I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs or maintenance. I recently took my mother s car into San Ramon wheel works to have her shock/struts and brakes replaced. I dropped the car off in the morning and I was able to pick it up the same day! The same day service was much appreciated :) They did the work for half the price than dealership quoted me which was amazing. The work also came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty.

The staff at the San Ramon location are always clear, communicate in a timely manner, and are professional in their advisement. They go out of their way to check on warranty information without prompting, they send updates for routine check-ups (even free ones like the lifetime alignment I signed up for). They even allow you to add additional work when timelines are delayed (oil change)

I am a happy customer. They price match Costco; they have the same perks as Costco but also have the alignment that is required to honor the tire warranty. They ordered my tires, installed them, and had my car ready in one day. I ended up needing a tire sensor, and they went out of their way to make sure they got one the same day. All the guys are so nice and respectful. As a long time Costco tire customer, I will never buy tires from them again. Costco Danville refused to honor my warranty even though I complied with the rules, i.e., alignments every 5k miles. I have to get tires on my heavy AWD van every 30k miles, and now I am relieved to know that I have a reliable place with integrity to go to. Thanks, Wheel Works!

Brought in brand new rims and tires to be mounted. They damaged each and ever one in the process. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE IF YOU DON T WANT IT DAMAGED

They are really cheaters and layerI installed 4 new tyres for my car in November, but they installed 2 different and 2 different tyres , when I go for complain they told me due to rotation they type changedI can t believe that front both same with look like old tires and back both same looks like still newWorst s experienceService: Tires

So today I went to this shop to buy new tires I asked them I need the cheapest tires and cost for each $150 I buy 2 tires and he said the price comes to $295 for all installation and everything and he told me he can finish it around 10 am i told him so I wait after waiting 2 hours and 50 minutes he comes and asked me do you want alignment check and is free I asked him is needed or not and he said yes is needed and is free no change so I waited for another 1 hour for alignment check after when they finished he call my name and i went to pay he said $419.63 and i was why the price changed you told me $295 but the price changed to $419 how?So he said because we check alignment check for you but I told him you didn t told me about pricing and you told me is free no change and i told him check the camera in the store i want to make sure you said that to me otherwise I might deaf or something and he said we don t have a camera so I asked him I want my old tires back so he told me is gonna be double charge around $946 and you can come and pick up your car tomorrow or you can pay us $419.63 we give your keys ended up i called the cops on them because seems like they doing it to some random people and they re needed to be stop ended up cops came and unfortunately cops didn t help and we can t do anything for you and you can put review on them because is not the right thing to do specially the don t have any cameras in their store for some reason and here i am be aware of this store is FRAUD AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE FROM YOU FOR NO REASONIn short i will contact corporations and figure out what is going on with this company they ended up hiring wrong people for this job or the whole company is FRAUDServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Called in for alignment. Told them the vehicle. Set the apt for the next day. Took off from work and took my pickup in. First they said it's too big as it's a crew cab, then it's too heavy and then, like the rack cares, it's a diesel. They knew what it was the day before and blamed it on the afternoon guy. Normally this is my go to place, but I'm less than pleased the way I was lied to.

Had an appointment for 8am for an oil change. Got an email 2 hours before saying they were over booked. Called and asked if I made another appointment would I be assured it would occur. Guy said he couldn t say. What happened to the customer service here? They used to be very dependable.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good place to get my car worked on. Called in for the most basic service of an oil change, and was quoted an hour and a half. Normally a little bit long, but I could do some work while waiting so I headed over. When I got there, I was told I needed drop my car off for the rest of the day because they were too busy. I left and when walking out I saw 1, that s right 1 car in the shop. I will happily take my car to someone who wants my business.

I have a lifetime wheel alignment service with Wheel Works. I recently went for the service at San Ramon several days ago. Excellent service, great customer service and very clean. Thanks Steve! This place is my new #1.

Went into wheelworks to get my tire fixed from a nail. They worked on my car right away the man at the front desk named Mark was helpful and respectful. I usually go to BiG O Tires but I m waiting their at least 2 hours. This place has my car done within the hour and the employees and mechanics seem to passionate to each other in the workplace. Mark was attentive and communicating with the employees/mechanics for an estimated time on when the car will be completed. I m always on a rush because I deliver for Doordash and Uber. It was eye opening to have my car done within the hour. I would come back and recommend this place.

Poor customer service. They always make you wait in the line if you call them. And last time a Mark guy picked up my call and asked me to wait and later hung up. This happened a week earlier as well. Unfortunately I bought their 1 year tire service plan. I won't be renewing it. This place used to be good and I used to give my car here always for service. Even though they take hours for a simple oil change as they say they are "busy", I used to like their work. But no respect to customers on phone.

Had an alignment done and new tires installed. When I drove a bit, the car was handling badly. It was very difficult to keep in a straight line. I know this is a sign of over-inflated tires, so I stopped to check. All 4 tires were over-inflated to 40psi. Spec is 34psi (sticker inside driver door). They give you a little report with your receipt, where they wrote 34psi for all tires. They lied. I set them all to 34 and the handling returned to normal. I have multiple gauges. They all measure the same. The reason for this review is that they did exactly the same thing last time I had tires installed on my other car. I told them about it and they apologized and said they would look into it. Then apparently did nothing like use a proper pressure gauge. They just over-inflate and send you out and put you in danger. How can a tire store send you off with the wrong pressure in the tires? Imagine how many times they do this to customers who don t know better. They are putting people in danger. People may think that this is just the way new tires feel. It is not. Then the 2nd thing as I was checking the tire pressure, I noticed that the first valve cap was not tightened. Then I carefully checked the 2nd one and it was on, but just barely - a couple turns. Three were not tightened and the fourth one was missing altogether. Did it fall off because it wasn t tightened? Was it never installed? OK, not a big deal, just another sign of not caring. The tire pressure is serious and a safety problem. So these are the easy things that I can check. I don t know if the lug nuts were tightened to spec. I do need to check them all though. I have no way of knowing if the alignment was done correctly. What should I think?Service: Tires

Bought all tires from this store - got the coverage similar to Costco - but now they are declining to cover.If management is refusing to honor their own paper - I would suggest DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - Just go to Costco or any other tire shop in the area. These guys are not worthy of your trust.

Part of the Firestone network. Friendly staff and super fast. The only place that I know that you can get a lifetime wheel alignment for under $200.Highly recommend.

Very greedy people.Just because you see someone with a German car does not mean you start overcharging them.I had a flat I just wanted the car to be checked so I know if I have to buy a tire or repair it.That guy, I think he is the manager with a nasty attitude started selling me two tires.I walked out and went to a German repair shop next door and they were happy to help and awesome attitude.I would not recommend this shop to anyone,it s important to shop around before settling.

Rich did tire repair and replacement and checked pressure on all 4. At only $20 is a great value. Quick service too, given how busy they were in the morning.

Battery problem, solved the issue, tested all units attached to operation, The worker even filled my windshield fluid. Very happy with end results. The time element was just ok because i was a drop in to the shop. Did not have an appt.

I needed a quick oil change. The person there knew I use in a rush...hence I was there at 7am. We told me it would at least be 2hrs as he had appoints later that morning. He must of noticed my look of desperation. I asked if I could buy some oil and I had to be back at work soon...and my oil light was on to say the least.. He then offered to tap me off with oil to get me by until later this week. I do get my tires from there and will continue to do so. Thanks Wheel Works.

The guys at Wheel Works in San Ramon came through clutch.Had called the Dublin shop, closer to the pad, on a Friday and was told as long as we bring in the car before noon on Saturday (walk in status) they could get it done.Of course, come Sat we call and that s no longer the case. Seeing how we were about to take a road trip come Monday and Sunday is football it had to get done.Making an already long story short... we call SR. The guys said bring the car in and it ll get done. Got a call about an hour before they close and she was ready to roll.We took advantage of the lifetime warranty for alignments and haven t looked back since. Oh yeah, she s riding smoother than ever.

went here to get to try to get my spare set of wheels (already off the car) dismounted from the tires, a 15 20 minute job max. was told they couldn't do it by end of day and would need an appointment for next week. to not be able to do a 20 minute job in a 4 hour span?? will take my business elsewhere
