Called first thing in the morning to see if they could fit me in as I needed to arrange for my minivan to be towed to them. Love that they are open earlier then others in the area. Service agent was friendly, helpful and took care of business. Put my mind at ease. Quickly diagnosed, repaired my flat and had me on my way before noon. What a dream team. Thanks so much!

Also fantastic service at this location!! The guys are honest and helpful and upfront! Early drop off is always quick! Took my Tesla in for tire rotation in early today and got to wait for it. shopped at Sprouts and bang! It was ready!

Eli saved the day! What an amazing person and customer service experience. I had two flat tires and he went above and beyond to help me find tires that fit my current budget. Without asking they checked my front and back breaks and called to let me know the pads were dangerously low. They offered to fix them the same day as the tires. It was a 1/4 of the cost for both front and back pads than I was previously quoted from the Fairfax Garage last week. Their price was so high for just the front pads alone I was thinking I had to budget for this car expense. Since Toscalito is so realistically priced I was able to do both my tires and all brake pads the same day. I now can feel safe driving knowing money isn t standing in the way between the safety of my vehicle. I highly recommend you try them out instead of Cains Tires next time you need tires near San Rafael. It was truly refreshing as a woman who knows very little about her car to have such a great mechanic experience. Eli explained everything and I understood why and what I was purchasing. I honestly could not have had a more timely and pleasant purchasing experience. Whoever is the owner they should understand they have a bevy of unicorn mechanics over there and they should treat them as such. Thank you again!

The service at Toscalito was absolutely stellar. I was in a pinch for time and had a crazy work situation that they accommodated. Furthermore, they were fast, had the best prices on tires that I have ever paid, and had friendly customer service!

Been here multiple times for various services. Every visit has always been great. The guys get the job done and on time as promised. Im happy they are open on Sundays, which is really convenient for me because of my busy schedule.

I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and thought I d give it a try. The experience exceeded my expectations. Herman s customer service was great. The job was well done with oil changed and tires rotated. All at a much affordable price than the dealership. Plus, I used the waiting time to do grocery shopping and to grab a coffee, both literally across the street from Toscalito s.

Knowledgeable and good communication! I took my Honda CRV in because the Honda dealership said it needed new front brakes. The staff at Toscalito informed me it was not needed but made me aware of a few other issues that needed attention right away. I appreciated the honesty. Their prices are very reasonable. I will use their services again.

I was must so pleased to be treated as any other person. Often in these car places I don't get respect as a woman, but here at San Rafael Toscalito I was treated in a respectful manner. Plus the tires were put on quickly.

This is my favorite tire shop. They always are courteous and provide fast service anytime I need something. There was a branch in another city that had poor customer service, but not this one.I highly recommend this location to anyone for related automotive needs.

Nobody likes to get a nail in their tire, especially finding out getting off late from work. Thankfully open on a Sunday I was fixed right up. The whole process was smooth, professional and met with friendly staff.

You guys have to be cautious because they offer a free installation but they charge a lot on the tire balancing,TOSCALITO TIRES its-not necessary to hide the price on the tire labor and charge it to the people in the balancingBe aware that they charge you high price for the tire balancing!!No need to hide it.

A call was made to schedule an appointment which was taken and booked by the nice receptionist. Perhaps they were not busy, Toscalitos was quick to take me in an perform a repair on the leaky tire. In less than 40 minutes, the repair was done. They also checked the tire pressures on all wheels.

Excellent service on a holiday weekend and got me taken care quickly. Needed a tire repair done on the Saturday before Christmas. Couldn't of happened at a worse time. I'm very grateful to Toscalito Tire. They took great care of me. Thank you!

THANK YOU ELI! Eli and Staff went above and beyond, I appreciate their kind and attentive customer support. Toscalito SAN RAFAEL is the best! They were able to accommodate my last minute oil change needs and were very professional and kind. Not only was my oil change expedited, but a full report of mechanical needs was explained to me in a manner to which I can comprehend as I'm not familiar with auto needs, mechanics, etc. I highly recommend visiting Toscalito San Rafael, located across from a friendly Starbucks, just off the 101 highway. Thanks again guys!

I came in with a serious concern about my car having one time incident that caused me some very real concern about my car. They did absolutely all they could to figure it out, and were incredibly helpful and receptive the whole time. They kept me updated, and kept me in the loop. They re super friendly and helpful, and I ll absolutely be returning if I have another issue with my car or future cars.

I got a flat tire and I don t have a spare because I drive an electric. I was towed in and the service manager took amazing care to get me turned around with three new tires and alignment within a few hours. He also let me know about the warranty package, which is phenomenal! I have already told three people they should get their tires at Toscalito!

After Pep Boys cancelled appointments on me two days in a row because if staffing issues, Toscalito was able to squeeze me in on a Sunday! This was such a relief for me because many tire shops are not open on Sunday at all. Another shop I stopped at wanted $350 for two tires but this shop I was able to get three tires for just a little bit more. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend!

Always a stress free, fair priced, timely, and honest place to get your vehicle repaired. They don't come up with phantom issues to overcharge. Staff is warm, friendly, and expedient.

I live 5 minutes away from Toscalito in Novato, but after the constant unreliability, I m so thankful Tito, tire and service in San Rafael was open on a Sunday. Literally saved my life today, I m so beyond thankful for the full team here!!This is the best Toscalito around Marin and Sonoma county, and I will continue to come here, although it is a bit farther ! Thank you so much San Rafael Toscalito entire team, especially thank you too idgor for helping me out. He took my call this morning Sunday 01/21/24 @9 had me out before 10:30 he was such a gentleman amazing customer service and environment!

Excellent service, very pleasant and professional staff. Ordered and replaced my tire in a couple of days. Made sure the spare and all other tires were safe to drive in meantime. I would highly recommend Tiscalito Tire!
