Great shop. Sam is professional and knows his cars. They didn t have the filter for my Porsche Cayenne but agreed to change my oil if I bring the filter which was fantastic.Prices are very fair and reasonable.Dealer told me I need brakes but Sam checked and said you are good for now, and he could have said the opposite.I feel they are honest people and that is comforting in a mechanic.I plan to take all my 4 cars here from now on.

was calling A LOT of different places comparing when prices, when I finally called here it was completely different. 100% polite & professional; answered all of my questions. When I went in same, very nice you just pull up & tell them what you want, super fast & easy. Extremely convenient was there for a total of 10 min if that.Extremely satisfied my car feels great. Completely recommend!! Thank you for the amazing customer service (hard to come around) & great work!!

The amicable new owners of this establishment have two great qualities: Skilled and Honest. They have serviced and fixed our aging Toyota Sienna van. They have the skill and the experience to service and troubleshoot vehicles.To be honest: When a service shop that I visited as a regular customer for 20 years located in Dublin started going down with the quality of their diagnosis and repairs, I was very skeptical with the new owners of Alcosta 10 Minute Oil Change in San Ramon.However, these new owners have won my trust with the quality of their work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Friendly and helpful workers. I've taken my car, and my wife and daughter have taken their cars here for oil changes, and the Alcosta 10 Minute crew get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. They inspected all the cars as well and let us know if there were any things that needed changing or improvements, which I appreciated. My wife and daughter said this was the first place they felt safe, and didn't feel like the shop was trying to pressure or scare them in to getting additional services or repairs done. They've said at other places they feel like the shops are trying to take advantage of them.They've also helped remove a screw and patch a flat tire within minutes. They've also helped diagnose my cars when the check engine light has come on, and we're able to correct the problem instantly or let me know if it was a major problem that needed immediate attention.My daughter had her brakes replaced here for 20% lower than what the dealership quoted.I've also seen them helping elderly ladies inflate their tires when the low pressure lights came on, and didn't charge them a thing. They're really nice guys. They run a clean shop and have been a plus in the neighborhood. These guys are great. I only ever get my oil changed here because of the price and speed. Not only that but I had some underside damage on my car which is not something they normally deal with, nonetheless they took a quick look and got it fixed right away and didn t charge me a dime. Great experience.

Great guy that works here. I was at the toyota dealer shop recommended me to change break fluids after 30k miles . My Toyota rav4 has 45k I called to ask for his price since Toyota wanted almost 300 instead of selling me the service he said my car is still new you might not need it check the oil if it s dark you need it if not you should be fine . Very help full he said dealerships only recommend so you can spend when you might not even need it . I will definitely come here when I need it very HONEST business here can t find this anywhere else.

I stopped here for an oil change, but Sam and AJ found several issues with my Toyota Camry. They changed my car's transmission fluid, cabin air filter, air filter, and one motor mount for a reasonable price.While waiting for my car to be fixed, I decided to go and have lunch somewhere around The repair shop. I wanted to take an Uber, but Aj gave me a ride to the restaurant; he gave me his cell phone number and asked me to call him when I finished my lunch so he could come and take me back to the repair shop!These guys are professional, kind, helpful, and honest.I will take my car to this place again for an oil change or other problems.

I brought my car here for a brake job. I always do my homework calling and looking into all the business to find a trustworthy place with reasonable price. Alcosta 10minute oil change price was really fare compare to the near by shops and dealerships. I was very impressed with their professional service. I did see these guys do work hard and they go beyond to make their customer happy. I will be coming here for my oil change as well.Service: Brakes

Very sly. Sam at Alcosta 10 minute oil change didn't give me a written estimate though it says outside clearly that this is required by law. Second he told me 110 but when it was time to pay he charged 220 and when confronted he said he had told me 110-220. Thirdly he tried to upsell me rotors as well when I had changed them recently. Fourthly he his the old brake pads from my view casually when I asked him about it saying 'dirty' . Fifthly he had the hood open for brake pad change and when I bought that up he said everything is okay there.

Awesome team! Amazing service! Great prices! I always bring my own oil here these guys are pro s! Used to take my car to jiffy lube but was tired of them upcharging me, especially when I m using my own oil and filter. Look no further than Alcosta 10 min oil change!

Took my jeep today and the service is amazing! I seriously think it took like 5 minutes to get my oil change and air filters changed. Amazing service! And everyone is very friendly. definitely recommend checking this place out.

I noticed the shops was opened few months ago but I wasn t sure to. I try s that is really good ppl with respect the most important they doing great job specially fare price I was checking other shop around was told me about $800 for my break change but this ppl done quick and great job with way cheaper than was other shops was tel me, I recommend it to go for oil change and break job you well love the service I m sure.

Yesterday I went to this location for my vehicle oil change the guy in the shop welcomed me very respectfully and very politely talked to me regarding the oil change price he charged me with an outstanding cheapest price compared to the other oil change shop it didn't take even 10 minutes, as well as he checked the brakes, tire air, and fluids and he pointed my car tires get older need to be changed so, I recommend everyone if you save the time to change your vehicle oil just move for better quality, not a quantity.
