Excellent service, they have open communication and keep you updated through phone or text. Car was returned super clean on the inside and outside. I didn't get to have my car back within 30 days like I hoped due to parts getting delivered and delays, but I understand that part is out of their control and they kept me updated which was important to me. Highly recommend!

Caliber collision San Ramon did an exceptional job repairing my vehicle. Any question I had was answered in a timely manner. Customer service top to bottom at this location is unmatched. This is an automatic recommend to anyone who is looking for an auto body repair.

Caliber employees are courteous and knowledgable. They kept me informed during the process and let me know in advance of the two possible dates it would be finished . This made it easy for me to be prepared to pick it up. The results were fantastic, the car is beautiful. It is a pleasure to deal with such a professional organization.

Caliber Collision San Ramon was fantastic in getting my vehicle repaired after I was rear ended on the highway. They were able to get me in for an estimate and repair in a timely manner and the service advisor Jacqueline was fantastic to work with. She kept me appraised during the entire process of the repair and my vehicle was actually ready one day ahead of the original schedule. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of their services. Thanks again.

Great communication and they did the job right! I got three estimates on a damaged door and only Caliber would replace the door skin, the others wanted to pull the dent and repair with filler for the same price. Finished when promised.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car in after I was rear ended by someone else. Caliber Collision was one of the places to choose from the insurance company. They were wonderful. Very kind and professional. Great communication and kept me updated the whole time they had my car. Picked it up on Monday it looks completely brand new. Could not be happier with the repair!! My NEW 2020 Jeep GC had a battle with a pole in a parking lot. Had used these guys before for another repair so I took it here. Dan Pleece was awesome! Got it in fast, kept me updated by text and email throughout the whole process. I don t want to go back...... But if I ever need collision repair these guys will get it!!

Replaced read bumper and trunk lid. Did an excellent job and matched the paint color of the vehicle exact. Very fast service with excellent communications throughout the process. My vehicle had a splitter hanging by a thread. I went in as an emergency with no appointment. The general manager, Ali, took a look at it and probably felt bad for me as they were completely booked that day. He took care of it within minutes and made sure it was secured with new parts as well. Sometimes you get blessed in encounter first-class, good people and that's the case with this establishment. I would never go anywhere else with body repair. I especially appreciated the woman at the front desk who sought out the general manager. They were fully booked on a Friday and she could have easily said no, sorry. But it seems that their effort to help is genuine and evident throughout their entire staff. Top tier business. Thank you Caliber Collision!

My car was in a fender bender. The entire team was professional from start to finish and I really appreciated that they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. When I picked up my car, it looked like it had never been damaged. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if needed...hopefully, there won't be a need though!

If you re going through insurance, then this place is organized and on top of it. It s a little high if you re paying for something yourself. And they just do auto body work, this is not a mechanic. So if you need more than auto body, go find a mechanic. I was impressed that I got a text reminder before my appointment. The estimate only took about 15 minutes to get it, and then they sent an email with the quote.

Big thank you to Jackie and all the stuff who works at Caliber Collision in San Ramon. They were very professional and made my experience very pleasant. They did a great job on my car after my accident and kept me posted with the progress on the repair. This is the second vehicle that I have brought to Caliber Collision in San Ramon. Very impressed with their attention on the initial vehicle and now on the second. Nobody really wants to use a body shop yet if/when the need arises I trust the professionals at Caliber Collision on Hooper Street. I took my car in for repairs to Caliber Collision in San Ramon on Jan 25, 2023. When I walked into their business the lady at the front desk checked me in and grimly said "you're late". I explained "I'm on time, I called 2 days earlier and changed my appointment from 10:15 to 11". She was adamant I was late due to the person who answered my call never updated their system, therefore I'm late. She then informs me "you're late but we can see you". I asked "who answers the phone here" and she said "everyone". I then tell her that I can take my car elsewhere if it's a problem. Then a man that works there who sits in the back of the room blurts out, "well, go then!". All while another lady who works there (Melissa) standing at her desk gives me a stare of threat and hate. I've never experienced a level of unprofessionalism where the staff acts as a mob mentality. They use intimidation, fear and threat as a group to bully a customer. My point of contact there, Jackie pulled me outside to continue my appointment.While we are standing outside, Mellissa continues to stare at me with a disdainful expression while standing in front of the window. This goes on for several minutes. I wanted to leave and take my car to a different shop, but Jackie reassured me the rest of the process will be working with her only and I do not have to go inside the business. Due to Jackie's professionalism and reassurance, was the only reason I decided to continue my repairs at this shop.This has been the worst experience I've ever had as a customer.Service: Body & Trim

Really glad we took my wife's car here. They were great to deal with, from start to finish. Kept us informed via text throughout the process, assisted with the loaner/rental, and did a great job on the car. Their front office was courteous, respectful of my time, and very responsive. Would recommend highly.

Love the people at Caliber Collision!! Gustavo and Melissa worked so hard to get my car to me as fast as possible and earlier than I expected Karen is always so kind on the phone as well This is just a great shop that does quality work and truly cares about their customers. Never fun to have to worry about repairs after an accident but they make it as easy as possible (even going above and beyond to return the rental car for me) They are just the best! Thank you!

Gustavo was prompt and attentive during our appointment. He listened to my concerns and did not try to push some big, unnecessary repair for my small issue. Within 15 minutes he was able to resolve my issue with a small part and installation. Office staff was kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place.

Melissa from Caliber Collision kept me updated and informed frequently on my car's progress. Caliber Collision did a great job with my car repairs (it had been side swiped and scraped in a parking lot). The customer service was great. I went through my insurance (USAA). They have such a bubbly and welcoming attitude here at Caliber Collision. Matt was the employee to take care of my car and boy, was I lucky! He s such a nice guy who treated both my mom and I like human beings rather than just a regular customer. My car was ready on time and returned in perfect condition. I strongly suggest coming to Caliber Collision as they will not disappoint you whatsoever :)

(First time here since this location changed names and ownership.) So far, the staff have been extremely courteous and empathetic with our situation. Knowledgeable staff and no issues with trying to get updates on our vehicle's status, which is huge! We receive text updates as well. Safety appears to be a priority at this location, as staff wears masks. Much appreciated. We will definitely return to this location if anything comes up in the future. Thanks!
