Amazing experience with our Tesla repair. They started and ordered parts right away because they are Tesla certified. They were finished with repairs earlier than promised and the car looks perfect. They were also very responsive throughout the whole process.Highly recommend using them for your Tesla repair needs!

Auto collision group is hands down the best bodyshop I've ever had the pleasure of working with they did a phenomenal job on my vehicle came out looking better than before! The ladies they have working at the front desk are so caring and so helpful Maria was the best very knowledgeable. Carlos was my Adjuster and he was just super fantastic! He herd me out was very sympathetic, patient, amazingly helpful,and very knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing and doesn't only care bout making money but cares bout you and your vehicle which is what you are seeking for when you get into a car accident. Overall fantastic experience. As a Tesla owner, I trusted Auto Collision Group, particularly Brandon, with the repair of my rear-ended vehicle. However, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare.After forking over a whopping $6500 for the repair, just two weeks later, my bumper fell apart. Yes, you read that right, TWO WEEKS! It s as if their idea of "fixing" a car involves using bubble gum and duct tape.To add insult to injury, when I took my car to another body shop for a second opinion, the owner had the audacity to tell me that the repair job was worth a mere $2000, not the exorbitant amount Brandon charged me.It's crystal clear that Brandon and Auto Collision Group are nothing but a den of scam artists preying on unsuspecting customers. Don't fall for their slick promises and inflated prices. Save yourself the headache, and take your business elsewhere. Trust me; you'll thank me later.

Jose L�pez was amazing from the 1st day . He gave immediate updates and was very helpful.I was T boned by an uninsured driver so it was a stressful accident and situation to say the least. Leaving my suspension, axles, rims, side steps and tires completely done I was very happy that they are Jeep certified because I m particular about my truck. I am fortunate to have had someone like Jose to help me the entire time .

After my Model X Tesla go hit suffered front end damage on both sides. I took it to a shop a friend recommended and had a really bad experience. Thanks to another friend recommending Auto Collision Group in Santa Ana I moved the car over there and my experience was like night and day. A thank you to Carlos and Gabriel they satisfied all my concerns and did an exceptional job. I was so sure I was going to trade the my beloved Model X in that I had ordered a new one. But when I got the car back. They did so a good job I decided to keep it and cancelled the order. I highly recommend this shop and I am sure Carlos and Gabriel will take care of you.

The ACG team did a fantastic job on my Tesla. The job was done quickly (within a week). I had the front bumper repaired. Will definitely come again for another repair. Overall, great service!

They did a great job on my Tesla Model 3 and once I got it back there were no issues at all and they really kept me informed throughout the whole ordeal which was quite nice. Would definitely come back if I ever got into another crash which I hope I don t.

First time here and had awsome experience. Bringing my 2023 Corvette here with a light scratches for the estimate on the bumper and get fix within 10 minutes. Carlos went beyond my expectation, everything got taking care of by him. 1st rated collision company.

I really tried to give this place a chance. I got rear ended. Since that accident, these guys made the car worse. Every time I picked up the car, there was a new problem. I say every time, because I had come back 4 times. This is by far the worst place to take your car. I will never go back. If ever you take your car here, please double, triple check your car before signing or picking up.Service: Painting

Would give them 0 stars if possible. They outsourced my repair to their LA shop which was fine since the car would be returned to Santa Ana when the work was complete. The issue was that they drove my car back from Gardena to Santa Ana, they apologized and said they d fill my tank. I had to return the car due to a broken part from the initial repair and again they sent the car back to their Gardena location. They actually drove my car my car back a second time from Gardena to Santa Ana!! Even after the second time they still didn t repay me for gas or fill my tank. They kept my car for about 2 months between the multiple visits back to the shop due to zero/poor quality control checks. I texted them about a broken interior panel and other issues and they said they would order a part. After 3 weeks with no follow up, they said they wouldn t fix it. I went to the shop and one of the employees ordered the part and told me to come back in a few days to install it. When I returned I was told the part was returned and they refused to fix it. No accountability and very unprofessional. Overall a very negative experience and would not recommend.

Repairs were done in almost 2 months. It costs almost $16k for a left front bumper damage. Even though the other party s insurance paid for the repair costs but I think it s outrageously overcharged. The shop charges the same rate for exotic car repair jobs. Tesla is not even a luxury car. It s just full of cheap quality materials. My left window was replaced for no reason. I realized the right window was chipped after I got my car home. Tesla is notoriously known for bad paint job and misaligned panels so I can t really complain about their authorized repair shops. It s just a bad quality car overall. I ll never buy another Tesla car.

Jose Rodriguez is an amazing, professional, respectful, and ambitious estimator. He gets the job done well and makes sure that its done in a timely matter! Jose is very easy going and puts in the extra work to get my car looking brand spanking new after its been hit in a wreck! almost like it has never happened. Ive been going to him for years! He is the main reason why I continue going to Auto collision in Santa Ana. GET TESLA INSURANCE AND GO TO A TESLA SHOP!!!!!!!! I gave ACG 2 stars because they got the paint right.I unfortunately had an accident between Christmas and New Years and I found ACG online. The timeliness of the repairs doesn't matter as Tesla's take a while to get the parts. The issue was that the work was not done correctly and I had to take the car back three times for them to get it right. Things as simple as aligning the body parts correctly, remembering to put the license plate bracket back on the front bumper, putting the lug nut caps back on, which they put the wrong color on (they look like some old ones they had laying around the shop) and they scratched the new paint on both fenders when they installed the hood!!! They forgot to put fasteners on the trim that runs down the rail on the bottom of the car, they did not install the front lower cover correctly, there is chrome trim still loose after they were told twice about it. The lug nut caps were supposed to be ordered as well as the fog light and I was to get a call when they came in, 4 months later I give up!!!Save your Tesla and go to a Tesla shop!! My model 3 was dropped off after a collision damaged the passenger side front end. Repairs were made and the car was ready almost 1 month early. Quality work, car looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Very attentive during trying times. My service advisor was not there on pick up this would have improved the experience. Overall very pleased with the car and the admin team as well. Not sure the weekly update was kept but, there were several. They truly advocate and are professionals. Even the fill in was very nice.

I would highly recommend Auto Collision Group. They are very professional. Carlos and Gabriel were fantastic. They keep you up to date on your car repairs, answer any questions you have. They quoted me an approximate date my car would be ready. They finished 3 days early. They are also wonderful in dealing with your insurance company. I am very pleased with their service. The staff is also very pleasant and professional. They did a great job on my car. My Tesla Model 3 looks new again. So far everything is operating great. You will not get better customer service. We never want to have an accident but they made it less dramatic.

This was the worst body shop experience I've ever had. The lack of communication and the unprofessional behavior was unnerving. Starting from the beginning, I was told that the repairs will take 5-6 weeks, with 6 weeks being worst case scenario caused by parts delays. 6 weeks passed and I started to request status updates. It was like pulling teeth.The service rep, Carlos, did not keep me informed at all and didn't bother to return my calls. I had to ask 2-3, sometimes 4 times to get a reply that the car is being worked on and they don't know when exactly it will be finished. After another 4 weeks of this, I finally got my car back and found out that they lost my license plate (rear) and they damaged my front bumper. Also, the low voltage battery was completely drained to the point that it didn't recharge anymore, so I had to take the car to Tesla service center to have it replaced. Additionally, after I came back home I found another damage on passenger side molding, as well as that all my tire repair equipment was missing (from spare tire compartment). I had to order new plates from the DMV and change my car information in all my service accounts (FastTrack, parking permits etc.). I was told to bring the car back to fix the damage, which would take 1 (ONE) day. I brought the car in and got it back after 3 (THREE) days. The manager did provide me with a rental car for that time, though. That happened only because I had to argue with the customer rep, Carlos, that I will not leave my car with them without having anything else to drive. The missing tire repair equipment was also returned to me when I finally got my car back. However, somebody took out my wireless phone charger. Overall, if I never see this body shop again, it will be too soon.As a contrasting experience, I currently have my son's car at another body shop. It's been there for a week and I already got 4 status update texts letting me know at what stage the repairs are and the estimated time of completion.Service: Body & Trim

Following a mild fender collision (<5 MPH at impact), ACG took over 10 weeks to repair my Tesla. They were not on top of the insurance authorization process. The person handling my repair did not return calls and provided inconsistent statements on what was happening (saying the car was being repaired when it wasn t). There were delays in getting parts which I understand but they weren t up front about this. They fully drained the battery on the car without recharging it. I asked them repeatedly to charge the car or it would fry the 12V battery (which had recently been replaced). They ignored me. Sure enough, when I drove my car off the premises the 12V battery was toast and the car stopped driving 0.1 miles away from the shop. They seemed far more interested in me changing this review than addressing the problems in their service. Tesla has other authorized collision repair options-- I would *not* use ACG.ACG also didn t color sand and buff the painted portions of my vehicle so the panels which got painted were obviously different from the rest of the car. So I m addition to taking forever, the quality of the finish ended up being terribly matched to the rest of my car.

This shop,and every Tesla body shops is overwhelmed with workI blame this on Tesla for not providing parts in a timely manner and not providing more certified shops to choose from.It took 7 months to complete repairs on our Model Y. We will now have to return to the shop to align the front end,and address flat spotting on the tires. Paint and body work is flawless.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A month after purchasing my new Tesla, I was rear ended getting on to the freeway. The entire back end was smashed and I instantly felt a pit in my stomach, a feeling that my new car would never feel new again.Tesla referred me to Auto Collision Group and I went straight in. Now Tesla s take time to get parts for, and that is beyond the shops control. But from the moment I dropped my car off, I was kept in the loop at every step about everything that was going on. I was informed when my parts were ordered, when the insurance company approved work, when the parts came in, and how long it would take to complete all the work.Well today I picked up my car, and my fears of my new car never being new again, we re completely vanquished! The car looks brand new, better than ever, they also detailed the vehicle before giving it back!I can t express my gratitude enough! The attention to detail, communication, and hard work will not be forgotten! I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing any work done to their vehicle.Service: Body & Trim
