The team at B&S Hacienda are top notch. Professional, friendly and caring. From the initial meeting, they were clear on the process. Alondra and Nestor were very responsive and worked diligently with a frustrating instance company to get the initial and supplemental estimates completed as quickly as possible. The repair work was done extremely well. I can t tell that there was any damage done. Alondra kept me apprised throughout the two month process of initial estimate, parts orders, repair work, supplemental estimate and final repair. Work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. I highly recommend them and would readily take my Tesla back to them if needed in the future.

I can't say enough about how good my experience was with B&S Hacienda in San Ramon, where my Tesla Model 3 was repaired.From my initial contact with Nestor and Alondra, the regular updates on the progress of the job both emails with photos and by phone, to the excellent outcome of a job well done by technicians who clearly take uncompromising pride in their profession.I would not hesitate to give B&S Hacienda of San Ramon my highest rating!

Highly recommended! Alondra and all the team members here are very responsive, friendly, and willing to help. They truly understand the pain of not having a car, and they do everything they can to assist you while maintaining the highest standards. I've dropped off my car twice and had great experiences both times!

Bryan was really really helpful and understanding during my repairs. He put in a lot of effort to make sure my car was back to 100% normal after someone had rear ended me. His communication during the whole process was excellent. He knew what had happened to me and how frustrated I was with the situation, but he really came in clutch with my repairs and now my car is running better than before.

Tesla model 3 side door went very well and ahead of promise date. Service by Alondra was excellent. She stayed right on top of my repairs for me and worked with my insurance all the way through the process. Excellent experience. My car looks brand new!! I m so happy with the job B&S did for me it was an excellent choice I made to take it there! The employees were awesome kept me posted on the way it was (repairs) going! If there were 10 stars they would have them!!

Nobody likes to shop around to find the right body shop or enjoys time away from their car. This is the second time I ve chosen to go with B&S with my collision repairs. I can truthfully say, the staff treat you with respect and a sense of professionalism when it comes to their craft. On both occasions, I ve been satisfied with the end result, cosmetically and mechanically. They conveniently work with enterprise down the street and I had a great experience with them as well, customer service, and giving me a fairly clean and well maintained vehicle and one that closely matched my own while it was in the shop.Service: Body & Trim

We were pleased with the outcome of our repairs. It took awhile to get our car back but we received updates on where things were at during the process and the car looked great after we picked it up.

The estimate was for fixing the passenger side rear view mirror and painting it (2013 Nissan Sentra). The paint required is only about .25 sq ft. I was given an estimate of 198$. That was fine. I was given an appointment for 20-Oct and when i went to the shop today, and they did the job. When I came out to the car to inspect, I was told that the estimate to paint is much higher and they cannot do it. I went in at 905 am and the car was ready at 957 am, as I was promised. But when I see the bill, it came out to be labur for 1.3 hours. Still i did not utter a word as i know in any car shop, talking is just going to increase your stress and blood pressure, which I avoided. Fairness in car shops is something I believe one cannot expect. Lesson learnt.

Been a State Farm employee for over 25 years and pride myself in the customer service I provide that is why I was thrilled to hear from an insured today sharing what a wonderful experience she had with Alandra at B&S Auto Body. I had a great experience with B&S San Ramon. Initially I went to Dublin and they kept saying the technical is not available for two months and I had wait to fix the Tesla. Then out of nowhere they transferred my request to San Ramon and they had an immediate appointment to fix the car. The best part is they fixed it within a week and delivered the car at my place. Even they fixed a problem that was not planned or paid for. Only thing I wish for is a constant update and they can do better on that. I had to follow up few times and they started providing text updates. Overall I had a nice experience.

I brought my car in to be repaired after it had been in an accident. The staff at Hacienda was incredibly professional, especially Erika. The job that they did was excellent everything we were able to check came out perfect incredibly high quality. We also were able to resolve too small issues at the time of pick up immediately. I would definitely bring my car back in and recommend their services to anybody who was looking for a high-quality place for repairs.

Was upfront about needing a quote that could offer a partial repair on the most significant damage on my vehicle since I had to go out of pocket, shop proceeds to write up a full estimate beyond what I asked. Staff initiating the estimate is rude, cops an attitude with me when asked about what can be done to cut down cost.Felt like staff thumbed their noses at me for even asking, if life ever catches you by surprise and you have to eat the cost don t bother with these chumps.

Polite service. They explained the process when dealing with an insurance company. Cautious about over promising but outside of extenuating circumstances, the work was completed on time or as expected. Very pleased that their schedule isn't months way in advance.This company was highly recommended by my local car club. Very pleased!

Quality work, but I have to knock 1 stars off for the long wait time (3 months) to get our car in to get fixed. Also, they charged us a deposit to order the parts for a bumper repair, even though we had an insurance payout sent to them for our Tesla. We got the excuse that if you decide to cancel, we have to absorb the cost of the part, blah blah blah. Funny thing is, they re the only authorized Tesla body shop on the area, so it was a bit mind boggling and a super lame excuse. Why would we go somewhere else, if the work isn t Tesla authorized?Just wanted to also say, this review doesn t not reflect on everyone that works there. Just the policies of Hacienda, which clearly need work to be more customer oriented.Service: Body & Trim

B&S is a very professional body shop. Nestor who was my advisor is a professional and knowledgeable person. He kept me up to date with my case at all times. The end result was very impressive. B&S Hacienda repaired my 2016 Tesla following a collision where the car was hit from behind. The end result is excellent. The car looks like new. The new bumper is flawless. The pain is perfectly matched. The customer service along the way was very good. Nestor kept me informed. Getting parts from Tesla took some time but that is not the fault of B&S Hacienda. It was very good experience. They were updating me regularly throughout the duration my car was in works. Erika especially gets two thumbs up. It was my Tesla Model X and given their experience of fixing Teslas, it made me comfortable. They had set my expectations very well the day I went to drop my Tesla in their shop so nothing came as a surprise to me. Job well done Erika. No offense, but not want to meet you again at your center but of course wouldn t mind running into you outside somewhere at restaurant, grocery store, etc Service: Body & Trim

Definitely recommend this place for auto body work! The whole process of getting an estimate, setting up a drop off and pick up date for my car s repairs went smoothly. And when I picked up my car, it looked just like new! The damage was absolutely gone, of course, and they did a great paint job. I really appreciated that they cleaned and polished my car from the outside and inside as well. Overall, they were helpful, friendly, professional, good at communicating, and just awesome. B & S Hacienda Body Shop did an excellent job in repairing the damage to my car. It looked brand new , even better than when I originally picked up my car at the Tesla dealership. All the people that work at B & S are very friendly and courteous. They also answer inquiries very courteously and quickly. Would take my car back to them for future repairs if needed? The work B & S Hacienda did to my car (repair small dent in passenger back door) is excellent.. My only me complaint is that they could not commit to a date to getting me my car back.. The day before there was no committment. They called me around 10:00 a.m. the next day and said "your car is ready".. Given I was using insurance for a rental car I didn't have time to wait to pick it up. I would have preferred a commitment to the deliverable date and tracking if they were going to miss that date.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I previously used B&S Hacienda to fix my car after an accident. They were referred to me by my Chevy dealer in the area. The service was so good. They worked with the insurance company to get me the manufacture replacement door I asked for and it took they only a few days to have my car back to me. Because of this. I came back to have them swap out my bow ties on my Chevy Camaro. It seems like an easy task but it was more than I could handle. The quote from the dealership was ridiculously high so when I got the estimate from B&S I sped over (at a reasonable speed) to get the work done. They did a great job in a reasonable time and I m very happy with the work. I will definitely be using B&S for future work!Service: Body & Trim
