One of the few honest auto repair shop I have found in the East Bay. They have repaired poor work other shops have performed on my sons truck, and stand by their work. Also very reasonable prices

Respectable, honest, and transparent group. They did not try to upsell me, or convince me to do any unnecessary maintenance work. Not to mention they work fast. I ve been going here for 6 years, and will continue to go here for all of my automotive maintenance needs.

They are talk good but you better ask them to quote you their price before coming as my friend own the auto shop too and i send him their price it wasn't reasonable and over cost.

We have sent our cars to Kevin's shop since he started business nearly 30 years ago. Always honest and reliable. He helped us select the right first used cars for our kids when the started to drive. We never go anywhere else for our repairs...

Kevin and Connor's shop is the only place I would ever bring my car. Kevin is kind and patient and that isn't easy when you have a nervous widow who knows nothing about cars blathering on about car problems. When my ignition went out Kevin went to where the car was located and spent an hour working on it to see if he could spare me the expense of an ignition overhaul. In this day and age that kind of integrity and professionalism is rare. Kevin and Conner's shop reminds me of the old days in Danville/San Ramon, 1960s and 70's. Back then you knew and trusted all the local store owners and service people because they were part of your community. They are simple the best.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Oil change

Kevin, I just want to thank you for most recent advice. You helped me and serviced my car when I was living in California. You were always courteous and provided the correct service needed. Thank you for your continued, unselfish professional service in helping me with my car now that I am living in Colorado. Your expertise and recommendations afforded me the opportunity to save lots of money! My car was serviced at no cost to me because of your knowledge of the federal mandated state laws as it pertains to the warranty of the engine. Thank you much!

I had to replace the purge valve solenoid on my Acura MDX and I searched around for shops that will do this. I was referred to K&C by a nearby shop as they were booked. The shop looks shabby but the service was exactly the opposite. They purchased and changed the part and also changed my wipers free of labor charge the next day.

Great mechanics and David is super helpful and straight to the point with what is going on with your vehicle. They are very thorough and they take care of their customers... I drive from Walnut Creek to see them because they are by far one of the best shops in the tri valley.

He's a one in a million mechanic! One can completely trust him to be honest with you! Not only will he tell you what's wrong, but he'll also tell you if something is fine , or that it can wait for x more times instead of saying it needs to be worked on just so he could make money off of you! He'll check put your car if you think something isnt right without a thought of "nickle and dimeing " you...etc. He's our go to for all of our cars!

I am done with this guy Kevin!!! Worked on my car and changed parts. Now i have a check engine light on my car. He said he needed to get oem oil pressure switch and i could comeback. No phone calls in a week . Called 5 times and he hasnt called back, they keep taking messages from me.Will be calling The Bureau of automotive and checking on this place for sure, i will write another review to follow up.260.00 dollars for a power steering line,( that i had to fill when i got home since they did not top it off) and a oil switch ( that i already payed for) I will burry this place on any other sites that i find.Thanks for the horrible service.

They'll give you an estimate. Then when your car is in the shop they'll find other things that you "need" to pay for. Such a scammer shop. Steer clear if you don't want to be ripped off.

I love these guys!! I highly recommend this shop to all the ladies needing a trusted resource!! They have literally saved me and my daugher thousands of dollars over the years compared to what other shops would have charged. Honest, Ethical and always treated with Respect!
