I have been very pleased with the way my car has been serviced. The atmosphere is very pleasant mechanics are very polite and they have done a wonderful job. They are really good at communicating what needs to be done and reassure the work is done in a timely fashion. In other words, they tell you when it will be worked on and when it will be done with confidence.Anyway, I like them a lot. I drive a lot and have had my car serviced elsewhere and this place hands down is a great place to go. You won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough about my experience at Autowerks. I was having issues with my 2016 F Type. They gave me an honest and truthful evaluation on what needed to be done and they walked me through the process. I felt very comfortable once I gave them the ok to do the work. I was not disappointed the repair came in a lot less than I expected and they got the work done quickly. Thank you Paul you have a customer for life.

Thank you to Jason for patiently answering all my questions and for getting the car done quickly. We loved the office dog (hi, Tyson!!!) and we found everyone we dealt with to be friendly and helpful. What I was quoted on the phone was exactly what was needed, they really could have taken advantage of me and upsold me a bunch of unnecessary things, but they didn't. Glad to have found an honest mechanic.

I ve taken 2 Audi A6 vehicles here and had excellent experiences. Their estimates will beat what the dealership charges, which I greatly appreciate because dealerships always overcharge. The work done is exactly as it should be. I ve always been a satisfied customer and highly recommend this business. They can get your car in for service quickly and get the work done same day (depending on what you need).Service: Brakes

They are professional, very honest and competent. I brought my Audi A6 multiple times for routine maintenance services, engine mounts and other major services. local Volvo dealership too busy to service my car so I had to search for the next best thing and discovered this GEM in San Ramon, CA. AUTOWERKS European! They are THE best thing! way better than dealership! you get personal attention, they take the time to explain what needs to be done and give you an estimate that s 99.9% close to the final amount (no guessing game here). Much more reasonable than dealership! Very courteous, knowledgeable, professional team! They truly treat each car like their own. Everything (as recommended on the factory maintenance schedule) is listed on their invoice with appropriate charges broken down. Paul exceeded my expectations. For a European auto specialist, he is who you want to go to. I came in for a basic oil change, brake fluid flush and inspection for my 2014 X5 I recently bought. Considering how many cars they had in + what I needed done, the workaround time was only 4 hours. I will definitely be back and will refer everyone and anyone. I believe I got what I paid for. I have been getting my Volvo suv serviced here for many years now. They are always very timely, professional and explain the charges clearly and upfront. This time Paul had some family emergency and they duly called me to update that the work will take longer than expected. And i have never had any complaints on the work they performed on my vehicle. Great service! they contact you when service is coming up, which can be overlooked in the rush of the day. The service is done in a reasonable amount of time. they tell you of any other issues that may be needing attention in the future, rather than springing it on you. that is much appreciated. I travel about 45 minutes or so to go to them for service for my car, when the dealer and other shops are much closer by. This was my second visit to Autowerks European. My first visit was after my 5 year new car Audi service contract ran out. I looked around in the Danville/San Ramon area and found that AE had excellent Yelp reviews and charged far less than the nearest Audi dealership.This visit went as smoothly as the last, and I thought it was time to write my own 5 star Yelp review regarding their service.

Had my first visit to Autowerks European and found Paul to be very helpful in explaining what he would do for the 96k mile service on my BMW 528i - simple oil change and a complete inspection for a reasonable cost. He agreed to get my car serviced right away while I waited. During the inspection a few items came up needing attention such as the belt tensioner and the mechanic called me in to show why he would recommend replacing it. Really liked their honest approach.

I brought my 2006 A4 in for a new water pump/timing belt and to fix my AC. They checked everything out, gave me a fair estimate, and had my car done with no hang ups in 2 days. Its been 2 weeks now with no issues or leaks on my drive way and the car and the AC are running great. I will definitely come back for the fair prices and the professional customer service, Good Stuff!

I ve used autowerks European for 4 years without a hiccup. They are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and generally a real pleasure to do business with. A fantastic alternative to having to do business with the dealer. I used to bring my car in his Dublin shop as it was closer to me. Now I bring it to his San Ramon shop, all of our cars. Paul is an honest proprietor and will not add anything to the list of repairs unless he confirms with the owner. He's been helpful to me and my son whenever we bring our cars for check-up. My recent repair was for a brake fluid flush and front brake replacement. Price is reasonable (I believe half on what I will pay at the dealer), plus he checked my car and top off the oil on my 650. When he checked the battery it needed replacement so I got the replacement from him too with some discount. Will definitely keep on coming back even if it's 12miles away from me. Honest person and knowledgeable bmw/mb mechanic. Highly recommended.

I've been taking my cars to Paul for over 10yrs, the mechanics there know their trade and do a great Job at a reasonable price.Most recently My 2010 X5 was diagnosed as having issue with Double VANOS error code and my CheckEngine light was ON hence not letting me to do/pass the SMOG CHK...Paul & Frank looked up the issue and recommended that I take it to BMW for free repairs BUT the BMW dealer explained that Extension to the Warranty for the Double VANOS problem had expired April 2020 so I'm out of luck with BMW NA.Frank did a great job fixing the issue and they also helped me do the SMOG . All the codes are cleared, the car is running fine and Passed the SMOG.I recommend Autowerks European to all, Keep up the good job guys.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

It can be an absolute nightmare for a woman to find a good honest automobile maintenance and repair shop. The dealerships are unbelievably expensive and going out there and trying to find someone on your own can end up being a sad and expensive situation. But at Autowerks European in San Ramon I have found the best!Paul the owner and his entire team our courteous, knowledgeable and give you all the facts so that you can make the final choice that is best for you. I no longer dread taking my car in for maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend you try them.

Before finding Autowerks years ago, I've been unlucky finding an honest, experienced and affordable repair shop in the tri-valley. Now 2 cars later, I've never been disappointed with them. It's such a relief and would highly recommend their service.

They run an honest business and do what needs to be done.Previously I only went to the Maserati dealer and they always wanted to do things that didn't need to be done. Last year they told me my rear breaks were at 3mm and needed to be done this time. At Autowerks European they said the rear breaks were still at 4mm? How could the break pads grow over another 3k miles of driving? They are my go to place now for all service for my Maserati.

I have been taking my Ferrari 430 to Paul's for past few years, I use to take it to San Francisco, we live right here in Danville so taking the car to city was kind of pain, Since I found Autowerks European I haven't going back, I have been very happy with the service, I just had them change out clutch last month I saved $1500 over the dealer. I would highly recommend Autowerks European to any one with Ferrari or Maserati.
