As a first time member of the Audi family, I have yet to be unsatisfied with any of my experiences. Each Audi member is welcoming, kind, and overall helpful. They ensure I m comfortable and ask if there is anything I need while I wait. Updates are timely and I m able to complete approvals, signatures, and payment online. Recently, I had my 10k maintenance and Jerry Martinez helped me with my appointment. He was so nice and easy to work with. He made sure to check in with me, offer updates, and explain anything I needed clarifying. Thank you Jerry and the wonderful team at Audi South Coast!

I received courteous and friendly service when I brought my Audi Q3 in for the first year service. The time spent was within the quota time frame. My vehicle was returned washed and clean inside. I will return for any future service required.

I was in a rush to get an oil change, Jerry was so polite and very professional. When I first called he answered promptly- not only was he able to give me a quote at that moment but was also able to persuade me to come in that day (no easy task) I was so grateful to speak to someone as knowledgeable and understanding as Jerry. Once I arrived every single person I encountered greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly attitude. After checking in Jerry showed me where the waiting area was, I had my dog with me, this service center is dog friendly (warms my heart) the entire time Jerry was so attentive not only to me but also asked if my dog needed water. Truly the type of customer service that I expect from an AUDI service provider. Thank you, Jerry.

We had a first annual service for our Q5. Everything ran well, specially the service manager Jerry Martinez who treated us with a professional manner. He was so friendly and polite. I would highly recommend the service we had received to others.

Getting a new set of pedal caps installed in my new Q3 couldn't have been easier thanks to Alexander Hamlin. The wait was short and the amenities in the waiting lounge were terrific. A great experience with excellent service.

Jerry is the best advisor ever!! Took great care of my car. Finished early, washed and vacuumed my car for me. Although this location is a little far from me, I will definitely be back for service because of Jerry. Hands down one of the best advisors I ve ever met!

Always a comfortable experience @ SC Audi. Danny (SA) was very helpful. Although, after asking several techs for help on connecting system, was able to figure it out on my own. It felt as though the others weren't hearing me.

Moe my adviser is the best. He s very attentive to the customers needs and very respectful. The mechanic who also repaired the car is explained the issue and the repair that was done very clearly and thoroughly. They are a good team and will definitely ask for them for my next service. Awesomeness!

Wonderful experience Moe Azizi, really helped me out when taking my car in for service, I was nervous but he was professional and assured me everything was okay. They were prompt and I received my car the next day with no issues. Great experience all around.

Easy to schedule appointment, loaner was ready when I arrived. Car was serviced and ready for pick up as promised the following day. Electrical issues resolved and explained. I wish I could have given Jerry Martinez 10 stars.

I've been going to Audi South Coast for about 8 years now and I've had great experience at each visit. Moe was my service manager this time. Even though I didn't have an appointment - my car was towed in due to coolant leak - I was received very quickly quickly. Moe was not only professional, but friendly and sympathetic to my situation. The coordinators for loaners were courteous and meticulous about the cleanliness of the vehicle.The technician worked quickly and Moe provided timely diagnosis as well as periodic update. He was available to answer the questions I had. As a team, they were scrupulous about the condition of my car; and discovered a problem that could have completely ruined the engine. The work was done faster than I had expected, allowing me to get my car back happily earlier.I very much appreciate Moe and his professionalism and excellent communication, the technician for his thorough investigation and diligent repair; and the loaner coordinators for their swiftness. A number of my clients also use Audi South Coast for their Audi's and are very happy with the service. I'll definitely continue to come back to Audi South Coast for all of future services!

The dealership is great. Good people. I did have an 11:20 appointment and they gave me to a guys that was at lunch. I sat waiting for awhile before someone rescued me. Service however is great but expensive.

Very positive experience at all steps - quick and efficient check-in, including getting my courtesy vehicle. All issues I raised were addressed during the servicing of vehicle and got the car back in expected timeframe. Excellent communication from Alexander. Thanks

My service advisor, Danny Weaver, did a great job checking the warranty items I was complaining about. The Audi South Coast Service Department does a very good job, and they seem to have lots of loaners. I'm very happy there.

Check engine light came on in my 2018 Q5. I easily scheduled an appointment online for the following Monday. Super helpful staff! My service advisor was Jen, she was thorough and advised me of two recalls on my vehicle which Audi SC was able to take care of and they had a loan vehicle for me. Overall great experience!!

I always have a good experience with Audi at South Coast. I initially took the car in for an oil change and an inspection on the tires. I knew I was due new tires soon and so they made the recommendation to replace these. They kept me informed throughout the process and sent me videos of the vehicle, for which I appreciated. I highly recommend doing your Audi service here.Service: Oil change

I am from out of town (Sacramento) and had car trouble coming over the Grapevine. Audi Coast service was so helpful and took care of me start to finish. There isn't anything more stressful than car troubles when you're out of town traveling with young kids. I highly recommend using Audi Coast service for their friendliness and overall abilities to help. Hugh shout out to my service tech Jerry who went above and beyond helping me. He is so amazing and I can't thank him enough for all his help in a very stressful situation :)
