Adam was just absolutely amazing! Made the whole car buying experience a stress free and enjoyable experience. Got us the best deal and the best trade in. After visiting many dealerships and brands, none of them could compare to this.

I took my car to get service here, and have had nothing but problem with the service department. The first service for a recall, they kept my car 4 months until they fixed it. A new car. That I was paying for - sitting in their shop untouched. The issue was the windows rolling up when you pushed down - a known, published recall related to the airbags. They claimed they couldn t replicate the issue, then claim it can t be fixed. this issue has continued to happen for MONTHS after they claimed they did the recall work. I ve showed them that it s still happening and they just keep the car for a few days and then return it unfixed. The most recent service, they actually put a hole in my new tire and plugged it. Didn t tell me. I lost tire pressure on the freeway (mind you these tires were brand new) and found a plug in the tire! What kind of unprofessional, improper business are they running here! Don t take your car here, trust me. They have no competency or professionalism. Ridiculous - and I paid for a 9 year maintenance and warranty package. And the tire package. Guess that part was just to put holes in it and risk your family s life.

Adel was incredible. I not once felt like I was getting a sales pitch but rather he took the time to get to know me and my family s needs. He was patient with our changing minds and persevered to find the perfect car for us. Thanks Adel!I also want to call out Molly for being a breath of fresh air in the finance dept. I ve leased many cars and she was by far the most impressive in that she had everything prepped and I wasn t stuck in her office for hours. She had a warm presence and was so thoughtful in her interaction.TLDR: You hired some pretty incredible talent

Wow the 5 star reviews are well deserved for this dealership. After dealing with overly aggressive sales people from other locations. I was referred to Grace Collins by an associate & that made all the difference. She made the buying process very pleasant & smooth, no endless haggling. We agreed on a fair price & she took it to management & the deal was done. Quick, pleasant & smooth.

Abraham was our sales person. He is a genuinely nice sincere and friendly guy. He was there to give us the info we needed and left us to talk amongst ourselves when we needed to talk. He took what we wanted to do to his manager and got it quickly approved. We went to financing, and Joshua helped us there. He was great, knew what he was doing and everything was explained and done right. These guy are nice, the dealership was a great selection and their used cars seem to be in much better shape than most other places. I recommend this place.

I had a very positive experience from the time I called the sales department for an appointment to the time I drove my new leased VW ID.4 home a few days later. Easy guest parking in the garage. Very nice showroom. Everyone I came in contact with greeted me and was responsive and knowledgeable. I appreciated that my very helpful sales person drove a leased ID.4 and really understood and appreciated the car. He offered me future question and answer along with driving appointments to learn everything about the ID.4, my first electric car. The lease deal seems fair and was well presented with quick document follow-up.

I had absolutely the best experience with Emad and Omar from Volkswagen of Marin. I purchased a new 2024 Volkswagen Taos, and they made the transaction an absolute breeze. Everything was completed in a few short hours of the day, they were extremely helpful with all my questions about the vehicle. They were also extremely generous with the pricing of the vehicle. I ve bought a car before, but absolutely dreaded the experience. Here I felt heard, and I felt equal to them, not only that, but I like to believe I made a new friendship, I will definitely be back!!! Thank you, Emad and Omar for all your help and generosity. I ll give them more starts if I could, this is my second time working with Volkswagen Marin, consistently delivering customer level of excellence. Daniel R. has helped me in both occasions, friendly and knowledgeable. He explains the process in detail and always has a smile on his face. I can t recommend this place enough, all the staff is at the same level friendly and willing to assist you with anything either you have a question about the wifi, coffee machine or car products. Worst new car experience imaginable. Avoid this dealership at all costs. My 2 week old 2023 ID.4 stranded my step daughter and grandkids on the 2 lane section of 101 with no shoulder at night. The electric car completely stopped working on the freeway. This could have been catastrophic given the traffic on 101 and the fact that we were barely able to get the car out of the lane (rear tire was in the lane of traffic). I had to call CHP to wait with me for the tow truck. This was one day after I had taken my new car in for service because it was having charging issues. Daniel my service advisor assured me that everything with the car was normal.Nonetheless I had the car towed to the dealership on 12/23. Scheduled a service appointment for 2 days later 12/26 at 7am as they were closed for Christmas. I call that morning and Daniel assures me again that they will look at the car and let me know later that day what they find. Day passes with no contact from Daniel or the dealership. I call next day asking for an update on my car and they are unable to give me one and state they they will call me and let me know later that day. It s 7:45pm and I haven heart a word from anyone. I ve been without a car now for 4 days. Do better VW of Marin - you suck. Photo is a shot of the CHP waiting with my car for the tow truck.

The team at Marin VW took such good care of me truly above and beyond in getting me into a dream car at a great price.They made the numbers work for me and were very transparent about it all. They explained everything in the process and answered all my questions.They threw in a few extra accessories, trained me on all the car s tech ands features, and even offered to drop off my new car, if I wanted.Ask for Diego he s knowledgeable, calm, super helpful, provides lightning fast responses, and still maintains a laid back sales style.

Great place to buy a car! For my first time ever buying my own car was very easy and great thanks to Jim. He expanded everything answered all my questions and very patient with me. Joshua in finance was also great at breaking everything down for me and explaining things perfectly! Couldn t have had a better experience and love my car !

20K Service for my ID4. Waited while the car is being serviced. Promised wait time was 4 hours but the job was finished in 2 hours. Worked while at waiting room - good facility but if there are more outlets, it would be perfect. Dealer was also re-arranging the car displays so interesting to see cars moving around in the waiting area!

My first time at VW Marin and my experience was awesome. Daniel was my Service Manager and he was extremely professional, transparent about pricing and got my car back to me a day earlier than expected. I was hesitant to come to a new place for service after moving and Daniel made the whole process painless including a Lyft to and from! Highly recommend

My car ended up needing a lot of work, but that's not why my rating is low. Overall I felt the level of customer service I received was poor and left a lot of room for improvement. I was without a vehicle for 8 weeks and only had a loaner vehicle for 3 weeks. The overall communication was lacking, and I felt overall my experience was not great.

The team here is fantastic!! Incredibly kind, helpful, and not pushy at all. And when I decided that I wanted to buy the car I looked at - they worked tirelessly and provided several option in order to get the overall deal and price where I need it to be. There was great communication both in scheduling the appointment, reminders and updates. Rich was very helpful + professional, let me know exactly what to expect. Service was reasonably quick, I didn't need a ride but saw that one was offered.

The service was professional, kind, efficient. The only wrinkle was that the Kumho tires on my ID.4 are not kept in stock at VW Marin, so I waited several days for a new tire to arrive. Otherwise, the service was great. Thank you, Kimberly Hughes

Good experience. Every employee I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Very cool showroom, especially the classic VW bus camper conversion on display.During the buying process, I dealt with Adel (salesman), Mo (sales manager), and Andy (finance). All 3 were professional and helpful. They did not try any high pressure tactics, and pricing information was presented in a straightforward manner with complete explanations when asked for. I negotiated over the phone for part of the deal, and I was able to reach Mo immediately every time I called. Adel called me the day after the purchase to help me set up phone-to-car connectivity in the VW app. I only dealt with Andy for a short period while completing the purchase, but he was easygoing and had some great advice for protection of the black paint and rims on the car.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. Every dealer wants your business and says they will work with you, until it comes down to number crunching. I worked with the sales manager Joel C, who called me as I was pulling into the dealer. He set me up with the sales consultant, Omar. Wow, talk about the most genuine, friendly staff ever. I spoke to several employees here and everyone was exceptionally friendly and checked in on me. When I got to the point of signing papers, the finance individual, Josh was the quickest finance person I have ever worked with. Under 15 minutes to sign away. I couldn t believe it! I was hesitant about the 2.5 hour drive to Marin may end up in a waste of a trip, but I was proven wrong! I was extremely satisfied from beginning to end and cannnot say enough about the amazing staff at this dealership. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Marin VW for the great experience.

This 5 stars is only for Jesse who is a fantastic salesman at VW Marin, provided professional service, patient and answer all my questions immediately, no delay! Highly recommend Jesse be your sales representative at VW Marin.By the way, I feel disappointed on their manager team, not meet my expectations even though I drove from different county.

My experience was so outstanding! I had unexpected car issues that needed to be addressed right away. I brought my car in early Monday morning and was seen right away without an appointment . They were able to arrange a loaner and I was able to make it to work on time. Richard updated me regularly and I was so impressed with how he made a possibly stressful situation feel relaxed! I could not be more pleased!!

Very good experience with Volkswagen of Marin: 40,000 mile check up. I had to get some work done to the car, new battery, And an oil leak repaired.. Came back to me, clean, and running quite a bit smoother. Very good work.

The Service was good , informative, efficient And the service representative Richard was very friendly. my car was returned to me cleaner than I brought it in. I was I was told to look in the future for buying new tires, and told me when there would be some sales.I felt very uncomfortableWhen I dropped it off, I got a Lyft ride at no charge and a Lyft driver is very professional and very nice.Very happy I brought the car in that dayUpon my return to pick up my car, I was greeted by a group of friendly people. The moment I walked in the building I thought they kind of went out their way,to be super noticed and considerare . But it was refreshing and I appreciated it! It made me feel welcomed - bravo!!Thank you

I purchased a used BMW from this dealership last year and would rate my experience as 2 out of 5 stars. While some staff members, like Emad in finance, were exceptional, others nearly made me walk away.Unfortunately, there were undisclosed issues with the car, such as a faulty moon roof that sounded like it was open while driving. When I contacted the dealership about it, they directed me to a repair shop, refusing to take responsibility.Additionally, the advertised concealed trunk storage was missing, and despite promises from the manager, it was never resolved, requiring me to purchase the trunk cover myself. Overall, a disappointing experience with purchasing a BMW from this dealership.
