Superb and friendly service and they took the time to do the difficult task of replacing air filters on a notorius 2009 R320 diesel. They also explained when brake service would be required in the future. They let me drop it off early and called as soon as it was ready.

The staff at German Autocare are very attentive and quick to respond to your car needs. They deliver quality service and explain your car diagnosis in great detail. The staff is honest and offer great rates for parts and labor. I recently had to change a rear mount seal, oil pan, and get a brake fluid flush. They got the parts ordered and repairs done by the next day and my car runs great. I would definitelly recommend this business for car repair.

The best shop in California for service, maintenance, or anything else your car may need! I wouldn't trust taking my car anywhere else. Dylan is absolutely the best mechanic, he knows BMW's and that brings me peace of mind! Been taking my BMW to Axel for years. Now that he is retired, I thought I d try the new owners. Just got my car back and everything seems good. They seem honest and knowledgeable. I ll use them again in the future.

It's not easy to find a Mechanic you can trust to diagnose the issue correctly and not overcharge. Both owners provide great communication and even better the final cost in lower than then the quote. I've been taking my last 3 vehicles to these guys over the last ~5 years. I've found them to be thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely good people.Each time I've spoken to Jace or Dylan about the state of one of my cars, they were always extremely transparent about the diagnosis, possible remedies, and what the outcome may be - they give it to you straight. The range of options they gave me helped me to make the best decision for my situation.At one point I came in ready to drop a lot of money on a rebuilt transmission & they actually stopped me and told me it wasnt needed - they gave me a better option and did tell me that it may not work, but that I should at least try it first. I followed their advice. Had I gone anywhere else, 9 times out of 10, I'm sure my transmission would have been rebuilt. They saved me a lot, in that one go - they didnt have to do that, after all I was the one coming in and asking for the rebuild, but they did do that -- they earned my loyalty right then and there.Here, I know that I'm in good hands, with people who are looking out for my best interest too. And it's really nice when you find a small business who knows how to treat customers like customers - I think it's a great way to operate because it also retains customers, like me. These guys clearly know how to treat their most valuable assets.There is simply no other place I will take my cars, unless they're the ones recommending it. (and they have sent me other places when it was warranted)If you're on the fence, give these guys an opportunity to show you what they showed me.

Best vehicle maintenance experience ever. Jace and Dillon take the time for you no matter how busy they are. Trusted our BMWs and Mercedes with them for over a decade. Never disappointed.

I have had all types of services performed here on my 2009 750Li. Always professional, detail oriented and extremely fair-priced. If you are tired of the stealership over charging you, this is a GREAT alternative! Based on my friend recommendation I took my car here for a service I did not want to do. The shop did a great job. The price was more than fair. Most importantly they were friendly.

There is no Axel anymore. The new owners misdiagnosed the problem, overcharged me for a low quality battery and didn't take any responsibility for my car breaking down again with the same problem the next day. Another tow, another repair shop, diagnosed and done. But they told me they did everything right, OK...

This place provided a purchase evaluation. They were help fulfill and professional. Explained in detail what we should be concerned and what not. Highly recommend!

Do not go here. They will misdiagnose and overcharge you for repairs. I was told the old owner was great. Not the new guys...
