The car is now running great. Overall excellent service and results. Honest and sincere, smart and hardworking. I dropped in without an appointment. Very pleased but I must add not all Jiffy Lubes are as great as the San Ramon, CA shop. I lucked out. Thank you very much. Your team here is phenomenal!

The facility seems understaffed. One man, Antonio (who is excellent - give him a RAISE), ran around doing half of the jobs, so the wait time was long. But the work was performed well.

Completely dissatisfied! Came back after they had not tightened oil filter and oil was all over the driveway and engine compartment several months ago, figured everyone needs a second chance. Today upon arriving I was specific when asking to fill transmission fluid due to a leak that recently got repaired and they assured me they would but 118$ later they failed to check and topped off. Upon further inspection by me they also failed to check and top off power steering fluid as it was also low. Apparently they advised that they don t carry power steering fluid but they listed it as level okay! I could tell by the dust on the cap that no one had even touched it. What happened to integrity and providing the service that you advertised? 5+ years of loyalty and I was treated like poorly for even mentioning that not all was checked.My small business fleet of 6 vehicles will be taken to another business that appreciates our business.

This Shop is great! The staff members are all great guys. I called Antinio and he was very professional and freindly and helped me with trans fluid and oil exchange. I recommed this shop. Thank you guys!

Be careful,They are trying to convince you to buy extra things when you are going to change the Oil (for example Oil Cap , windshield wipers, radiator water, air filter).Do not agree and check before to sign.Also, be sure that you have reviewed your previous invoices for spare part and all previous changes.Instead of paying 60 USD you find yourself paying 3 times.

I have been going to the one on Camino Ramon for 20+yrs. The other day I went there. The gentlemen ask me for my name. I gave it to him. He then asked for my address. I poloitely declined. He then asked me for my cell number and email. I again politely declined. He then spoke to someone, and came back and said they can't service my truck unless I give him this information. I told him I have coming here since 2002, and I have never had to give my peeonal info.They denied serving my truck unless I gave them my address, phone number and email. I don't know why they need all this to change my oil.

Tried to strong arm me into buying a new oil cap after an oil change, they said my old one was too worn and that I wouldn t be able to drive away without it. Apparently it broke while THEY trying to get it back on. I had to stay there for an extra 30 minutes while I told them I couldn t afford anything additional except for the oil change I had come in for. After arguing with the guy, he somehow managed to fix a piece that was never broken. This was about a year ago. I ve gotten my oil changed multiple times since (obviously not here) and no one was ever brought up needing a new oil filter cap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

The oil change was over $120.00 which I thought was high. A $16 discount was offered which I was grateful for! I waited outside, they didn't come to get me when finished, didn't give me a summary of the evaluation they did, didn't see fluid levels, but they did tell me I had a broken brake light. I feel the customer service could be improved, even if they offered a glas of water while you waited...Service: Oil change

I had a really frustrating experience there today. I watched a young tech really struggle with installing the skip guard back on my car after the oil change. When I noticed he didn't put all the screws back in - I asked him and another tech about it. He said the screws were stripped. When I asked another tech, he made up a story that he already noted screws were missing when they were taking the guard off. So when I asked why their story was different and why the tech had extra screws, they started insulting me. I asked for the wrench so I can install the screws myself and one tech said "I don't think you know what a wrench is". When I asked why he was insulting me he said " because I stole your engine". I'm glad I started a video so that that I got the interaction documented. I will be sending the video and the description of the event to their general office. Needless to say - I won't be going to that shop again. Hope this review prevents others from the same frustrating I had.

I had too much oil leaking under my car. Because they not tight my filter. And after I call them to complain. They just told me they can give me 15% discount for the next oil change. I never go back to this place and this company and I not recommend .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Most pleasant experience at a Jiffy Lube I've had yet. Told him what I wanted, didn't try to sell me anything else I hadn't asked for, and went over what I can expect in terms of maintenance in the next few years. Team was pleasant, everyone was engaged. Definitely recommend here.

I went into Jiffy lube with sqweeking belts and they told me it was the power steering pump. So I got that replaced which was 700$.And nothing had changed. Come to find out I needed new belts not power steering pump. When I took it back and asked why it was still sqweeking they told me it was just cause of conditions which was a lie. After sitting for 3-4 months, I brought in my company car for a routine oil change. The gentlemen helping me topped off all of my fluids, changed my air & cabin filters, rotated my tires, topped of the air in my tires, and even wiped down my windows within a matter of minutes. A great place. I asked them to check & top off the oil. $10 a quart...cheap at twice the price ! Outstanding service ! I'll be taking my car to them for every thing my mechanic is too busy to do, and I don't have the tools, time, or knowledge to handle. I highly recommend this place.

The shop didnt have my vehicle oil and air filters. I purchased them online and went to them for oil and air filter change. The oil change was fine, but the technicians didnt know how to change the air filters. They spent sometime looking at the youtube videos and at the end gave up, saying they cant do it.
