left satisfied. I was really surprised and flustered by their sincerity Even though I was not able to find the object I originally wanted, the product I found, in the end, actually worked just as well for my issue!I would definitely come again and feel safe shopping here.

I just got off the phone with one of the worst customer service experiences I ve had. The guy put zero effort into trying to help me, he barely put effort into finishing a complete thought/sentence.

Let me just start off how much costumer service Jose Z has, he helped me a lot and I really like how he handle my situations. He knew what was wrong with my car as well what needed to be replaced. Really appreciate the support Jose Z

Staff are very accommodating. They will try their best to help you out. They'll even special orders parts for you and are ready for pick up the next day. 2 days tops. Awesome.

Angie if you don t like your job plz get a new one. I went in there and all she did was point instead of communicating m. Do you not have a mouth? You get paid for this no need to ruin anyone else s day. You get paid for customer service. Maybe you should just stock so you don t deal with anyone

Good location but hard to park, so busy. A bit understaffed but the employees are great and very helpful even when the young lady helping me at check out was asked by me to look up 5 different items. Btw the item I needed was out of stock but it a popular item. The staff even removes and installs batteries i think at no charge if you buy it there

Walked in and greeted by 2 women who obviously don't know a single thing about cars l. But both also have below average communication skills. Upon asking a question about my fuse box. She answered "it's just me and her up here"? Okay?I then asked their other nearest location.To which she answered"We close at 10pm".....I give up

First time doing an oil change got lots of great tips from employee Felix C. He told me just what oil and filter I needed, he's the bees knees. I'm coming here just for the great service I can always count on Felix. 10/10

I ve been a frequent customer for a while but seems quality of service is worse now than before. I ordered parts at the store on Tuesday and was told it will be available tomorrow. I called the following day to confirm that my order was there and was told that it was. I then went to the store to only find out that they didn t have all the parts I ordered and didn t bother to tell me over the phone to save me a drive. Not the best customer service in my opinion, especially when people can now order parts online for cheaper.

I just went to do an exchange and purchase and it was smooth. The only thing I didnt like was that I thought of another product to purchase for my car and the only option they had was the duralast brand which is not a reliable brand for the product I wanted. I expected them to have some of the top or known names in the store but they didn't but I guess that's where I visit the competition because they always have what I need.

Great selction and team here at this AutoZone. Only thing I dislike is the area. Since it is on Newport Road traffic is usually congested and there's sneaky potholes everywhere. Hit one the other day on my way there and unaligned my front left tire.

So my mechanic sent to buy something called a tie rod no idea what that is so I went and this guy name Felix and Miguel help me out what I needed. Apparently there s different parts going in that, but they went up and beyond their work and talked to my mechanic to make sure I left with the correct part! Best service I had at autozone!

If you need your time wasted and have a extremely high tolerance for stupidity, this is the place for you. I dealt with two clowns by the name of Josh and Christian today. They informed me that my part wasn't in and i would have to wait 2 hours for it. I called back two hours later to be left on hold for 20 mins only for them to tell me that the part had already been in stock. I guess i was the dumb one for believing this bull, but I let them know i was coming in a matter of minutes. I showed up to them informing me that the part was not in because the driver forgot to pick it up. I took my business elsewhere.

I been shopping at this auto zone for almost fifteen years and never had a problem with parts I got from here, if something when wrong with a defective part I got they will replace it, also friendly employees

Avoid this place like the plague. Customer service was horrible, they had 4 employees, but they all seemed to be doing something else other than speeding up the line to get customers out.

"Free Check Ing Light"???I went into the store and asked if they could check my light and he said "Yes, you do it, here is the machine, put it on and bring it to me" ... That was not the problem, but when returning the machine and "read it" he said "he does not tell me that you have to change a specific part, I think you have to reprogram the car computer ..." "I think" ???? Is this the kind of SERVICE they offer ???Woow!
