I m taking my truck to AJC for some time ( more than 4 years now ) they are so solid that i cannot take the rig anywhere else. They are accurate and careful with all the installs and also i never had any problems with anything they installed for me.If i have to wait 8 months to get an appointment then i will wait cause it will worth it.Keep up the good work folks.

I can t say enough about how great Aiden James Customs is. Everything they do is perfection. Wiring, suspension, lighting, bumper cuts, regular maintenance, etc., is all done right the first time. Scott has been in the automotive business for a very long time. He s very meticulous about his work. That s very important to me when work is done on my rig. There s a lot of shops around and if you want it done right the first time, give Shawnna a call to book your appointment. I promise you will thank me later!

Its a well known fact that AJC is a busy place and that you will need to be patient to get contact or an appt, and its understood that this shop can only do what they can, but...if you have the patience and finally get in, youll find its worth it. The service when youre in is friendly and honest. The quality is top notch, and their pricing is fair. Scott is a Toyota guru, and he doesnt hard sell. Youll get what you need and youll be happy. Have gone multiple times and am never anything but super stoked when its all done. If youre good with a small shop feel, with dealer level product knowledge, and with solid mechanical and electrical work for fair and competitive pricing, then send your email and wait your turn. There's a reason people come from all over the country to have their builds done here and done right. Good people, great work. We.just need to clone them x3 ;). Wonderful people and such a high quality product. I bought one of their customer gear plates for my LX470. Just be warned that you should prepare to wait about 4-6 weeks to get some of their more custom items.

Scott has an expertise with Toyotas and attention to detail with installing your overland gear that others simply do not have.I ve searched all over LA. Every other shop that claims to be a one-stop overland shop and will install your gear mostly will not at all. Sure they ll sell you stuff but getting them to perform a detailed install that coordinates with the rest of your gear is all but impossible.Scott gets it all done and does it at show-room quality. There hasn t been an aspect of my build that he hasn t been able to tackle with experience and attention to detail. And my vehicle (2012 FJ) is built for total survival so there s a lot of gear from all kinds of different companies (RoofNest, RhinoRack, FrontRunner, AluCab, BajaDesigns, RedArch power grid combing truck battery and Solar, Glind Hot Water System, ) that needed to fit together efficiently.

I had these for a couple months and they started leaking getting moisture and then the light stopped working. I contacted the company and they said I will replace it asked for the address but they said they ll send it right out and they never received any confirmation and it been ongoing since last year I haven t heard from them

Scott has been working on my rig for a few years now and I am very thankful for that. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very clean with all his work. I highly recommend this shop.

I only trust a few shops. This is definitely one of them. Scott is very skilled and knowledgeable. I had my suspension and regear done here and it's a completely different vehicle! Highly recommend!

If you decide to buy from them, keep in mind that you probably won t get a refund In case you decide to return your item for whatever reason.I bought a set of the fog light bezels from them. I decided not to install them because I had different plans for my build and plus I heard that water leaks into them easily.My returned item got delivered to them on the 11th and today is the 21st with no sign of a refund. They don t communicate with you, they don t answer your emails. Plus I called various times, left a voicemail yesterday and nobody reached out. They re obviously not busy if they have time to be uploading on social media. Seems like they would rather create some instagram posts instead of taking a few minutes to refund their customers.*TUESDAY July 11th is not late in the week

Save yourself a headache and just go here first!!! Scott has decades of experience and was able to sort out a suspension issue I was having that another shop installed. The other shop had my vehicle for 7 weeks and couldn t trouble shoot the issue. Scott at Aiden James Customs backed my truck up out of the parking space and immediately figured out what the issue was A true professional. Highly recommended! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

They ship out returned/used products! Staff lies to try to cover up their mistakes. Definitely a business to stay away from.

Highly recommend. Took my FJ to get a cv axle replaced. Shawana and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I will be back for sure.

I ve given this shop multiple chances. I m done. I call, I leave voicemails, I email, I message on social media and yet I get zero response. In the past, it took multiple attempts for weeks to get an answer. When I finally get in, they re nice. For some reason I keep trying to give them a chance even though i have to go through this every time. But here I am, needing a couple grand worth of work and I can t get them to answer a call, voicemail or email and it s been weeks. Yet they post on social media all day long. All hype. I m done trying and this is your warning to give up before you try.

I have purchased some of the Aiden James Customs product and other items through them. Each experience was great. The custom products are well thought out and put to get her for easy at home install or you can have them installed at the shop. Also AJC is a dealer for many quality products. I wish the shop was closer to where I live I would use him for many more things, installs, maintenance etc. I would recommend this shop and it s products to anyone looking to upgrade their Toyota or 4x4 s.
