Efficient, fast, very nice guys. Not sure why it was cheaper than the franchise s Dublin location that I used last time. And less when I priced out this time the other big chain alternative (though they may have free extras). Appreciate they said air filter was fine and didn t try to up sale me on anything. Next time I probably won t bother to comparison shop.

My car said it needed oil maintenance so I came here, they checked it and said it was fine for at least another 2K miles. I appreciated the honesty, this will always be my go-to shop. Very trustworthy.

Fast, friendly, courteous. They did a great job on our Highlander. These kids ( everyone is a kid, I'm so old) have always serviced our cars and trucks. My BMW, Tahoe, Accord, Explorer, and now our Highlander. I trust them more than the dealer as the Toyota dealer attempted to rip us off for unnecessary repairs for 5,000 dollars. Total thieves and liars. These kids are very good at what they do and are nice.

I went to oil changers to see why the dash warning light kept turning on and off. The technician opened the hood and found rats had taken up living in my engine. Yikes! He told me it was not bad at all and used a towel to wipe away the leaves and such from the engine area. He was very kind and I thought I needed windshield wiper blades because the old ones were making noise. So he replaced the ones in the front. He also did a check on all the fluids. I will be going back there. He saved me $$$$ because OEM Volvo blades cost more. Great service from the technician !!! He was really nice. A1 service.

Considering the tech was alone and had 3 cars in the bay he did a fantastic job. I believe it was the manager, great customer service here as always and a great place to get an oil change. I will be back again for sure thanks guys

Straightforward oil change service. The team was polite and quick. Didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciate. Showed me my filters and asked if I wanted them replaced. I chose not to replace the engine and cabin filter this time, but always replace the oil filter.

This is the only oil changers I'll go to. The staff is thorough and I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on things I don't truly need. I'm always in and out in about 20 minutes too which is amazing.

I have expected worse.But I went all good, brought my own oil and filter. First the tech extracted the oil through the dipstick tube, but they have realized that their suction hose doesn't go deep enough into the oil pan, so they ended up removing the skid plate under the car and drained the oil how's supposed to be. To release all shavings and carbon build-up.

They are quite helpful pointing out issues and coming up with options. They let me know that l was missing a bolt for my skid plate for example and then provided a bolt. Recommended.

This is THE BEST place for an oil change & more. I dropped by on a Sunday morning & was quickly taken care of. The technician informed me that I wasn t due for an oil change just yet, but he could top it off if I d like; I said Yes please! He also filled up my wiper fluid while I was there.This location is clean, wonderful & helpful technicians & exceeded my expectations through their customer service. I will definitely return when I m due for my actual oil change.

Quick service and advised about different oil options but left a very small amount of oil on the engine and radiator fan cowl. Had to clean it up.

The experience was fine except it took a very long time. About an hour and a half thought only one car ahead and one almost finished. Someone behind me actually got serviced finished prior to me. The waiting room is uncomfortable due no air conditioning in that space. Strongly suggest making the waiting room more comfortable, possibly outside seating, and maybe adding a TV.Service: Oil change

If I could, I would give 25 stars. I have been a loyal customer of Oil Changers for over 20 years, consistently using the Dublin or Pleasanton location. I had an oil leak in my Lexus RX 350 so I stopped at the San Ramon location for the first time, their world class customer service still amazes me. The manager, Tim went out of his way to help me find what the cause of the leak. When found it needed a more serious repair, he suggested a place nearby, and let me take pictures of the damage so I can show the repair shop. He explained to me what the problem was and what needs to be fixed, so I can be a fully informed customer when I go to the repair shop. When my car was fixed at the shop, they told me I need to get my oil pan and the bottom of my car degreased and cleaned. I had no idea how or where to get this done. I consulted Tim, and he graciously offered to clean the oil off my car. Tim and his crew really went above and beyond anything that I could have asked for. I will never ever go to another place for all my oil change or car service maintenance. BEST SERVICE EVER! San Ramon Oil Changers is my forever Oil Change location!!! THANK YOU!!!Service: Oil change

I called ahead to make sure they weren t busy. I had one car head of me in the bay when I arrived. It literally took 1 hour 45 minutes to get my oil changed and out of there. The technician working on my car disappeared for a while I am usually very patient but I had to be that person asking how much longer it would be then the tech showed up and finished. Not sure what the hold up was but if you re looking for a quick oil change this place doesn t seem to be it. Can t speak for other services this is just for an oil change but then again they are called the Oil Changers.

Quick oil change that took about 30 mins as there were 2 cars on the lifts and 2 cars waiting. I got an oil and filter change for a BMW 330i for approximately half of going to the dealership. I used a new customer coupon which saved $7 which brought the total to about $110. I am a happy customer.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I wish , when I arrived, they would have told me the price options. They just told me to wait in the customer lobby. I would have preferred a synthetic blend, much cheaper.Sorry will look for another oil change business
