Never had a problem with this store i worked at a dealer and i had previously installed a stereo on my personal car and i notice they had good prices so i recommended my car dealership to work with them when we needed car stereo well i went today and i told the guy i needed to make an appointment for Tuesday and he didn t even checked the notepad and he said nope its not going to work, then he showed me the stereo and it was going smooth and i just mention him that it was for a used car and he started telling me that it needed this and it needed that and from 150 he went all the way to 600 for a basic car stereo i was going to pay more for parts than the actual stereo sorry but we are not going back dealership i work for is mossy nissan

This place sucks and I didn't even walk into the store. We came 20 minutes before they closed. When getting to the store this bald looking man was in the front very rudely said they were closed. Then another work came swung the door open and just looked at us dirty. We asked we thought you closed and 6, then the man proceeded to say it is 6 and the time was 5:40. These people were rude and wouldn't recommend others to come here. Guess they didn't want money.

Place is ok cheap prices,not the cleanest installers. Realized a month later they never put weather tech mat back. An I bolt from my seat was missing they put amp under seat. Sweet. Toyota wants 40 bucks for that bolt!!!

Called for a quote they told me 150$ to hook up the wires and converter to my car . When I got there after a 45 minute drive they wanted to charge me almost 300$ It s a scam .

Terrible customer service here, I came in the other day to get a stereo for my car and they had told me it was going to be about 200 dollars for the stereo, connectors, plates, and installation so I come in a few days later, and they want to charge me extra for the installation and when i asked for a refund they said no - terrible experience with the sales representatives because they can't keep their word or explain their policies

They have all the right electronic equipment you might need available when you need it. No need to wait for shipment or to buy an item and start testing it at home. Right here you can test them before buying them.

I went to these guys on 3/31/2016 and paid up front ($438 including taxes) to get my rear speakers replaced, two 12" subwoofers and an amp. Even though these guys have horrible reviews on other sites, I took a chance because I was quoted half the price here than the other places I had previously gone to. I see why now..Saturday 4/2/16 I had an appointment for 11am. I got there and my car wasn't seen until almost 12:30pm. It took from 11am to 3pm and I wasn't informed of what was going on the whole time. I have a BMW and when I took it to them it was cleaned out. When I received it back, the rear speakers weren't replaced and I only had ONE subwoofer instead of the two that were promised in the beginning. I told them to drill the amp to the subwoofer box because I don't want my car to be destroyed and they drilled holes into my car despite the fact they were instructed not to.All of the plastic hardware that keeps the trunk in tact was removed and now my trunk is missing every piece.I was told that I would get called on Monday 4/4/16 because they didn't have the correct speaker size. Well I was lied to by the owner today who told me that my rear speakers are 7 1/2" (Which they aren't), they don't have any that size and if I purchase them through BMW then they would install them for free. (No way!)Basically I paid $438 for a used amp and subwoofer and crappy wiring and my speakers aren't getting replaced. And didn't get a refund on the price of the speakers.As a warning to whoever reads this, DO NOT GO TO JC POWER AUDIO ON THIRD AVE IN CHULA VISTA! They will not only destroy your vehicle, but they won't do as they say and will give you used equipment and you will end up with a busted system, having to go elsewhere to get it corrected like I just had to. Lesson learned.
