I used D & S to repair my bumper after being rear ended. Every part of the service experience was great. They worked directly with my insurance and made the experience seamless for me. They coordinated my rental car and when it was time to return the car, they took care of it. I was walked through every step of the process and was kept informed along the way of the status of my vehicle through text messaging. In fact, they finished my car early. My family has used D & S before and they have always been top notch when it comes to customer service and the quality of their work. Kudos to the team for another job well done!

Just collected our car after extensive repairs. Michelle and her colleagues were fantastic and supported us throughout the whole process in a professional and friendly manner. I got hit for the second time in less than a year. D & S did the repair both times and I couldn t be more pleased. Michelle was wonderful to work with and made a frustrating experience much easier. I got my car detailed by Herman and was so impressed with the service. Whatever he did made it almost look new! I had a voucher from a school auction and thought the service would reflect that but it was the opposite. I would absolutely recommend their service if you are looking to brighten your car and clean up the spots on that outside that don't come off in a normal cleaning. I'll also add that the women who worked with me to schedule the appointment were always gracious and accommodating. Thanks D&S!

Horrible place. They only fixed what was required and did not put everything back together. Also they stole my backup tire which was in my trunk until I noticed the same day! DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! Terrible service and experience. Extremely disappointed!

This body shop is an excellent one. The employees will go above and beyond for you. The work performed was exceptional and it was completed in the number of days they advised me when I brought it in. The work they completed for my 2009 Infinity M35 was beautiful. My car looked like new when I picked it up. I would refer this body shop to family, friends and anyone who wants exceptional service, experience, knowledge and performance.Service: Body & Trim

Wonderful service. As someone young and inexperienced; I was treated with respect and was taken care of. The woman ( I can't remember her name) at the front desk was very helpful and kind. She guided me on knowing what to do and took care of any issues I faced moving forward. Great hospitality and customer service! Highly recommend!!!

My husband brought his Tesla in to have the carpool stickers removed. The team at D&S not only did that work perfectly, they also went above and beyond by resolving an interior door issue and buffing out a decent size scuff on the front of the car. They charged an extremely fair price and we felt that we got a great deal of value out of the service. The team was very professional and did the work very quickly. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I've already told friends and family about them as they are clearly a trusted vendor. We highly recommend them and will be going back next time the need arises.

I highly recommend D & S Body Shop for your Auto Body works. Michelle was very responsive, professional and took care all the communications with the insurance company. Oh man! I can't say enough good things about this shop! They took great care of me and my car! I tried Mike's Auto Body but they had me booked out for months. But D&S Body Shop got me in fast and when it suited me best!Thank you for great service from everyone!

One morning, the garbage truck smashed my pet classic BMW up onto my lawn. After seeing three other body shops , apparently all owned by a certain 'Captain Obvious", who all diligently informed me that "25 year old parts are harder to get ".. I came upon Ken at D&S . He posses the right combination of hands on experience . attention to detail and practicality. I was delighted with the results, No pretenders, just a professional that knows what he is doing and acts like it. I recommend him unhesitatingly--And I'm the guy that Very rarely gives out recommendations, because let's face it, too many people are jerks.Service: Body & Trim

Okay so I will be completely HONEST when i say I am horrible at keeping up with maintenance on my vehicle. I asked a few friends where they went and one said Damir. I had texted Damir made an appointment at 8 AM on Friday. He didn t do any work without sending me a video of things that are a safety hazard and that is something I absolutely appreciate. Some places will do the work and present a A receipt once you pick up your car. He sent me a video of the price he gave me was absolutely phenomenal and better deal than going to the dealership obviously. If there is one person that I would recommend for any form of maintenance it would be Damir. My car runs like brand new and the pricing matched the work done. CALL DAMIR!

They fixed my Mom's car but they didn't do a real good job!!! They replace spares in your car from somewhere? Not the original ones, even the insurance company authorized the expenses. They do a quick job, but not a good job!!! If you have no idea about car repair? Then you can say they're good but you have ideas about cars?! Then you can say that they kind the ripping you off!? Because of the parts they replace in your car!!!watch out of that people!!!We got hit and it wasn't my moms fault , per the police report, but They treat my mom bad! They gave my mom a run around and a hard time!, big time!!! The owner don't have no word of honor!!! Too bad that someone referred my mom to them, knowing that they're good, but not!! VERY Dishonest and rude!!! Also they lost the original key of my moms car and replace it with something that they made up and blame my mother for it!!!i myself witnessed what kind of keys my mom had and how many keys the dealership gave us,coz I was there!!They will fool you around with their sweet convencing words !!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP!!! "I pray for them of what they've done! What comes around goes around!!!"

Horrible experience. Quoted $600.00 and at the time to pick up the car the bill was $950.00. Asked about the discrepancy and was told "stuff cost money". Would never go back and would not recommend it to even my enemy. Will pursue it through Bureau of Automotive Repair.
