Transbay Lock is wonderful! They went above and beyond to come as soon as their schedule permitted. The person who helped me was Greg and he immediately understood the problem which had eluded other repairman. I'm very appreciative of their expertise, and desire to provide excellent service.

Best place for keys in Marin! When I have keys made for my listings they are always right the first time. I will drive here from anywhere in Marin to get keys made. Great locksmiths. I appreciate the sense of humor in the window signs too!!

If I ever need anything to do with locks or locksmith type work, this is the place to go. They have almost everything in store, so if you're ever in urgent need of any lock or key, they will likely have it in stock! This is amazing and so, so helpful.They are knowledgeable and kind, so don't bother with any other place. Just go here first for all locks and keys you need and you can rest assured it's the fastest and cheapest option!

I needed some keys made and this place is AMAZING. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Attentive too! They also do certain car keys and will ensure the key works before they charge you.Our key guy made copies quickly and effectively. They also told us to bring back the key they made if it doesn t work for any reason.I m going to come back here anytime I need keys, which isn t often but still. I had a great experience.

Exceptional service, products, and company overall.These guy's knowledge is worth coming in for a visit.They have been around for at least 20 years and have always been reliable, supportive and helpful.There is something to say about a stand alone business that has been operating for so long. I deeply appreciate our local stores and mom and pop companies throughout Marin County.They are the ones who add the most value of any other business entity and bring community and strength to our local villages.

Some of the best customer service that I've received in a long time. He arrived on time and not only completed the job in a professional manner, but Jason F. was very good at pointing out suggestions and taking initiative. As the consumer, it can be difficult to always know the best questions to ask. Jason did a great job at being proactive and letting me know options. I would highly recommend this company due to the outstanding service performed by Jason.

I called Mike (the owner) at Econo Lock, left a voicemail, and got a call back in 10 minutes. He was at my office 15 minutes later to re-key three doors. He did great work and was done in 30 minutes. He also answered all of my questions about further securing my space. EXCELLENT SERVICE !! I have been using another local locksmith for years but they were scheduled out a week. I just found my go-to company for locks and keys. Thanks Mike!

Good service. Friendly personnel. They know their business. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but you generally get what you're looking for or at least a direction to go in. Pretty much all of our lock and key service goes to them.
