I got the brakes on my 2006 Prius replaced at Toyota Marin. The initial work was done promptly at great expense, but I immediately noticed the brakes squeaking even when driving (not applying brake). Took the car back, they found a problem and fixed it, but the brakes still squeaked loudly especially when reversing, and especially when the car was cold. Took the car back. They were unable to find or fix it, telling me it must be how I drove the car. I went to Novato Toyota, who discovered that the rear drum brakes were way too tight, causing excessive friction that was damaging the brakes. I will not be returning to Toyota Marin.

Staff comes across very demotivated and didn t engage when I arrived, they were more busy talking to each other and eating their breakfast.Oddly enough, on the same day the car was done with the inspection, the low pressure light popped on which had never happened before.Next inspection will be in San Francisco again.

I come from Hayward to receive service at Marin Toyota. I receive the best service from courteous and very knowledgeable employees and mechanics

It's very thorough n clean n efficient...of course it's expensive but not more than any other dealership..I wish american cars had dealers like this n more of them...I say buy American but I cannot say these cars are not well built because they are...after all we taught them...talk about sharpening the knife to cut ur own throat.

Absolutely absurd to have to pay $130 dollars for an oil change when just 6 months ago I paid $72 at this exact location!! This outrageously stupid pricing has made me take my business elsewhere for sure. Ridiculous!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
