Husband and I went in search of 2 tires for our Jeep. Good Guys had a Promo on l radio. We went to Sanger location...had the gentlemen install them for a great deal. All we can say is we're going back for the second set,great customer service was given we're pleased.Thanks to theSANGER TEAM

The staff was polite and attentive to my concerns. They did not try to upsell me for extra services and they were accommodating. Although the showroom was not fancy, it s was clean, they offer coffee and hot chocolate or filtered water, and within walking distance to Starbucks and Dutch Bros coffee shops.

It was a quick process, I liked that. I told the manager what I wanted/needed, he offered what I thought was a good price for a set of tires. I accepted and 3 hours later I was riding in my car with new tires.

The good guys in Sanger has always taken good care of me. They were able to get me in quickly and out in a very timely manner. Sometimes the issues are hard to figure out, but they never give up and always communicate well with me.

Needed an oil change and new filter on my Honda CRV. No problem Steve took charge today and made my day. Good guy tire and auto have been my choice here in Sanger for a long long time..

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. One of my tires is a different brand then the rest so it s easily identifiable. After I picked it up I realized when I got home the tire was in the same spot. When I called and asked David about this he assured me he saw his mechanic rotate the tire not knowing one my tires is a different brand. After I explained to him the tire is in the same spot and how I know he wouldn t recognize that he was in the wrong and continued to lie that he saw his mechanics rotate the tires. I usually come here for basic maintenance services but will probably be going somewhere else. If they lie about something so trivial what else would they lie about

I went in for a simple sensor and they charged me triple the price. They called and said the car was ready and the tire light was still on. They tried to blow it off saying it was miscommunication from some other worker. They not only lied about fixing the car but also gave paperwork with the wrong information and price. Will not be going here again.

Called 5 different shops in sanger, and not one had hospitality or patience to help me. Steve went above and beyond and got me a good deal on new tires. Definitely call and ask for him. Thanks again!

They sure look and act nice when you talk to them, but these people are CROOKS. Good Guys? Good at ripping you off Guys is what they should be called. Took my car in to have it checked, turned out the passenger wheel bearing broke and the passenger wheel wasn't turning anymore. I went out of town for a vacation and I got a call from them asking if I wanted to replace the DRIVER wheel bearing instead of the PASSENGER wheel bearing, they were doing their very best to convince me that the driver bearing was about to go out and that it would cost another 400 dollars to do that. I laughed and said no, the car isn't worth that much. I get a call several days later (after they left my car out in the sun long enough for the weather stripping to begin drooping on my driver door now) they said it was done. I went in, said I wanted to test drive it first before I paid, so I did. Problem was still there, when I went back in and told them they said they had replaced my DRIVER wheel bearing. That phone call while I was on vacation all made sense. They had replaced that one by accident because they're too stupid to talk to eachother and was trying to push the costs onto me when I had needed the PASSENGER driver bearing replaced. Dirty. Dirty tactics. These people are dirty. I said I refuse to pay that and they need to fix the bearing that I SAID THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE. You can't trust these people. Let's not forget that they said my brakepads were at about 30% life and needed to be replaced soon...I went and had them replaced a few days later from another guy and he came back to me and showed me my brake pads were broken and HAD BEEN BROKEN FOR A WHILE. They'll mess something up and try to make you pay for it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!EDIT: The wheel bearing they replaced less than 6 months ago is already broken because their mechanic INTENTIONALLY tightened the nuts with an impact wrench of over 600 pounds of torque. NO REASON FOR THAT WHATSOEVER YOU PEOPLE SABOTAGED MY CAR!EVERYONE AVOID THIS PLACE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Don't use these guys, Scott the service guy. Is horrible. They worked on my car and left the front bumper lose. I told Scott it was loose he goes out to the car shakes and it just shaking, and says it good, that when I knew he was shady. They replaced my radiator, water pump kit and belt tensioner, belts, now my air conditioner needs to be recharged every month. The engine side panel is missing, told them, and Scott has no clue about where they went. It kept throwing belts, Scott replaced them and then says I need a new belt bearing, I said you just replaced that, it came with the kit. It throws another belt, and said it needed to be adjusted and charges me again. I had a good guys card but not any more. Do yourself a big favor DON'T THIS PLACE!

Great service. Chaz was super helpful throughout the whole process, one of the technicians also informed me about a problem my car had that had nothing to do with the tire and he recommended solutions for it definitely will keep coming back.

Took our family vehicle for the oil change as we normally do, asked to have the fluid levels checked and topped off, coolant and windshield fluid, prior to leaving asked if this was completed and was assured it was, got home to check and no it was not. <> $85.00 bill. When they called to say the vehicle was ready, we get there and the car is still on the lift and was told the mechanic who was working on it gets distracted. Will consider taking business elsewhere.Service: Oil change
