Im writing this review as another shop owner from out of state here is my story with my experience with them:i recently sold my sister a vehicle and she lives in that area and i am from out of state from the photos she sent me it looked like the rack was leaking which is an costly repair, these guys went above and beyond they looked at it first and found a simple hose that came off. they could have easily gotten a larger job that was not needed from my wrong diag from the photos that were given to me. my sister will be instructed to only use them moving forward.

Nice owner operator shop. Fair prices. Most importantly their work is perfect. They do excellent suspension and alignment work. They also do brakes and tires. I've been going here for years with many different vehicles. The owner Terry is honest and trustworthy.

They were incredibly rude to me. I just wanted a simple tire patch and they refused to do it due to me having a nicer car. I get not doing the job due to liability but the way they went about it was so incredibly condescending. Went to Les Schwab instead and had a wonderful experience

Terry is the MAN! Not only did they fix & find the issue with my jeep but also helped with my other car by giving us a referral. Got the issue taken care of with that. They're not only fair but also top notch service.

Honesty, professionalism, friendly, and quality work. You will not be disappointed, as this place does what you request them to do and they do not try and price you up with added repairs that aren't necessarily needed. They will tell you if there is something that you should keep an eye on on near future. But they won't sensationalize the advice but rather give you an honest assessment. Quality shop, quality staff, quality work. I have never been disappointed here.

Always honest and friendly. It's a pleasure doing business with them for tires; their service is excellent and their prices are competitive - and any time there is an urgent issue with balance, alignment, air leak, etc. their response is the same: "Bring it right in, we'll take care of it!"

I don't go anywhere else before I call Sanger Tire. If they can't do it they let me know up front, but that is rare. They have always been fair and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to everyone that is looking for automotive repair.

Sanger tire is a superb tire shop! I needed a new set of tires for my car so I dropped by after work and spoke with Terry. He ordered me a new set of tires and had them there the next day. Again, I came in after work, and in 20 minutes, Julian and Daniel had my old tires dismounted and new tires seated, balanced and mounted. 30 minutes after arriving, I was in my car headed home. I couldn't be happier with their service. Truly a great group of guys!

Great place to get your car repaired....not just a tire place... they do excellent work on car repairs ....I have a Lexus they did a fantastic job !!!! ....wish they were open on weekends. That says alot...they are so busy there able to give there employees weekends off.

**Please read this review before the others.This is one of my favorite places to go. They are always willing to go the extra mile. And in automotive, miles are seriously all you have. I work at a different shop in town (DeWayne's Garage, we don't do tire work) and take all my tire work to them.I know, when I go there I'm getting honest service, in price and installation.Regardless of recent owenserhip changes, the quality is just the same, as is the attitude of the gentleman who work there.I'm disgusted by Kyle Mata's comment, not only because he was unable to explain how his issue started, went through and ended. But, left on price and a direction towards another shop.Personally as an educate adult, his review, drew me to the conclusion he was looking for a freebie, or better said he's a freeloader, and/or wasn't budgeting his income to fix the hole in his tire, HE created.I not only feel sorry that Sanger Tires had to cross paths with this beggar, but was put out online to look like a charge shark. If you prefer another tire shop, that's fine. But, don't be an idiot. Nothing's free in this world. And if your parents didn't explain that. Good luck to you.

Very HONEST people there. I would highly recommend. Reliable work at A FAIR price, the guys there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They're not just out to make a buck , very hard to find shops like this any more. Check them out !!!!!!
