Erik is awsome took great care of me and my truck . Kept me updated was honest , they stood behind their work . No questions asked .I will never let anyone els work on my truck . Avoid this shop! POOR MANAGEMENT! $7,000 did not fix problem. Took my truck back for another $860 in repairs and truck still not shifting properly. When questioned about work completed manager Adrian became visibly angry and started saying things like, "do you think I'm a crook?" "We don't need customers like you." I told him I was going to complain and he threatened to keep my truck until the next day. That is illegal. I asked why was it so expensive. He then stated his technicians make $200 an hour and over $2,000 a day and I should re-think my career path. He then had problems trying process my payment. Finaly back in my truck I find greasy rags and tools left behind. What is going on here? Not a way to manage a business specializing in customer service.

Wow what more can I say about the service here! Eric Meza helped me through the process made sure everything was communicated efficiently and straight to the point played no games. My car has been running great!

I drive all they way from Mission Viejo and pass by more than a dozen places I could get work done for my car. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here throughout the years. I bring my girlfriend, my friends and my family here because I know Adrian will take care of us from start to finish. If you want HONEST, quick, dependable work. Come here. Thank you.

DONT GO HERE !! I had my car towed there and approved for work/new trans they gave me my car back and it s wayyy worst then before. I took it up there at least five times two times they kept it and lied and said it s fixed lol. So I had another mechanic look at it he said the tmc was the problem so I took it back up there they don t give a darn. All they want is the money! My car still isn t fixed so I will be going all the way with this you won t just take 5,000 from me and I m still out of a car. NOPE

DO NOT GO HERE! I got my transmission rebuild for 3k and 7k miles later, it has issues. I took it back and they said since they only warranty me for a year they would have to charge an estimate of another 1200 just to fix it. Either they use used parts or don't know how to fix transmissions. Avoid this place at all cost. Don't believe their website that reads they cover rebuilds for 60k miles.

Took my Yukon in with transmission problems and the staff there was amazing. Prisma was a wonder to work with and took care of all my needs and concerns and when I left there I knew my vehicle was in good hands. The manager was amazing a prioritize my vehicle to save me money on getting a rental. And was way more cost efficient than going to the dealer.After this great experience I couldn t ask for a better team of people to take care of my vehicle.Service: Transmission

Great Customer Service by Preesma. The only issue I had was paying out of pocket more than my warranty deductible of $100. Otherwise my rebuilt transmission was installed and programmed correctly. My transmission is as smooth as a baby's bum. It shifted to 100 mph without hassle. I Love It! That made the extra money I Paid out of pocket worth it. :)Service: Transmission

Since the moment I walked in to this AAMCO I was given great customer service by Prisma. I was not sure what my car had since it was the first time I had any issues with it. I explained to Prisma what problems I was experiencing and she was very comprehensive of everything. I was given a diagnostic that same day free of charge. Their team got working on my car fairly quickly and Prisma explained everything thoroughly. The manager Adrian and Prisma really helped me out so it could be very cost effective for me. They have very good financing options available as well. I'm really glad I came here and I really recommend them.Service: Transmission

Brookhurst and Orange, so terrible...An American lady in front desk is so rude ... She doesn't give me a solution to my transmission problem ...Tried at Mc. Fadden and Williams, I think so, and they dont wanna give me a estimate, at least I towing my car and putting hands on it...If I will not accept the cost of the repair, I will need to towing my car back to my house ...It is crazy ...

Prisma was a huge help from my phone call inquiring about an estimate, to bringing my truck in, and actually getting the repairs done. She made me feel very comfortable each step of the way. I am absolutely thrilled with this AAMCO!! I was in cold sweat because my car didn't work and I had little money. My other mechanic was going to charge me $180 for a diagnostic! Theses guys did it for free!! They also helped me with a payment plan so I can drive the car today and pay it over the next few months!!! Chris, especially, was wonderful and walked me through every step of the way!! I trust these guys and feel they are good quality mechanics!! I would use them anytime and recommend them to anybody!!!

Adrian helped me with my BMW's transmission. They did an excellent job and my car run's good as new, with a plus of an added 1 year warranty on it. I then took my car back to get some work on gaskets and the cooling system, they made my car leak free! Excellent service and Adrian gave great customer service. I will definitely come again, and I highly recommend to others!

Adrian and Prisma's customer service is top tier. I've taken my 2016 BRZ for a clutch change, new transmission, spark plugs, as well as regular maintenance. Definitely reccomend for anyone looking to get their car fixed these people know how to do it right.

I walked into Ammco thinking I was going to get gyyped or swindled but man was I wrong, I had the pleasure of doing my Business with Adrian he really went the extra mile to help me out and work out a very reasonable deal for me. Professional , efficient and reasonably priced. My car was serviced quickly. Some of the services I thought the car needed were not necessary. It is so nice to have a place where I can trust my car will be taken care of and not break the bank. I will be using this AAMCO for future services on my car.

Anthony really went the extra mile to change my experience with auto mechanics. Not only was he concerned with getting my manual transmission car running at peak performance again, but he was concerned with me getting to work on time and provided transportation while my car was in the shop. I never expected this level of service from any auto mechanic. He also went out of his way to get a part for my car, same day, that hadn't been diagnosed, saving me around $200 (since the transmission was already out of the vehicle). I feel respected as a client and I am absolutely grateful for Anthony's honesty and customer-first work ethic.

This facility is a great place to take your car for repairs. No one likes car trouble, but they make it easy to get the repairs done. We will always take our car here, and will definitely recommend family and friends to take their cars here as well. The staff is very friendly and efficient and vry willing to help solve this issues. Great job AAMCO, thank you!

I haven't been there personally however, if I need to ever take my car there I would. My family has taken their cars there for awhile now and always come out bragging about there great service. Just on their experience and recommendations I would definitely consider this place...

They assured me work would be to manufactures' specs for $5,700 and transmission is not fixed yet. I took it back and said it was fixed. My transmission is not fixed yet. For $5,700, still have issues with delayed automatic transmission shifting and hard gear shifting reverse to drive and park.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Firs I was told that if I paid $150.00 they would diagnose the trouble with my car and tell me the total cost for the repair. I was then told everything could be fixed for $748.00. I approved the repair for $748.00. When I went to pick up my car it had the exact same problem. Then after 3 more days they told me that now they needed and extra $2,000.00 to fix the problem. They then said that the $748.00 was needed to see that I now needed to pay an additional $2,000.00.They threatened me. They told me in front of the police officer that they illegally record the phone conversations without letting their customers know. They charged my credit card without authorization. I had to have the Santa Ana Police Department come to the location before they would give me my car back.Stay away from this place, they are a bunch of thieves.

Customer service excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding transmission issues. The work was done well; the problem repaired and they even went above and beyond by fixing a minor battery issue and did not charge us. I called AAmco to get a second opinion on a repair that my dealership told me that I needed. (Major leak from the transmission cooler. Apx $2,500) I had been told. I called Dave. He said bring the car in I'd like to take a look at it. The diagnostic was free. Dave called me back a couple hours later to let me know that there was no major leak found and that the only low fluid level was my power steering. I will take all my vehicles to Dave from now on. It's nice to have a honest shop to go to. I recommend that you take your car's here as well.

Brought in my 2010 GT for service on the transmission and the guys here at AAMCO were able to diagnose and correct the issue within 2 days! In and out in record time and for an awesome price. AAMCO is my new go to shop for any issues!

They are consistent, reliable, and offer pretty good financing.Powertrain issues never happen at a convenient time, and I can always trust the team at this shop to get my vehicle back on the road.
