One star for being very polite about giving garbage service. Their company description says "the difference is trust" but I couldn't even trust they would call me back. Repeated broken promises for call backs. I wish they could have just been honest about being able to affect repairs on my vehicle instead of leading me on for weeks until I just gave up. Such an incredible waste of time.

Crash Champion Collision Repair is great on everything - very high quality repair, on-time and keep all promises what they did. They repair my Odyssey by the estimated date and very good shape with great quality painting job. Richard - the estimator - organized and lead all work professionally. From the beginning to finish, he is very responsible, supportive to me. Thanks for the great job again!

Great service. Understandably, they couldn't guarantee it, but it was a very quick turnaround on the repair of my car. Mary was great and Richard did an awesome job! Thank you!

This company is horrible. My car was in this shop for 3 months and finally got repaired. now I cannot open my trunk with my key. I called and let them Know and was told to come In and they would fix it. When I arrived I was then told that the tech installed an incorrect part and that would have to order the correct one and call me once it arrived so that they can fix it. I have yet to receive a call. Now here it is almost three months and still no call. I have called multiple times and was told I would get called back within minutes, Still no call. Now when I call no one answers. I have also reported this to their corporate office and was told I would receive a call and still no call. I am now left with an incomplete repair and will probably have to come out of pocket to get my car fixed or seek out legal action to have this resolved since no one from this company communicating with me to fix this issue that is clearly their fault. Do not send you car here for repairs because they are unprofessional and put parts on your car that are not compatible.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

From the first phone call to the final fix, they were great. I stopped in after my car was hit just to get a general estimate and they were able to do this on the spot. I chose them for the repairs, and the customer service on the phone and in person was spot on, They were timely, pleasant, helpful. they did everything with the insurance claim, I did not have to do a thing. They were in contact with the car rental , again, nothing for me to do. The car looked great when I picked it up, and it's been no problem since then. I drop off my car for repair on 09/12/2022 and waiting for all parts arrived on 11/11/2022. The manager told me need two weeks to repair. After two weeks I call body shop he told me need another two weeks. After another two weeks I call again he told me need another two weeks. Today is 01/20/2023. This auto body shop still did not finish repair my car. The manager said he will call me back but he didn t. He promised me I can pick up my car today but I still didn t receive his call. I don t know how long I have to wait for just repair side door. I have DMV SMOG check due on 02/01/2023. I don t recommend this auto body shop to everyone who need to repair their car unless you can wait 5 months to repair your car.

Its been several years sense I have used Mike's Auto Body, Stephanie Billings Was my service Manager. Day one she explained how they would process the work repair on my Truck, with pleasure I was notified several times through the process. After completion Stephanie walk me through all work the performed and washed and detailed my Truck. hopefully I never need there help again, if So I would not hesitate using Mike's Auto Body In San Ramon. I ve been to the San Ramon location twice in the last 6 months. Unfortunately I was rear ended back in March and then a car backed into me at a stop this month. This team was professional and so easy to work with for both repairs. Brian was very helpful. Always answered my questions and called personally on a regular basis with updates. I also read daily automated text updates. I never had to wonder what the status of my repairs were. I hope I don t need future repairs BUT if I do, this is where I ll go. Mikes Autobody in San Ramon did an amazing job repairing my Honda after a car accident. They ( Stephanie )kept me updated and detailed all the parts they replaced or repaired. Also they got Honda parts for my car!!. AAA approved and recommended Mike's to me. My car was ready early and I was able to leave the rental car there!! Stephanie was amazing, she took very good care of my concerns and my vehicle.. Thank you all at Mike's for your professional and prompt service!!Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to them by my insurance, I used their online tool to book my appointment, when I arrived, they didn't have my appointment in their system and blamed me, I then waited 30 minutes for an estimate being the only person there. They didn't provide the written estimate until 5 days later, and once I tried to make an appointment to move forward with the quote they said they weren't accepting appointments because they were overbooked. It was a total waste of time. I can't speak towards their repair work obviously but their service is very poor and unorganized.

Most professional and honest mechanic. It took a day and a half to change my bumper and the foam underneath with Stephanie updating us throughout the whole process. They even vacuumed and washed my car. I've heard great things about Mike's auto body, and now have gotten to experience their quality myself.

They took pictures of my car and scheduled an appointment for the repair which was 4 weeks after. But they couldn t provide estimates to my insurance company within those 4 weeks. I gave them 3 follow up calls, they kept promising to provide the estimates but never did it and never called me back. It was just a waste of time for me.

I've been here twice for body repairs to my car. They are very professional. It's easy to schedule an appointment that's convenient to you and there was almost daily text communication as to the status of my repair work. Mikes Auto Body was fantastic! Our car was damaged pretty badly by someone running a red light but you would never know it! The quality of their work is exceptional and the customer service excellent! Being involved in a rear-end accident is bad enough.My ES 350 was rear ended while I was staying on red light.My insurance company initially had sent me to Cook's, where Tony made me wait 15 minutes only to be told that I could bring the car back in a week just for an estimate.....!I stopped at Mike's Auto Body and they got my car fixed in 3 days. What a great experience!Lester and the crew were great, and I am very satisfied that I made this decision.This is the BEST body shop you can find!

This shop was my go-to when it was independent. I ve had two disappointing experiences since Mike s bought them out. First problem was when they turned down doing a small job ($600 cost) on my car. The second issue was with the estimator when I had to bring one of my business vehicles to Mike s due to my insurance co s requirement. The estimator said that the damage above the fender couldn t have been caused by the impact to the rear corner and that my employee must have damaged it earlier and not reported it. After that insult, he said the vehicle didn t have a good paint job and that he wasn t sure if they would want to do the repairs because of it. No problem because I wouldn t want to ever have any work there. If my insurer would ever instruct me to go there again, I would request going elsewhere because they had to send out their own estimator to look at the vehicle again anyway due to the incorrect estimate done by Mike s.

Over the past few years I've been coming here for paint/body work for all my vehicles. Tal always helps me, such a nice guy and he gets things done quickly. I am always happy with the job and how nice everyone is. This is the ONLY place I will refer my family and friends to go to, they've never been disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From Jewel at the front counter who answered the phone and helped with scheduling and communication to when my car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off by Rick, it was a pleasant and professional experience. Right now 3 stars. The repair on the door of my new M4 was done perfectly. Too bad they scratched multiple areas during this repair. Will re evaluate when I get my car back a week later and hope all looks like the condition it was on when I first dropped it off.. Update: after getting manager involved after having my car scratched one more time while they tried to fix the first mistake, car came out great.

Had Mike's repair my car and they estimate was not only lower than other nearby shops, but they also went above and beyond to keep me informed about the progress. The repair looked like new and the care is now back to great condition.

Getting my car fixed at Mike s auto body. Several months after the repair I hit some road debris and it damaged part of the repair Several months after the repair I hit some road debris and it damaged part of the repair. Rather than making me open a brand new claim Mike s auto body warrantee the work and went ahead and fix it without insurance. I would highly recommend disorganization for your car repair they back up there work!!!Service: Painting

Took my car here because the other place was busy. They over looked a crack in my timing cover. I brought to their attention that my car didn't sound the same that something was wrong. All they told me it had nothing to do with my accident that my car was older and falling apart. Just to find out it was due to the accident, the crack grew and I almost lost my motor on the freeway. And all I ask them to pay my Out-of-pocket price for my Rent-A-Car for all the trouble I went through trying to tell them my car get it sound right which they refuse to pay never going to these people again.
