Seems as of lately the management team here changed because you can see the night and day difference with the new person in charge. I do not know his name, because he is so unprofessional he cannot give you the courtesy of treating you as a client. As a customer service manager, I don't know who in their right mind would make this guy a manager. Maybe more that this guy is related to someone higher up because he needs to be properly trained.

Allen Tires ain't the same the Company that bought them fired John & Wyatt... the friendly smiles that would greet me when I came in are gone... I came in today & the new person upfront told me the ole crew won't be back that I need to deal with him now... no smile nor friendly. No thanks.. Not today.. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Good service overall.The employee I spoke with when I arrived said that he didn t know I had an appointment. He said he recommends calling instead of using the website because it doesn t always work, or show what tires are available. He was right: I had to get a different tire than I was planning on.The company should make the website work better.Also, I tried calling to ask for updates twice and left a message and no one called back, so I just went to the store and waited.

I was hoping John was still there. I m very pleased with the 4 recommended new tires. The ride is really smooth.I m glad I gave the new guys a chance!

We used to go to Mountain View or Big O tires for years.Once we discovered Allen we have not gone back.Great prices, excellent customer service and quality products.Talk to John and he will treat you well.

John is an amazing manager, organized, he listens. He understands his customers and well manages his service mechanics to make a great outcome for us, the customers. I have used this this location for 30 years. Thank you John.On another note, there is a younger man who sits at the front as well. He is rude, does not know how to solve problems and acts like he actually knows something. There were at least 4 of us waiting for our cars and we all were offended by his useless and rude behavior.

As a small business owner, we take very good care of our clients and try to above and beyond for all of them. It is such a joy when we do business with a company that has that same mentality. We had a tire blow-out on the 55 freeway & the 5 at 4pm on a Thursday. The tow truck took forever & had difficulty loading the van. We finally arrived to Allen Tire, Tustin after 6:30pm & they were waiting & ready for us. They put on 2 new Cooper tires in the rear and SAVED our Friday! We had a large job scheduled Friday morning & needed our main work van to clean the carpets & upholstery in a large home. If the guys from Allen Tire didn't stay a few minutes overtime on Thursday to put our new tires on... we would not have been able to finish our job on Friday. A HUGE Thank you to John & his guys! You guys are awesome!!!

I went here for the first time after checking out the reviews, and can confirm the service was excellent. They went above and beyond. The communication was outstanding, and John was super nice to work with. I would strongly recommend you change your tires here!

Extremely happy. They are always fair, honest and trustworthy. Each time I have had my car serviced or needed tires, they have always dealt with we in a timely manner, made good suggestions or recommendations, and never suggested work that didn't need to be done. A times I thought I may need specific work done, they would let me know it wasn't needed if it wasn't. They are a great and caring staff!E

I was really glad to get my 2 tires at such a good price!!! Allen Tire gave me my two tires for $100 less then Costco, Big O Tire and Mountain View Tire. The two employees at the front desk we're really friendly and helpful but unfortunately they were under a great deal of stress because they only had one mechanic on duty because everybody else did not show up! So unfortunately I had to wait 4 hours to get my purchase taken care of!!!

Great customer service. Fast and professional. I definitely recommend.In the neighborhood shopping for a vehicle. While I waited for my appointment my current vehicle need some Tire Sensor swap. Went inside ask for a price and we agreed. They swap the tire sensor fast and easy. I also asked if they would inspect the vehicle I was about to purchase they said yes. Brought it over for inspection. They give me their professional advice about the vehicle. At the end I went home without purchaseing the vehicle due to what they found. I was sad about it but save me headaches and money at the long run. They have errands me as a customer. Thank you for taking me in without an appt.

The man behind the counter on a Monday morning is rude. Go to the one on 1st Street in Santa Ana. They are very courteous.

I have four cars. Mike, John and the crew atAllen tires does an excellent job of taking care of my car needs. They understand the business, are efficient and very fair in their pricing. It is a delight to deal with a business you can trust. My hat is off to them. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks.

Quick, prompt and courteous. John was friendly and professional. Gave me several options for new tires. I chose the HT's for our company truck and John gave me a great deal. He even gave me a discount on the road hazard warranty because I chose to have all four tires replaced. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Had a tire fixed and replaced a full set on another car. Good prices and the guys work with you to find the best tires for your car. No pressure to get the more expensive set. Definitely will be back.

Good people. Today, they fixed my tail lights... not a usual thing to ask of a tire place. they also checked the air in my tires and discovered a nail. If they didn't save my life, they saved me a world of hurt just by doing that little extra. Very happy with these guys!

I have four family cars and one work delivery truck. For 20+ years I head to Allen with all my tire & brake needs.Great product and a great fit for the variety of vehicles we have.Mike and his team are quick and sharp - Totally Trust!

I followed Roger when he transferred from the Fullerton location to Santa Ana. I only live a few minutes from the Fullerton store but its totally worth the extra travel to keep Roger as my go to guy. He really goes the extra mile to give his customers the best experience.

Honest, fair, sensible. I especially like John. He explains even difficult repairs clearly and is patient and empathetic. Always ready to use his dry sense of humor, which is helpful since I don't particularly like talking about car repairs.

Excellent!!!! Mike and staff are great. Got a good price for BF Goodrich comp 2 tires for my Z28, aligment and tire warranty. Do your homework on the tire you want and Mike will find it. I recommend this service center. Thanks Mike!!!!

I had a great experience this evening. I drove home from work today and noticed a nail in my tire. It was 5 mins before they closed but the manager Roger L. still offered to check my tire for leaks and told me hed fix it for me!I was so grateful!THIS is a show of class and service!I appreciate his concern and generosity! Its little gestures like that, that make a huge difference in someone's day! You just got a branded new customer!

I particularly appreciated the fact that the staff caught an error in overcharging me and corrected it. I love the fact that the location is within walking distance of my office, so I can have my car serviced while I work with a minimum of inconvenience.I deducted one star above because, tt the clerk's suggestion, I bought the more expensive of the two windshield wiper blade options on my last visit, and I find it most disappointing that the windshield ended up streaky even the first time I used them.
